Abstract

This study aims to determine and evaluate the extent of the implementation of SiakadCloud at IAIN Manado and the various factors that influence it. SiakadCloud has been integrated with the academic activities of IAIN Manado for approximately 3 years and has experienced various kinds of problems in it. The variable user acceptance is the main dependent variable of this study and the external variables that the researchers observed were two variables, namely system quality and user experience. This research method is descriptive quantitative with Path Analysis method to analyze the influence path between variables. The sampling method used random sampling for student respondents and convenience sampling for lecturer respondents. The total sample of this study amounted to 348 respondents, which were divided into 300 respondents from student respondents and 48 respondents from lecturers. Conducting research during the odd semester 2021/2022 at IAIN Manado. The results showed that about 55% of lecturer respondents were quite familiar with SiakadCloud and had used it for a long time and planned to continue it and the rest were still adjusting and using SiakadCloud to complete their duties as lecturers. For student respondents, about 80% have used Siakadcloud for academic administration processes every semester and to check class schedules and attendance and the rest are still in the adjustment period. The hypothesis that external variables, namely system quality and user experience, affect user acceptance, is accepted with an average percentage of 27.95%, the percentage is simultaneously the system quality variable, user experience, and everyday user attitudes, and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Graha Pesona Housing is a housing complex located in Citra Raya. Graha Pesona housing has community units (RW) and neighborhood units (RT) which serve residents in various matters regarding housing needs. Every resident in Graha Pesona Housing is required to pay a citizen fee. Some business processes at Graha Pesona Housing do not run according to business functions. The current problem is that the system is not integrated where the recording and collection of residents' dues is still done manually where the RT management will go to the residents' houses one by one. Until the benefits of a structured, integrated, and planned information system are obtained. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) can support architectural design at Graha Pesona Housing, EAP which aims to provide an integrated and efficient information system based on needs. The EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) methodology is an architectural modeling method developed to build enterprise architecture. This enterprise architecture modeling creates a blueprint consisting of application architecture, technology architecture, and data architecture that can be used as a reference for changes and development of information systems at Graha Pesona Housing to support its business functions.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi ternyata akan berdampak terhadap banyak aspek tanpa terkecuali, seperti dunia bisnis dan pemasaran. Intnernet merupakan salah satu sarana utama bagi perusahaan untuk mempromosikan produk mereka. Oleh karena itu kini internet sangat berkembang pesat bahkan sudah menjadi gaya hidup semua orang. Hal itu menarik perhatian para pebisnis untuk menjual dan mempromosikan produk mereka secara online kepada pengguna internet. Programmatic advertising merupakan media yang menjembatani antara mitra dengan konsumen agar bisa beriklan secara lebih mudah. Transaksi digital yang disuguhkan Programmatic Advertising memudahkan konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi kapanpun dan dimanapun ia berada, oleh karena itu dibuatlah “Sistem informasi programmatic advertising di PT Lintas Mediatama”. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode penelitian Waterfall dan pemodelan UML lalu diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database SQL serta menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Sehingga dibuatlah Space4adv.com yang menjadi solusi mencari media placement secara online dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas, efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya space4adv.com ini bisa membantu PT. Lintas Mediatama mewadahi para mitra membantu memasarkan titik placement secara online dan memudahkan konsumen untuk mencari titik placement yang ideal.

Abstract

The country of Indonesia is still struggling with the Covid-19 outbreak to date, the same as other countries in the world. The number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia every day continues to increase along with the recovery rate, but not a few also die. The Indonesian government provides socialization to the public to carry out physical distancing to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 which is spreading in various parts of Indonesia. Therefore, there must be a lot of data collection, from that much data we can see patterns in determining the grouping of the spread of Covid-19 based on tests using the k-means clustering algorithm. The result of the research is to know the area that has the highest death rate. And making decisions for areas with a high death rate will be included in the red zone and action must be taken immediately.

Abstract

The data mining process always involves a data preparation stage. Based on the experience of IBM data mining practitioners, 40-70% of data mining project time is spent on data preparation. This is because not everyone knows what the content of the available data is, so it will take time just to understand the data itself. The research method used adopts an information systems research framework, by comparing the knowledge base (data mining) with environmental facts (the duration of data preparation). Design/research is made using a knowledge management approach designed for data. Two qualitative and quantitative tables containing data related knowledge are used as an explicit form of data. With this knowledge the data preparation process can be shortened because miners are not mining data from zero knowledge.

Abstract

School supervisors have an important role in the world of education whose job is to improve the quality of education. Qualifications of competent school supervisors are needed to master academic performance and management of educational institutions. In the implementation of the selection of prospective school supervisors, each participant must meet the requirements of the level of education, class, age, years of service of teachers, and educator certificates. To determine graduation, certain conditions are prepared that are used as the basis for the assessment. The C4.5 algorithm used in the Decision Tree data mining method of data classification that produces one decision tree. The results of the dataset test using the C4.5 algorithm to determine the feasibility of prospective school supervisors using Rapidminer tools have good values, the accuracy calculation is 95.07%, the precision calculation is 100%, and the recall calculation is 82.28 %. The resulting knowledge is used as a reference in the eligibility of prospective school supervisors.

Abstract

Disasters have a tremendous impact on society, one of the impacts of natural disasters is damage to houses, West Java is one of the provinces that is prone to disasters, and there is a lot of damage to houses due to disasters, it is necessary to provide housing assistance caused by natural disasters. In this study discusses the application of the K-Means Clustering algorithm for beneficiaries due to natural disasters, this study takes data from open data from West Java with the data set of house damage, the data used is data in 2012-2021 which consists of 27 regencies/cities that in West Java Province. This research uses the CRISPDM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) research method which consists of Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. The results of the data processed using K-Means clustering are divided into 4 clusters, namely, the very priority cluster level (C0), the priority cluster level (C1), the less priority cluster level (C2), and the non-priority cluster level (C3). These clusters that are very prioritized in receiving aid are Bekasi City, Subang Regency, Karawang Regency, and Indramayu Regency

Abstract

New students have their own choices in choosing a school, but these choices are not always in accordance with their abilities. Making the choice is very important for the desired end result. Vocational High School is a school that consists of several majors that can be chosen by new students according to the interests of students. The school has a policy in determining majors by making interest and aptitude tests. The test is carried out when students register. Data Mining can determine the new student study groups needed by the school. The clustering method with the k-means algorithm is the choice to determine the new student study group. The learning machine used is RapidMiner. Data processing using data mining will produce new student study groups needed by the school.

Abstract

Learning Management System (LMS) is an e-learning or online learning media provided by Tadulako University to facilitate interaction between students and lecturers. The purpose of this study was to determine the opinion of students on the acceptance of LMS provided by the University. This study uses the UTAUT 2 model to examine the factors of the LMS (performance expectations, business expectations, social influence, facility conditions, hedonic motivation, habits and behavioral intentions to use). This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. Data analysis using SEM-PLS technique with the help of SmartPLS version 3.29. Validity testing is done by looking at the value on the outer loading, reliability testing is carried out to assess the alpha, composite and AVE methods. This research was conducted by distributing online questionnaires to active students at Tadulako University. The results obtained from this study for testing the validity and reliability were declared valid on each variable because it had an AVE value of more than 0.5, an alpha of more than 0.6 and a composite of more than 0.7. For the results of hypothesis testing in this study 12 hypotheses, 7 rejected hypotheses and 5 accepted hypotheses.

Abstract

Abstract The electricity replacement application is one of the applications needed by PT Asuransi Sinar Mas in order to replace electricity bills that have been issued by employees. The problem faced by employees is the excessive use of electricity so that employees need this electricity replacement system. Therefore, the author designed a system for replacing electricity costs at PT Asuransi Sinar Mas. This system uses the SQL programming language with the PEGA platform. Pega's platform that focuses on the Business Process Manager (BPM) makes it easy for writers to translate the needs needed by users into the system created, these needs are designed using the unified modeling language (UML) design method. With this application, employees can easily process electricity reimbursements.
