JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

This mobile-based facility and infrastructure inventory application are engineered because there is still a conventional data collection process that is recorded in a logbook (a special book for inventory) so that in the logbook the number of items available is not updated in real-time if there are incoming goods, outgoing goods, goods borrowed, goods repaired or damaged goods. This application engineering follows the stages of the Extreme programming system development method, which consists of planning, designing, coding, and testing. The result of this research is a mobile application that can be used to manage inventory data of facilities and infrastructure at SD ABC which is engineered using Android Studio and the Java programming language. The XP method was successfully implemented so that the application was successfully engineered according to the predetermined time estimate. The application was successfully tested using the Usability standard with an average percentage value of 85%, and after being converted it entered the good category, so it can be concluded that the application is feasible to use in facilitating the management of school facilities and infrastructure inventory data.

In 2021, Indonesia government performed National Covid-19 vaccine program throughput Indonesia. Al though it was considered a successful program, based on the number of participation, there were also quite many negative opinion about Covid-19 vaccine, especially online. The purpose of this research is to crate a sentiment analysis on Indonesian opnion about Covid-19 vaccine based on their tweets on Twitter. We collected 4000 tweets, but after bing preprocessed and oversampling, we gat a dataset consisted of 1685 balanced data of two classes, Positive opinion and Negative opinion. The classifier model was built with Multi Layer perceptron Neural Network algorithm. The model has 68,8% accuracy with 0,82 precision, and 0,62 recall. The low result on recall was caused by nonoptimal feature extraction, especially for the Negative class features. There were few features in Negative class that were also a feature in Positive class. Other that that, the high use of abbreviations and non-standard words were also the hindrance for the feature extraction process which are stopwords removal and stemming could perform optimal.

As one of the government agencies in the region, the Palewai Village office cannot be separated from its responsibility to improve the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on observations with the office, it is necessary to have an online system that can provide clear and up-to-date information, thus helping the public in obtaining information and services without having to come and gather in the service room. In addition, services with an online system will greatly help the people of Palewai Village during the pandemic. The online system in this service can be done by filling in the BPJS, KIS, SIM and SKTM cover letter forms from home so that people can avoid crowds in the service room as an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The Village Information System can be implemented properly using HTML, CSS and Java Script for the interface, then using the MySql database and to connect the interface and database using PHP programming. The results of the evaluation carried out with a Likert scale and continuum line obtained a system feasibility value of 4.07 with a very feasible category to be applied.

The rise of internet and smartphone users who have directly changed people's lifestyles has become one of the strategies for optimizing the tourism industry through the use of technology towards digital to be better known by the wider community, in this case a smart tourism application was built to make it easier for tourists to access information covering all tourism sectors in the province of West Sulawesi. User experience (UX) is an important and important factor for an application in providing convenience and a good experience to users of the accessibility of a product being offered. User experience analysis in this study uses the design thinking method so that later it will produce a very good level of user experience (UX). The evaluation results obtained later from the use of the smart tourism application will be tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) calculations which include learning ability, usability, and group impressions of attractiveness, sharpness, efficiency, dependence, stimulation, novelty where the results of the overall test get very good results (good and excellent)

This study aims to create an accounting information system that can be used at the Poliklinik Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri. The data collection technique used by the author is using descriptive analysis by means of interviews, observations and also the study of the available data literature. And the software development method used is the waterfall method. Even though the recording and reporting of capitation funds is semi-computerized using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word...but there is still a high possibility of errors in data collection, and can allow data loss, as well as delays. Therefore, the Pusdikmin Polyclinic of the National Police Lemdiklat needs a system that can help simplify the reporting process. So the author gives advice by designing a cash accounting information system by modeling structured analysis including flowmaps, context diagrams, Entity relationship diagrams (ERD), desktop-based data flow diagrams (DFD) using Microsoft studio 2017 and MySQL. By testing the system using the Blackbox testing method. The author hopes that this application can facilitate the work process and speed up the effectiveness of cash recording and report generation.

The lobby loaning was an activity normally carried out in government agencies, especially in the city of salatiga. Room loans were usually made by visiting the service where they intended to borrow a room and meeting the person in charge of the room borrowing. But it was not uncommon for government officials to have difficulty lending, both from borrowers and from lending services. In this respect, salatiga city bygone has not applied information technology principles specific to the loan room. Causing as many problems as time flies, data search is difficult because room loan accounts are still being done by hand. In this study, a formal introduction to room loan requests can make registration, loan archive material, and accessibility of loan-related information easier. There's room for the salatiga city office. Designing the application using SDLC methodology (system development lifecycle), this stage begins with demand analysis, design, application, testing, and maintenance. The application has the function of sending room loan reminders by email so that the borrower can figure out the loan schedules that have been made.

The purpose of designing a drug inventory accounting information system is to speed up the delivery of drug availability information and make it easier to search for effective and efficient drug data. The author uses data collection techniques by means of literature studies, documentation, interviews and observations. Even though in recording and making inventory reports, it is still a semi-computer with Microsoft Excel , but there are several problems that may occur, including the officers having difficulty in recording the number of incoming and outgoing drugs, the truth of the calculation is not guaranteed and there is a delay in the delivery of information. The author designed an inventory accounting information system using structured analysis accompanied by MySQL as the database, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) programming language VB.Net, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and FlowMap. The system development method used is the Waterfall model. By testing the system using black box. The author hopes that this application can help the performance of officers in processing drug inventory data.

A project delay is typically becoming a common cause in IT Projects. As one of Indonesia’s biggest palm oil companies, a total of delayed projects are ten projects (71%), and the rest of the four projects (29%) have been completed on time from 2018 until 2020. Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 6th edition used as one of the project management approaches. The main objective of this study is to explore the impact of PMBOK on the IT project that specifically standardizes the Windows Operating System in the company. The project management proposed model includes communication between stakeholders, scope management, schedule plan, risk response plan, and project documentation. The model improves solving the delay in the project schedule and receives a very positive response from the individuals involved. The results indicate that the application of PMBOK is a way to align with the project schedule performance.

Abstract Breast cancer threatens the female population worldwide. Prevention with early detection of this disease is essential in reducing mortality. The primary purpose of this study is to analyze the classification of breast cancer and determine the categories of normal and malignant cancers with computer-assisted detection and diagnosis (CAD) to detect the disease immediately. In this study, we offer a prototype of a breast cancer classification system using a digital mammogram method based on comparing the collaboration features of the Histogram and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). The results of this study indicate that the level of accuracy reached the value of 97.67%, sensitivity 98.40%, specificity 97.63%, and ROC 97.70%. This study serves to assist radiologists as a consideration in making decisions.

In carrying out learning at home, students must be assisted with online learning applications or e-learning lessons. E-learning is a type of teaching and learning that allows the delivery of teaching materials to students using the internet or other computer network media. One of the applications used in e-learning is Google Classroom. This research takes a case study at Anak Panah Christian High School, Nabire Regency. This study focuses on analyzing the level of student satisfaction in using the Google Classroom application by analyzing it using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using five variables, namely Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU). Behavioural Intention (BI) and Actual Usage (AU). The hypothesis in connecting these variables in this study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the Partial Least Structural (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS application. The results of the research shows that all the variables used have positive values that indicate the level of student satisfaction with the use of Google Classroom in e-learning learning in schools, but the ease of use of the Google Classroom application does not affect the attitudes and behaviour of students in increasing students' interest or intention in learning.
