Abstract

The aims of this research to analyze and examine the effect of competency on work productivity for employee at Pertamina Jaya Hospital. This study used quantitative research methods associative survey using correlation analysis techniques. The population in this study were all employees of Pertamina Jaya Hospital and consisting of one hundred twenty-two employees. The data we collected separately by the respondents filling some questioners. The correlation technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regression and correlation procedure. The results showed that the influence of discipline on work productivity to possess the most powerful contribution of 69.50%, while 30.50% is determined by other factors that are not included in this research. The implications of this study indicate that the application of high competency and good discipline will improve the work productivity of the employees.

Abstract

The aims of this research to analyze and examine the important factors in HR planning to sustain the company’s existence in advancing quality and performance, namely the provision of compensation. The research method used is the quantitative associative survey research method. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sinar Mas Insurance. With a sample of sixty seven employees. This research was conducted at PT. Sinar Mas Insurance. The finding of this research indicate that the effect of compensation on performance has a contribution of 26.01%, while the other 63.99% is determined by other factors not included in this research. The conclusion of this research shows that a good compensation system will improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identify the effect of digital learning on student learning outcomes. Digital learning creates learning situations for students in discussion and enhances online interactive learning with teachers. The population of this study were fifth grade students at SDIT Al Bariyah Jakarta. The findings show that there is an effect of digital learning on student learning outcomes. Digital learning has been shown to have an influence on student learning outcomes. Suggestions in this study indicate that the promotion of digital learning can provide an alternative to teaching innovation in the classroom. With the advancement of information technology and relevant technology, digital learning will be accepted by students and teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is attempting to identify the influence of self-efficacy on teacher performance and student success. Self-efficacy has been studied in a unique and different way because it is linked to teaching in schools using different variables collected from previous studies. Self-efficacy has been studied in a unique and different way because it is linked to teaching in schools using different variables collected from previous studies. The research population is the teacher who teaches at SDIT Al Bariyah Jakarta. The findings show that there is an effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance. Self-efficacy has been proven to have an influence on teacher performance in their teaching processes in all dimensions except for the emotional cues dimension. The recommendations in this study indicate that teachers must be more efficient so that they can improve interactional education processes, and must be more organized, better interactions and build good relationships with students to improve teaching performance, and to practice coping with difficulties such as stress and anxiety and not allowing this emotional dimension to affect teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction at University of Jayabaya. The method used in this research is an survey methode on 43 respondent. Primary data collected by questionnaires. The research was conducted by analysis correlation and regression. Hypothesis test result showed that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important factors to create a quality generation in the future. The main problem that becomes the focus of the problem related to the quality of learning that is interesting to study in an effort to improve student achievement is teacher self-efficacy. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dalam masa pandemi. Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia telah menyadari rentannya pelaku UMKM terhadap dampak pandemi COVID-19. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif literatur mengenai strategi pemasaran yang berkaitan dengan UMKM di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil temuan menunjukkan Di masa pandemi Covid-19, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan sebagai bentuk penyelamatan, mitigasi dan perhatian khusus bagi pelaku usaha sektor UMKM. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa strategi marketing yang diperlukan pelaku usaha UMKM di masa Pandemi ini dengan mengalihkan pemasaran langsung tradisional ke pemasaran langsung digital

Abstract

In analyzing the data in multimedia, it is necessary to understand that there are differences in each media. For example, data contained in photos and audio that come from one media source, it is important to know the relationship between the two in a marketing strategy analysis. Descriptive research is the method used in this study using a qualitative approach.  The findings of this study show that these multimedia developers not only practice management techniques, but need to consider marketing management strategies using multimedia as very important for the success of an increase in sales. The importance of good marketing management skills is emphasized by all consumers who will be interviewed. Whether it is proposal, team, budget, or design management, marketing management is a key ingredient for success. And it is an essential part of a manager's responsibilities in today's competitive multimedia marketplace.

Abstract

The demand for housing in Indonesia remains significant, but it is not yet supported by adequate availability of housing units. The housing policy direction outlined in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020-2024 has so far fallen short of its intended targets. This is evident in the unmet provision of habitable housing according to RPJMN targets. The housing backlog remains high, with 9.9 million households lacking homes and 26.92 million households living in uninhabitable housing conditions. This study aims to identify the root causes of the suboptimal housing provision and financing, as well as to formulate policy recommendations to optimize housing provision in Indonesia. Based on the USG analysis, the primary issues are the rising cost of land and the limited allocation of the state budget (APBN) for the Housing Loan Liquidity Facility (FLPP). To address the housing backlog, it is essential to select adequate policy alternatives measured by five criteria: efficiency, effectiveness, fairness, political acceptance, and ease of implementation. The analysis, utilizing the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and matrix analysis, concludes that the use of waqf land and ziswaf (zakat, infaq, and waqf funds) is aviable policy to tackle the housing backlog in Indonesia
