Abstract

Motorcycle is a means of transportation that is widely used in Indonesia. There is an increase in the number of motorcycle users. The growth in the number of motorised vehicles in Indonesia has a negative impact, including air pollution, traffic jams, accidents, and etc. The number of accident cases in Indonesia is the highest compared to other modes of transportation. The causes of accidents are generally caused by several factors, including not being careful, negligent or forgetting to do routine services. The purpose of this research is to design a routine service reminder application for motorcycle spare parts based on android mobile which will be used by motorcycle users. The method in making this mobile application uses the extreme programming model. The resulting mobile service reminder application is then tested using black-box testing to determine the success rate of the designed application, and the test results show that the application can run well. The result of this research is a routine motorcycle service reminder application based on Android mobile using the Javascript programming language, React Native framework, Firebase database. This application can be a solution to the problems faced by motorcycle users, namely being negligent or forgetting the routine service schedule.

Abstract

This research aims to design a decision support system that can help schools, especially SMAN 02 Sendawar in accepting new students. The method that will be used to deal with the problems that occur is the TOPSIS method (Technique For Others Preference By Similitary To Ideal Solution). This research was conducted to get the best students in the selection, based on predetermined criteria. The criteria used in this study were test results, report cards, distance, and completeness of the files. The results of the study will provide a list of students who have the highest preference scores, and based on the highest preference scores, students will be accepted by the school.

Abstract

UD. Menara Tani Simpang Empat District has not received maximum customers. Therefore, the owner is required to find more new customers than before and keep old customers by providing the latest information and maintaining good communication. Then, after the development of the business of selling drugs and fertilizers, it is certain that the level of business competition becomes stronger so that entrepreneurs must think of new strategies to improve sales quality, retain consumers and marketing to manage their customers, increase new customers and retain old customers. In line with the current development of technology and social media, various efforts have been made to increase sales. One way that a store can do to be able to compete in the world of business sales is to implement a system or method, namely CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy to maintain good relationships with customers, both new and old customers. Companies must also know how to win customers' hearts by prioritizing customer satisfaction, such as providing all the latest information about plants as well as by providing the best service for customers.

Abstract

In this research, an image classification model was developed to distinguish hand objects display scissors, rock, and paper using one of the image classification methods in the form of a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). There are eight steps involved in determining the legibility of an image when an image file is recognized by uploading it from the computer's internal storage. The eight stages are source data retrieval, INGBAS data categorization, data visualization, import library using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm, data training, data accuracy and validation, image prediction, and conclusions. Based on the testing in this study, the average value of accuracy is 90%.

Abstract

This study concern the implementation of data backup management based on 3-2-1 backup stategy using NAS synolgy, which authenticates user access to the server using LDAP (Lightwight Directory Access Protocol) to share data centers per departmental groups. This backup management implementation is implemented at PT Leoco Indonesia where the previous backup system still uses an external 1 tera departmental hard drive and there is no file sharing, this is less effective because it often unplugs the usb hard drive and is prone to damage, the hard drive is often unreadable and data cannot be accessed. The main data on the computer was not spared from damage such as bad sectors hard disk, damaged operating system, ransomware virus attacks which resulted in disrupted work operations hampering business performance. Work data cannot be recovered quickly because there are no other backups. Moreover, data affected by the data ransomware virus cannot be repaired at all. Therefore, data backup management based on the 3-2-1 strategy is needed, to back up layered data backups. and sharing data centers using LDAP authentication, the results of this research are expected to minimize data loss, because data backups have been stored in 3 copies on 2 different types of storage media and there is 1 offsite copy, operating system backup, faster data restoration, data sharing center is running smoothly.

Abstract

Every year, the internet and technology continue to evolve and advance. Data indicates that Indonesia, with 170.4 million smartphone users, is in fourth place in 2020. It is also reinforced by the entirely digital world that exists today, which necessitates that everyone own a smartphone. One of the nations with the highest smartphone penetration rates worldwide is Indonesia. There are now 61.7 percent of people in the nation who own smartphones. The purpose of this study was to determine what aspects of Traveloka hotels affect patron loyalty. Self-gratification value, social value, customer satisfaction, and revisit intention are other variables that were used in this study. The Indonesians who have booked hotels through the Traveloka app are the study's target group. Based on the data that has been obtained through online questionnaires, this study managed to collect as many as 521 respondents. Analyzed using the partial least square-structural equation modeling approach on SmartPLS. Based on this, it shows that the variables in this study have a positive influence on customer loyalty using the Traveloka application as accommodation accommodation.

Abstract

The development of technology influences a system that is manual to become a computerized-based system, especially in medical records that provide opportunities for high-quality health services andefficiencyn. The information system for medical records of death certificates in the wards of the Inpatient Unit and the Emergency Installation unit (IGD) at Hospital Nurhayati Garut is still carried out manually so that there is less accuracy in the process of recording data, managing data, recapitulation of deaths, and reporting patient death data. Death certificates have been regulated by the Ministry of Health in terms of formats and procedures for spending, but in its implementation there are still many hospitals that do not comply with these regulations. The purpose of this study is to simplify the process of making a death certificate for use by the families left behind as well as for the benefit of epidemiological data. This method of designing a death information system uses the Extreme Programming method which is the stages of planning, design, coding, testing. The result of the study is a web-based Information System with the programming language used, namely PHP, the web server source uses XAMPP (Apache and MySQL), the database used is MySQL and the text editor used sublime Text 3 and the Bootsrap framework in managing patient death information data accurately so as to produce quality letters and death data reports.

Abstract

Giving employee rewards for a company is one of the agendas that must be considered carefully. This is because the provision of rewards can be an indicator to encourage employees to work harder for more optimal company performance, but in reality it is difficult to determine employees who deserve to receive rewards because many employees are entitled to receive rewards but the quota is limited. This is the difficulty faced by PT. YZZ especially in providing annual rewards, because in the calculation process it has 5 assessment criteria so that in this case a decision support system is needed to assist managers in providing recommendations for employees who are entitled to receive rewards using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPES). Based on the results of the study, there are several alternatives that are recommended to receive rewards so that it can be suggested in giving employee rewards.

Abstract

Digital innovation in business activities is essential through digital technologies such as websites. The website is a means of marketing tourist destinations that can bring tourists to find exciting information about selected tourist destinations. There is a problem that tourism websites, resulting from some studies, are not implemented for unrestricted use by tourists and tourism industry stakeholders. In addition, there is a lack of responsive and tourist-centric design and interactivity in developing tourism websites. The purpose of this study is to fix these problems by presenting a tourist destination website that is designed responsively. The website is also carefully crafted to improve service performance to support the digital marketing of tourist destinations. The website is designed to be used to manage tourist destinations based on the category, region, and popularity of the tourist destination. A tourism web system with good management of tourist destinations can help ease tourists' visits. This tourist destination website is built responsively using fluid grid layouts, flexible images and media, media queries, and screen resolution techniques. The use of data that has gone through the normalization stage by eliminating partial and transitive dependencies to avoid the occurrence of data anomalies. After testing, the tourist destination website is implemented through the www.pesonajawa.com page.

Abstract

E-learning Smartschool is one of the Smarteschool services used at SMAN 96 Jakarta since the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. E-learning Smartschool is used as a media for distance learning at SMAN 96 Jakarta with the hope that teaching and learning activities during the pandemic can continue. So the UTAUT model is proposed to measure student acceptance of SMAN 96 Jakarta on the use of e-learning Smartschool. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology is a theoretical framework consisting of four independent variables, two dependent variables and four moderating variables that function to measure the acceptance and use of information systems. This study uses the PLS-SEM data analysis method with data from questionnaires distributed to 271 students of SMAN 96 Jakarta. This study found that behavioral intention (BI) was significantly influenced by performance expectations (PE), business expectations (EE) and social influence (SI) which was 57.8% while use behavior (UB) was significantly influenced by facilitating conditions (FC) and behavioral intention (BI) which is 52.1%. It can be concluded that Smartschool E-learning can be accepted and used by students of SMAN 96 Jakarta as a supporting medium for distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
