Abstract

The implementation of activities in the filing unit at the Linggar Health Center still has obstacles, namely the recording of loans and the return of medical record documents is still done manually, and the implementation of incompleteness checking the filling of mendis records that are still not carried out optimally. Difficulty when searching data when a missfile occurs can affect health services for patients. In order to support the implementation activities in the filing unit , a system is needed that is expected to facilitate the work of medical record officers. This research is qualitative with observational data collection techniques. This information system design method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model. The results of this study are an application that can help the process of checking the incompleteness of filling out medical records in a computerized manner. The application is created with the PHP programming language with a codeigniter framework and the database used is MySQL.

Abstract

The follow-up monitoring activity of the audit results is one of the activities carried out by the Internal Auditor after the publication of the Internal Audit Report. In minimizing delays in the completion of follow-up recommendations from the internal audit report, Knowledge Capture activities are needed to capture tacit knowledge in the activities of monitoring audit results by internal auditors. The knowledge capture techniques used by the authors in this study are interviews and on-site observation, as well as conceptual methods adopted from Alan Hevner's framework. This research aims to provide proposed improvement recommendations and find factors that cause delays in completing audit report recommendations so that, with the proposed improvements obtained from knowledge capture, the organization is able to minimize the impact of the risk of wasted time loss, additional costs, and stacked work for auditors. The proposed improvement is 1) the people aspect, organizations can hold knowledge sharing periodically and tiered according to the level of auditor competence and map the level of auditor competence, which is then used as a basis for training submissions for auditors. 2) As a process aspect, the organization will compile a follow-up monitoring procedure for audit report recommendations, which will then be socialized to Auditee in order to increase the level of understanding related to the completion of follow-up audit report recommendations.3) Furthermore, for the technological aspect, organizations should develop a web-based Follow-up Audit Report Recommendation Monitoring.

Abstract

CV. Merta Bakti is a business entity in the form of a building material trading company with the main consumers being the general public. Problems that occur in the CV. Merta Bakti There are two, The first is the availability of data collection of goods that do not match the number of goods in the store. The second problem is that current transactions still use note books and recap sales data every day by hand, this causes work to be longer and ineffective. To overcome the problems that occur, it is necessary to have Information Technology. Information technology that requires strategic planning to be able to support the business running in the CV becomes more efficient and able to compete with competitors. This study uses an approach with the ward & peppard method. In the ward & peppard method there are PESTEL analysis, Value Chain, SWOT, CSF, application mapping using McFarlan Grid, and SI analysis to provide Information System recommendations. The results of the research conducted are IS/IT strategic planning and IS/IT framework which will later be used as a reference for developing IS/IT CV. Merta Bakti in the future.

Abstract

The problem of settlements is still the main problem faced by some regions. The unorganized settlement area can create a livable, productive and sustainable residential environment. In addition, the non-fulfillment of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in several residential areas causes the environmental conditions of the settlements to be inadequate and below the minimum service standards such as low quality of drinking water, drainage, waste, garbage and other problems such as overcrowding and irregularities. buildings which further have implications for increasing fire hazards as well as social impacts such as crime rates which tend to increase from time to time. In this study, the authors use the Data Mining classification method, namely the C4.5 Algorithm to classify activities in obtaining activities with a Very Priority, Priority and Not Priority Scale. The sample of data sources was taken from investment data for the KOTAKU Program activities in Kuningan Regency. From the test results obtained for the Accuracy Algorithm C4.5 value is 95.98%. Thus the C4.5 algorithm is the best algorithm and technique for classifying investment activity data in obtaining aid funds sourced from the government.

Abstract

Mining is a strategic industry sector in Indonesia, so many entrepreneurs who take opportunities in the mining industry and other industries that support the mining industry. The business process that the authors propose is part of the industry that supports the mining industry. The authors believe that the proposal has a market in need, because it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the process of hauling trip that can later support the income for the coal mining company. The process is by designing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design and describing the application interface to model the data management system in the process of hauling trip. Through application hauling trip system that authors give believed to be more effective and efficient in supporting the company's income. This can be explained through the accuracy and speed of coal delivery (hauling trip), eliminating the use of paper, reducing the number of employees (allocation of employees) and facilitate the user in data processing. UML method is very helpful in the process of designing a data management system for hauling trip, this application can be used as data management Sara, especially for coal mining companies.

Abstract

Pengenalan wajah memiliki keunggulan karena gambar wajah bisa didapat dari kejauhan dengan menggunakan kamera. Namun, ketika tangkapan citra dalam kondisi gelap dan kurang pencahayaan yang sama sekali tidak mungkin dilakukan, maka citra termal sangat memungkinkan untuk digunakan. Metode yang sebelumnya digunakan untuk pengenalan wajah citra termal adalah MultiScale Block Local Binary Pattern (MB-LBP), namun persentase keberhasilannya masih kurang optimal dan masih dapat ditingkatkan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja metode MBLBP sehingga recognition rate dapat menjadi lebih tinggi. Hal itu dilakukan dengan cara mengembangkan framework pengenalan wajah citra termal yang baru yang disebut Waberface Multi Scale Block Local Binary Pattern (W-MBLBP). W-MBLBP diperoleh dengan cara menggabungkan metode Multi Scale Weberface (MSW) dan MB-LBP. Simulasi dilakukan terhadap 1000 citra wajah yang dibagi menjadi 100 subjek dan setiap subjek memiliki 10 citra wajah yang memiliki perbedaan ekspresi, dimana setiap citra memiliki ukuran 180x225 piksel. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan metode W-MBLBP yang diusulkan mengalami peningkatan untuk recognition rate sebesar 6.16 % dan dapat menurunkan error rate sebesar 27 %.

Abstract

PT INTI (Persero) Bandung is a company engaged in telecommunications as the leading supplier for the construction of the national telephone network. Based on the research conducted, the problem is that monitoring project implementation is still done manually. The reports produced are still in the form of hard files, which are not presented quickly and accurately. This study aims to analyze and design a project monitoring information system at PT (Persero) according to the company’s needs so that the company’s operational activities are more effective and efficient. With the project monitoring system, its hoped that it will make it easier to monitor the progress of project implementation and help make decisions for the company. The research method used is qualitative, while the software development method uses a waterfall system. The design is done using UML. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, interviews and literature study. In making this software using the PHP programming language and XAMPP as localhost. Database storage using MySQL.

Abstract

Risk is a situation that contains an element of uncertainty and is sometimes associated with the possibility of events that can threaten the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. The risk must be managed, because the losses arising from the risk can be very large. The purpose of data collection is to find out what risks will occur during the printing process at PT. Bawen Mediatama. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive data presentation. Data collection techniques using direct observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in the field were carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the risk of work accidents at PT. Bawen Mediatama can be categorized into 4 types, namely: risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. This study also found that using ISO 31000 can be seen the value of risk with low, medium, and high risk levels.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era there are several supporting factors that support the occurrence of changes from various aspects, one of which is Technology. The advent of this technology greatly helped human work in any case. All organizations and companies already use technology in carrying out their business processes and become a very important thing that must be owned or organization or company. Currently, the Faculty of Information Technology, Satya Wacana Salatiga Christian University is conducting a migration process to the space lending process, namely from the manual recording process to the web information system process. Because FTI UKSW Salatiga wants to utilize existing human resources and does not need a lot of human resources to serve all FTI students and outside FTI. To create a web information system requires a framework to support the Laravel framework. Laravel framework is very helpful because there are templates that have been provided so that programmers are faster in coding on a piece of work. The result of the design of this information system is in the form of a WEB application that can be controlled with the internet network. This WEB application makes it easy for FTI UKSW admins to input space data and borrower data quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

XYZ is a company that provides daily needs. PT.XYZ has an idea to change the reporting system that has been used for years in the form of a desktop device into a newer application using a mobile device. PT.XYZ must replace gradually and cannot replace all devices as a whole, therefore this research was conducted to develop a new system, namely the Cloud-Based Reporting System for Retail Stores using the Kivy and Flask Frameworks, which in using the framework can create a system cross-platform, open source so that the system built can run on desktop and mobile devices which of course can be considered very efficient in reporting so that PT.XYZ can easily replace the old system without worrying about the transaction process. This research was conducted to develop a Cloud Based Reporting System using the waterfall process model. From the results of the tests carried out by the author, the percentage is 85.6% so it can be said that this test gets a very good response from potential users of the company PT.XYZ
