JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

Price is one of the variables that must be controlled properly, because the price will greatly affect several aspects of the company's activities. Price is also something that is given up in exchange for goods or services. Prices can change quickly. Market price is one of the variables that are properly controlled and obtained from an item or service offered in the market. Market prices meet at the point where supply and demand meet. The market price of vegetables is currently a serious problem for farmers, especially in the Tanjungbalai City area, because market prices continue to experience unstable changes so that it is very difficult for farmers to predict the future. Fluctuating market prices can also result in large profit losses and have an impact on farmers' losses. To be more efficient, the author designed a forecasting system using PHP programming and MySQL database. The final result of this research is that the algorithm with the Double Exponential Smoothing calculation can be applied to the process of forecasting the market price of hoticulture plants, making it easier to determine the market price of hoticulture plants in the next period.

Sipaku Area Village is a village located in Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. The existence of infrastructure in the village, namely several damaged roads caused complaints by the local community of Sipaku Area village. So that the village village agency gets the task and authority to carry out road construction in the village, a problem arises, namely where it is difficult for the village village to determine which roads will be prioritized first for repairs by the village. So to overcome these difficulties and maintain the prosperity of rural communities, especially on road infrastructure, a decision support system is needed to overcome the difficulty of selecting damaged roads to be repaired first. More efficiently, the authors designed a system known as a decision support system (DSS) by using Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method which will be applied through Visual Basic and database. The coefficient of the results obtained is 0.89, this proves that the decision support system using the SMART method can be used to determine the priority of road repairs in the Sipaku village area.

SIG mempunyai kemampuan untuk menghubungkan berbagai data pada suatu titik tertentu di bumi, menggabungkannya, menganalisa dan akhirnya memetakan hasilnya. Pemetaan Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu sistem yang banyak digunakan untuk membantu mengambil keputusan, perencanaan dan analisi. Pemetaan dilakukan bertujuan dengan kemudahan dalam mencari titik lokasi. Pemetaan posyandu bertujuan memudahkan pegawai puskesmas dalam pencarian informasi tentang titik lokasi, galeri, serta alamat lengkap posyandu di Kecamatan Air Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam membuat sistem infromasi kali ini yaitu metode waterfall. Hasil analisis kali ini didapatkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari titik lokasi posyandu di Kecamatan Air Batu dengan akurat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the design of a web-based decision support system in the selection of new students at MAS Bahrul Uluum Al Kamal using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, implementing a decision support system in the selection of new students so that the results are more objective to determine new students accepted at MAS. Bahrul Uluum Al Kamal and applying the Profile Matching method with the aim of accelerating the decision-making process in determining new students at MAS Bahrul Uluum Al Kamal. The research method used is quantitative with the calculation of Profile Matching. The criteria used in this study were report cards, online tests, al-qur'an reading tests, non-academic achievements and interview tests. The alternative used in this study is prospective new students who register at MAS Bahrul Uluum Al Kamal. It is hoped that the results of this study are the selection of new students at MAS Bahrul Uluum Al Kamal to be faster, more precise and accurate using the profile matching method which gives the results of the calculation in the form of ranking the highest to the lowest score and the highest score is the result needed for consideration by the MAS Bahrul Uluum Al Kamal when selecting new students.

Bunda Bakery is a place that provides various kinds of cakes. Bunda Bakery has a variety of flavors and ingredients as well as various prices. So far, Bunda Bakery still sells manually, namely by word of mouth, so the range of sales is still limited and has not been able to expand to several areas. With the development of information technology, it is necessary to implement a very good strategy so as to make this Bakery business more accurate and improve sales and customer support services. Bunda Bakery shop which is located in Bunut Village across Jl. Ir. Sutami, Sidodadi, Kec. West Range City. Bunda Bakery shop which is engaged in the sale of various bakeries such as various breads, cakes and so on. Currently, the Bunda Bakery shop still sells manually by traveling from one area to another. Here the customer must also come to the manufacturer to see in more detail what the manufacturer sells. With web-based CRM, managing customer data becomes easier and helps in increasing loyalty and satisfaction so that customers do not easily turn to competitors and help companies in making decisions to improve quality and quantity for the company.

Real Time Operating System (RTOS) is an operating system that runs multitasking processes on Embedded systems and non-RTOS is a system that runs its work sequentially and then loops, because of that data reading becomes slower. In this study, an experiment was conducted to read the discharge and volume of water using RTOS and non-RTOS systems, the results of which will be displayed on WebGIS. It is known that the RTOS system is faster in reading data than non-RTOS systems, this is because the RTOS system runs the scheduled task process for a certain time, therefore the time required to read data on the device becomes faster compared to non-RTOS systems. This study also uses the standard deviation statistical method, which calculates the accurate level of reading of discharge data and water volume when passing through the sensor and storing data, the smaller the standard deviation value, the more accurate the data will be. After 10 experiments using 3 liters of water, the RTOS results are 1 second faster than non-RTOS in reading the discharge data and water volume. Then the standard deviation value on RTOS is smaller than non RTOS.

Ekspedisi Rahayu Mandiri is a freight forwarding service provider engaged in the field of expedition services. The activity of recording all expedition data is still manual and has not been implemented in IS/IT. This becomes an obstacle in the management of expedition data. The existence of IS/IT technology is a support for a company in facilitating work and maximizing company performance. The importance of Information Systems in the management and development of business performance is very helpful for the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. In implementing IS/IT, it is necessary to have a good and well-targeted Information System Strategy Planning, in order to produce maximum IS/IT implementation. This study uses the Ward and Peppard methodology with several analyzes namely SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of the research are internal and external environmental factors of IS/IT in the scope of the expedition. These results can recommend an information system strategy by mapping strategic planning and its implementation in the future.

The restaurant is a building that is organized and run commercially, in every restaurant that provides good service to its guests. This research method combines the concept of WSN and Real Time Operating System (RTOS), where RTOS will later improve WSN performance in carrying out tasks on the system. The result of this research is the realization of the prototype by integrating the WSN system (3 units each of 4 ultrasonic sensors), The results of the accuracy and precision analysis of the prototype are obtained with a sensor detection distance of 30cm with a standard deviation of 1.009978 and the average delivery time from WSN to the server is 0, 53 seconds . The performance of the WSN system with this RTOS by experimenting with the initial state of 2 units, then reducing it to 1 unit gets the same delivery time as testing 2 units, while when it is added to 3 units there is an increase in delivery time of 3.125%. So it can be said that the performance of the system uses 3 units which takes longer.

The company's business competition is getting tougher in today's digital era. So that a company is required to adapt to technological advances. The Internet of Things has begun to be implemented to realize industry 4.0. One of the foundations of industrial revolution 4.0 is IoT. So that IoT can be used in the process of monitoring temperature and humidity in leather storage warehouses so that skin quality can be maintained. High and low humidity greatly affects the quality of the skin. IoT devices that are continuously connected to the internet network can provide convenience for remote monitoring. In addition, it can help warehouse supervisors to work efficiently and effectively and decide an action based on historical data obtained from monitoring results. An IoT-based temperature and humidity monitoring system connected to MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) can send data or messages in real-time so that if there is an increase in temperature and humidity beyond a predetermined threshold, supervisors can immediately take action.
