Abstract

Canaries are birds that are in great demand by hobbyists and breeders, especially local canaries and imported canaries. The advantages of imported canaries have an ideal body posture and also thick fur. However, where there are few problems with imported canaries, especially the sound that tends to be less noisy and the duration of the tone is not too long and canaries can be cultivated because they have a high economic value. Canaries are also very easily infected with diseases, infections that can attack these canaries, such as diseases caused by polioma infections or also disorders from parasites and bacterial contamination of the digestive organs. To overcome this problem, an expert system was created to diagnose diseases in canaries using the Dempster Shafer method with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This expert system application is designed using the Dempster Shafer method based on subjective possibilities and rules in combining degrees of confidence based on the evidence obtained. This theory has several characteristics that are intuitively in accordance with the way of thinking of an expert, but a strong mathematical basis. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the hobbyist/breeder to find out the disease he is suffering from and find out what percentage of the disease he suffers, so that the hobbyist/breeder can take immediate action.

Abstract

Employees are a highly needed human resource. In order to achieve the desired goals, the agency conducts the best performance appraisal of employees. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a method for determining criteria and choice alternatives, followed by calculating the eigenvector value and testing its consistency. The application of analytical hierarchical analysis of the best employee performance appraisal process, where the results of this assessment can encourage every employee to give the best performance to the agency. The best employee performance decisions are made at the ambalutu village hall office. There are several criteria for performance appraisal, namely communication skills, honesty, cooperation, and person. Analysis method analytical hierarchy process where each criterion will be assessed in pairs comparison with other criteria to get priority value. In this study the results of the ratio were 0.07, which means that the assessment was consistent because it was less than 0.1, so the percentage of communication values was 40%, honesty 34%, cooperation 17% and personal 10%.

Abstract

Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Keywords: information system, data processing, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai   Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam proses pengolahan data balai pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang masih belum ada. Semua masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net 2012. Abstract

Abstract: Information systems for processing data on registration of contracts for cafeterias and restaurants regulate all the needs of system users, as well as presenting needed and effective reports. The information system for processing data on registration of contracts for cafeterias and restaurants has data entry for tenants, places, cafeteria and restaurant management, and contract registration, tenant data search process, and cafeteria and restaurant contract data search process and produces list of tenant names, cafe per contract report month, cafeteria and restaurant contract report per year where all the processes were done manually beforehand. Abstract:  Community Service is done in the year 2017 period 2 at SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran, with the theme "Building Database Using Microsoft Access 2007". Given the very rapid technological developments, the knowledge of the database and how to build it is appropriate for teachers to know and able to make it, especially in SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran. This activity aims, in addition to the interest of lecturers with the affairs of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, but also equip teachers and students about the knowledge and techniques of building the database. Software used is Microsoft Access 2007. Benefits that can be taken after this activity is done, apart from the needs of lecturers to get functional positions, for teachers and students of course can build database related to their work, for example database for teacher data and student data in the school. This activity is only limited to the knowledge of the database and how / step / manufacturing techniques only. For the design of the application as a bridge of input, process, and output data, it is necessary to do further service in the future. Keywords : Database, Microsoft Access 2007, SMP Swasta Taman Siswa  Abstrak:  Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan di tahun 2017 periode ke 2 di SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran, dengan tema “Membangun Database Menggunakan Microsoft Access 2007”. Mengingat perkembangan teknologi begitu sangat cepat, maka pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara membangunnya sudah sewajarnya guru-guru mengetahuinya dan mampu membuatnya, khususnya di SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan, selain kepentingan dosen dengan urusan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, namun juga membekali guru-guru dan siswa tentang pengetahuan dan teknik membangun database. Software yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Access 2007.  Manfaat yang dapat diambil setelah kegiatan ini dilakukan adalah, selain dari kebutuhan dosen untuk mendapat jabatan fungsional, untuk guru dan siswa tentunya dapat membangun database yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan mereka, contohnya database untuk data guru dan  data siswa di sekolah tersebut. Kegiatan ini hanya sebatas pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara/langkah/teknik pembuatannya saja. Abstract: The theme of community service activities carried out in Pinanggripan village, Air Batu Subdistrict, Asahan Regency is "Implementation of Corel Draw X4 Application for Graphic Design for Pinanggripan Village Devices, Air Batu District, Asahan Regency". The purpose of the activity is to provide knowledge and skills of village officials in designing graphics using the Corel Draw X4 application. With these knowledge and skills the village device can be creative in designing using the Corel Draw X4 application. Abstract

Abstract: Information technology-based learning as a basis for introduction to kindergarten teachers so that teachers can develop learning models in the information technology era which has begun to be implemented in the world of education. In this community service, teachers are given a basic introduction to the benefits of the role of technology in the learning process. As a result of this community service, it is hoped that ABA XI Kindergarten teachers will be able to apply one of the technology applications that have great potential to be used as learning media, namely using the Microsoft PowerPoint application. Microsoft PowerPoint is an application program part of Microsoft Office. Abstract

Abstract: The laundry application is a digital service innovation that helps users to carry out the laundry process easily and efficiently. In the current era of digitalization, users are expected to better utilize technology to optimize time and effectiveness in carrying out various activities, including laundry. The advantage of using a laundry application with a Custmer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is that users no longer need to spend time coming to the laundry place to ask for existing information because with the laundry system users or customers can get information directly from the system that has been created. In addition, it can improve the quality of service to customers so that a close relationship is established between Customer and Owner. Laundry applications also provide benefits for laundry business owners. With the laundry application, laundry business owners can expand market reach and facilitate the ordering process, so as to increase business turnover. The results of this research can help Bang Tris Laundry in laundry services, establish relationships with owners and customers and can provide convenience in the marketing process and reports.Keywords:CRM strategy; Information System; Laundry.Abstrak: Aplikasi laundry adalah sebuah inovasi layanan digital yang membantu pengguna untuk melakukan proses laundry secara mudah dan efisien. Dalam era digitalisasi saat ini, pengguna diharapkan untuk lebih memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan waktu dan efektivitas dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas, termasuk laundry. Keuntungan menggunakan aplikasi laundry dengan strategi Custmer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah pengguna tidak perlu lagi menghabiskan waktu untuk datang ke tempat laundry untuk menanyakan informasi yang ada  karena dengan danya sistem laundry pengguna atau pelaggan sudah bisa mendapatkan infomasi secara langsung dari sistem yang telah dibuat. Selain itu dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan sehingga terjalin hubungan yang erat antara Customer dan Owner. Aplikasi laundry juga memberikan manfaat bagi para pemilik bisnis laundry. Dengan adanya aplikasi laundry, pemilik bisnis laundry dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar dan memudahkan proses pemesanan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset bisnis. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu Laundry Bang Tris dalam pelayanan jasa laundry, menjalin hubungan biak dengan para owner dan customer serta dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pemasaran dan laporan. Kata kunci: Laundry; Sistem Informasi; Strategi CRM.

Abstract

Abstract: In the era of rapid Information Technology advancement, speed, professionalism, and efficiency have become paramount demands in the workforce. Therefore, the crucial role of information technology in assisting and streamlining various tasks for humans in sectors such as schools, companies, universities, institutions, and government agencies is undeniable. This extends to the management of attendance in companies or government institutions. Attendance being a vital element in a government agency, where an efficient attendance system is expected to monitor and control employee performance to achieve maximum results in line with set objectives. However, there are still some companies or institutions that have not integrated their attendance system with information technology, as seen in the manual attendance process for ground personnel at the Asahan District Transportation Office in North Sumatra. To address this issue, this research aims to develop a web-based attendance system to facilitate administration and minimize the time required for attendance recording for ground personnel in the land transportation sector at the Asahan District Transportation Office. Keywords: Attendance; Department of Transportation; Information System Abstrak: Dalam era perkembangan pesat Teknologi Informasi, kecepatan, profesionalitas, dan efisiensi menjadi tuntutan utama dalam dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, peran penting dari teknologi informasi dalam membantu dan mempermudah berbagai tugas manusia di berbagai sektor seperti sekolah, perusahaan, perguruan tinggi, lembaga, dan instansi pemerintahan tidak terbantahkan, termasuk dalam hal manajemen absensi di perusahaan atau instansi pemerintah. Absensi menjadi elemen vital dalam suatu instansi pemerintah, di mana dengan sistem absensi yang efisien, diharapkan dapat memantau dan mengendalikan kinerja karyawan dengan maksimal dan sesuai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa perusahaan atau instansi yang belum mengintegrasikan sistem absensi dengan teknologi informasi, seperti halnya absensi personil lapangan darat Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan yang masih menggunakan metode manual. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi absensi berbasis website guna memudahkan administrasi dan meminimalkan waktu pengisian absensi bagi personil lapangan bidang perhubungan darat di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan. Kata Kunci: Absensi; Dinas Perhubungan; Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Abstract : In Semester 6 students are required to choose mainstream elective courses at the STMIK Royal campus. In this study, researchers chose 2 mainstraim elective courses, namely Logic and Programming, and Database and Information Management. The purpose of choosing this elective course is for students to focus more on their majors. The process of selecting the data, researchers carry out an analysis process of student learning outcomes. This research data is semester 1 to semester 5 grades. All data on the value of student learning outcomes are divided into 2 parts, namely theory and practice and divided into the number of courses. For many uses, a data mining method using K-means cluster is needed. K-Means Clustering is a data analysis method or Data Mining method that performs an unsupervised learning modeling process and uses methods that group data from various partitions. The results of the k means clutering grouping with 2 clusters, namely cluster 0 of the mainstream group of logic and programming courses with a total of 28 students, and cluster 1 of the mainstream group of informatics database and management courses with a total of 72 students with a total of 100 students.            Keywords: data; K-means; student      Abstrak : Mahasiswa semester 6 diwajibkan memilih mainstream matakuliah pilihan yang ada di kampus STMIK Royal. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti memilih 2 mainstraim matakuliah pilihan yaitu Logika dan Pemprograman, serta Basis Data dan Manajemen Informatika. Tujuan pemilihan matakuliah pilihan ini adalah agar mahasiswa lebih terfokus pada jurusannya. Proses pemilihan datanya, peneliti melakukan proses analisa dari hasil belajar mahasiswa. Data penelitian ini nilai semester 1 sampai  semester 5. Seluruh data nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa dibagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu teori dan praktek serta dibagi jumlah banyaknya matakuliah. untuk penggunaan yang banyak, maka dperlukan metode data mining dengan menggunakan k-means cluster. K-Means Clustering adalah metode analisis data atau metode Data Mining yang melakukan proses pemodelan pembelajaran tanpa pengawasan dan menggunakan metode yang mengelompokkan data dari berbagai partisi. Hasil pengelompokan k means clutering dengan 2 cluster yaitu cluster 0 kelompok mainstream matakuliah logika dan pemprograman dengan jumlah mahasiswa 28 orang, dan cluster 1 kelompok mainstream matakuliah basis data dan manajemen informatika dengan jumlah mahasiswa 72 orang dengan total keseluruhan 100 mahasiswa. Keyword : data; K-means; mahasiswa;
