Abstract

The study program is a unit of education and learning activities that has a curriculum and learning method. Each studi program ga a curriculum, in which the curriculum is a set regulatory plans to achieve graduate learning outcomes, study material, processes and assesments that are used as guidelines for the implementation of study program. The main stream of elective and talents. C4.5 algorithm is one method of algorithm that has a decision tree or decision tree, by utilizing data from academics about the selection of the mainstream courses. Bases on the result of the study, the analysis of C4.5 algorithm in determining the pattern of student dominance shows the 73% can be used as a reference marerial in determining student interests and talents

Abstract

Canaries are birds that are in great demand by hobbyists and breeders, especially local canaries and imported canaries. The advantages of imported canaries have an ideal body posture and also thick fur. However, where there are few problems with imported canaries, especially the sound that tends to be less noisy and the duration of the tone is not too long and canaries can be cultivated because they have a high economic value. Canaries are also very easily infected with diseases, infections that can attack these canaries, such as diseases caused by polioma infections or also disorders from parasites and bacterial contamination of the digestive organs. To overcome this problem, an expert system was created to diagnose diseases in canaries using the Dempster Shafer method with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This expert system application is designed using the Dempster Shafer method based on subjective possibilities and rules in combining degrees of confidence based on the evidence obtained. This theory has several characteristics that are intuitively in accordance with the way of thinking of an expert, but a strong mathematical basis. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the hobbyist/breeder to find out the disease he is suffering from and find out what percentage of the disease he suffers, so that the hobbyist/breeder can take immediate action.

Abstract

Abstract: Employees are a highly needed human resource. In order to achieve the desired goals, the agency conducts performance assessments on the soft skill competencies of its employees. Employee performance appraise based on communication, honesty, cooperation, and personal skills. Analytical hierarchy proces (AHP) method, pairwise comparison assesment to get priority value. In this srudy, the result show the rasio of 0.07 which means that the assesment is consistent because it is less than 0.1, so that the percetage of the calculation is 40%,honesty 34%, cooperation 17%, and personal 10%. The result of this study indicate that the AHP method can be used a method for assesing the soft skills competence of employeesof the ambalutu village office. Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Soft Skill, Village hall Office  Abstrak: Pegawai merupakan sumber daya manusia yang sangat dibutuhkan. Demi mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan maka instansi melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap kompetensi soft skill pegawainya. Penilaian kinerja pegawai berdasarkan kemampuan Komunikasi, Kejujuran, kerja Sama, dan Personal. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), penilaian perbandingan berpasangan untuk mendapatkan nilai prioritas. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil rasio0.07 yang berarti penilaian yang dilakukan tersebut konsisten karena kurang dari 0.1, sehingga memperoleh persentase perhitungan dengan nilai Komunikasi 40%, Kejujuran 34%, Kerjasama 17%, dan personal 10%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP dapat digunakan sebagai metode untuk penilaian kompetensi soft skill pegawai Kantor Balai Desa Ambalutu. Kata kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Soft Skills, Kantor Balai Desa

Abstract

Employees are a highly needed human resource. In order to achieve the desired goals, the agency conducts the best performance appraisal of employees. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a method for determining criteria and choice alternatives, followed by calculating the eigenvector value and testing its consistency. The application of analytical hierarchical analysis of the best employee performance appraisal process, where the results of this assessment can encourage every employee to give the best performance to the agency. The best employee performance decisions are made at the ambalutu village hall office. There are several criteria for performance appraisal, namely communication skills, honesty, cooperation, and person. Analysis method analytical hierarchy process where each criterion will be assessed in pairs comparison with other criteria to get priority value. In this study the results of the ratio were 0.07, which means that the assessment was consistent because it was less than 0.1, so the percentage of communication values was 40%, honesty 34%, cooperation 17% and personal 10%.

Abstract

Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Keywords: information system, data processing, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai   Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam proses pengolahan data balai pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang masih belum ada. Semua masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net 2012. Abstract: Information systems for processing data on registration of contracts for cafeterias and restaurants regulate all the needs of system users, as well as presenting needed and effective reports. The information system for processing data on registration of contracts for cafeterias and restaurants has data entry for tenants, places, cafeteria and restaurant management, and contract registration, tenant data search process, and cafeteria and restaurant contract data search process and produces list of tenant names, cafe per contract report month, cafeteria and restaurant contract report per year where all the processes were done manually beforehand. Abstract:  Community Service is done in the year 2017 period 2 at SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran, with the theme "Building Database Using Microsoft Access 2007". Given the very rapid technological developments, the knowledge of the database and how to build it is appropriate for teachers to know and able to make it, especially in SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran. This activity aims, in addition to the interest of lecturers with the affairs of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, but also equip teachers and students about the knowledge and techniques of building the database. Software used is Microsoft Access 2007. Benefits that can be taken after this activity is done, apart from the needs of lecturers to get functional positions, for teachers and students of course can build database related to their work, for example database for teacher data and student data in the school. This activity is only limited to the knowledge of the database and how / step / manufacturing techniques only. For the design of the application as a bridge of input, process, and output data, it is necessary to do further service in the future. Keywords : Database, Microsoft Access 2007, SMP Swasta Taman Siswa  Abstrak:  Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan di tahun 2017 periode ke 2 di SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran, dengan tema “Membangun Database Menggunakan Microsoft Access 2007”. Mengingat perkembangan teknologi begitu sangat cepat, maka pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara membangunnya sudah sewajarnya guru-guru mengetahuinya dan mampu membuatnya, khususnya di SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan, selain kepentingan dosen dengan urusan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, namun juga membekali guru-guru dan siswa tentang pengetahuan dan teknik membangun database. Software yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Access 2007.  Manfaat yang dapat diambil setelah kegiatan ini dilakukan adalah, selain dari kebutuhan dosen untuk mendapat jabatan fungsional, untuk guru dan siswa tentunya dapat membangun database yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan mereka, contohnya database untuk data guru dan  data siswa di sekolah tersebut. Kegiatan ini hanya sebatas pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara/langkah/teknik pembuatannya saja. Abstract

Abstract: Knowledge in building a database is one of the foundations for a person to build a computer-based application. In the database itself there are several parts that must be designed to build a database perfectly, ie tables, relationships, and queries. The students of SMK Swasta Nasional Kisaran is one of the objectives that is considered appropriate to understand and practice the science of the database, because the knowledge they can implement directly to their world of work will, of course, work related to the world of information technology, especially building a computer-based information system applications . The method used in learning to build this database, that is training, which in the training contains the study of database in theory, then practice directly using Microsoft Access 2007 application. The end result of this learning is the students of SMK Swasta Nasional Kisaran can know, understand, and practice directly on the computer using Microsoft Access 2007 applications, how tips and tricks to build tables, relationships, and queries, so that the database can be created perfectly.Keywords: Database, Table, Relationship, QueryAbstrak: Pengetahuan dalam membangun database merupakan salah satu dasar bagi seseorang untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis komputer. Dalam database itu sendiri terdapat beberapa bagian-bagian yang harus dirancang untuk terbangunnnya sebuah database dengan sempurna, yaitu tabel, relationship, dan query. Siswa SMK Swasta Nasional Kisaran salah satu sasaran yang dianggap tepat untuk memahami dan mempraktekan ilmu pengetahuan tentang database, karena pengetahuan tersebut dapat mereka implementasikan langsung pada dunia kerja mereka nantinya, tentunya pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan dunia teknologi informasi, khususnya membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran membangun sebuah database ini, yaitu pelatihan, yang di dalam pelatihan tersebut memuat tentang kajian database secara teori, kemudian praktek langsung menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Access 2007. Hasil akhir dari pembelajaran ini adalah siswa SMK Swasta Nasional Kisaran dapat mengetahui, memahami, dan mempraktekkan langsung pada komputer menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Access 2007, bagaimana tips dan trik membangun tabel, relationship, dan query, sehingga database dapat tercipta dengan sempurna. Kata kunci: Database, Tabel, Relationship, Query

Abstract: The theme of community service activities carried out in Pinanggripan village, Air Batu Subdistrict, Asahan Regency is "Implementation of Corel Draw X4 Application for Graphic Design for Pinanggripan Village Devices, Air Batu District, Asahan Regency". The purpose of the activity is to provide knowledge and skills of village officials in designing graphics using the Corel Draw X4 application. With these knowledge and skills the village device can be creative in designing using the Corel Draw X4 application. The skills of the village apparatus in designing will help balaidesa in making activity banners, brochures, and other designs. Keywords: Graphic Design, Corel Draw X4  Abstrak: Tema kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada desa Pinanggripan, Kecamatan Air Batu, Kabupaten Asahan adalah “Implementasi Aplikasi Corel Draw X4 Untuk Desain Grafis Bagi Perangkat Desa Pinanggripan Kecamatan Air Batu Babupaten Asahan”. Abstract

SIG mempunyai kemampuan untuk menghubungkan berbagai data pada suatu titik tertentu di bumi, menggabungkannya, menganalisa dan akhirnya memetakan hasilnya. Pemetaan Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu sistem yang banyak digunakan untuk membantu mengambil keputusan, perencanaan dan analisi. Pemetaan dilakukan bertujuan dengan kemudahan dalam mencari titik lokasi. Pemetaan posyandu bertujuan memudahkan pegawai puskesmas dalam pencarian informasi tentang titik lokasi, galeri, serta alamat lengkap posyandu di Kecamatan Air Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam membuat sistem infromasi kali ini yaitu metode waterfall. Hasil analisis kali ini didapatkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari titik lokasi posyandu di Kecamatan Air Batu dengan akurat.
