Abstract

ABSTRACT The rise of cases of drug abuse and illicit trafficking in the millennial era is very closely related to the development of technological advances and communication in society. There is an increase in drug cases which are increasing not limited to one group or circle, but reaching all circles. In the scope of youth many have been exposed to the effects of these drugs. Whether it's abuse or has entered the realm of illicit circulation, one of the factors is the family itself, namely the existence of a divorce between the parents (broken home) and the lack of support from other family members so that it influences the behavior of the teenager towards negative things. This study aimed to determine the relationship between increased drug abuse and the impact of parental divorce. This study used a systematic review method using database searches from Google Scholar, Scopus, Science direct, PubMed, and Researchgate. This study uses search keywords "Divorce, parents, abusers and drugs". The results of an analysis of 5 national journals illustrate that there is a very close relationship between the impact of parental divorce on the behavior of adolescent drug abusers. There is a significant relationship between the impact of parental divorce and the behavior of adolescent drug abusers. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out correct and appropriate efforts to prevent and eradicate drugs by the government and related stakeholders. Keywords: divorce parents, abusers, drug

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus through the bite of the Aedes mosquito, especially Aedes aegypti . Dengue fever is the fastest growing mosquito-borne disease in the world. Tropical and sub-tropical climate countries are at high risk of transmission of the virus. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of the epidemiological determinants of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a literature review using a comprehensive strategy by collecting articles through searches in several databases, namely Google Scholar, using the following keywords: "online media" and "Epidemiology". The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis where the research results from the articles found will be explained one by one.. Research results show that the majority of dengue fever cases occur in the 5–14 year age group. The age group 12 years. This is because this age group has a lower immune system compared to older age groups and most of their daily activities are carried out at school, thereby increasing the risk of being bitten by a mosquito that transmits dengue fever due to the nature of the Aedes aegypti mosquito sucking the blood of more than one person. The advice I can give in this research is that we should be able to prevent dengue fever as early as possible by always cleaning the surrounding environment. Abstract

Kata kunci: Tetralogi Fallot, absent pulmonary valves, endokarditis infektif ABSTRACT Tetralogy of Fallot (ToF) with absent pulmonary valve (PV) is a severe congenital heart disease found in only 3% to 6% of TOF patients. Survival into young adulthood, especially without repair, is quite rare. ToF accompanies complications that significantly impact a patient’s health, one such complication is infectious Endocarditis (IE). An alternative technique for the primary repair of TOF with absent pulmonary valve syndrome is surgical repair has been demonstrated to be an effective treatment. A 1-year-7-month-old male with a cough and fever since 2 weeks ago. History of recurrent respiratory tract infection. worsening cyanosis and exercise intolerance without shortness of breath with hemodynamic parameters are stable. We did thoracic x-ray with results of cardiomegaly with L to R shunt according to VSD, laboratory tests: leukocytosis and trans-thoracic echocardiography with VSD subaortic, Severe pulmonary regurgitation, severe pulmonary stenosis, pulmonary hypertension, and oscillating mass suggestive vegetation at RVOT. The patient recovered well following treatment with intravenous cephalosporin. The treatment is surgical and includes closure of the ventricular septal defect, relief of right ventricular outflow tract obstruction, and surgical reduction of the aneurysmal pulmonary arteries. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mortality due pregnancy or delivery difficulties are referred to as maternal mortality. Pregnancy-related hypertension (31.90%), obstetric bleeding (26.90%), non-obstetric problems (18.5%), other obstetric difficulties (11.80%), pregnancy-related infections (4.20%), abortion (5%) and other reasons (1.70%) were the direct causes of maternal death. When the result of conception removed from the uterus when the gestational age of less than 20 weeks or a weight of less than 500 grams, the procedure is known as an abortion. Miscarriage risk is multivariable, Despite the fact that some maternal risk factors are typically more significant than others, no single factor can predict future miscarriage. This article was prepared using descriptive research methods and is secondary research where data was obtained from the medical records section of Aliyah II Hospital in Kendari for the period January October 2023. The conclusion of the study's findings is the majority of patients who had abortions were between the ages of 21 and 34, with an average age of 29.07 years and a range of 17 to 49 years. Patients with multiparity (72,2%) tend to be more numerous than nulliparous (27,8%), while patients with no history of previous abortion (74,8) experience more abortions than patients with a history of abortion (25,2%) in previous pregnancies. Patients who work (44,3%) are less likely to experience abortion when compared to mothers who do not work (55,7%). Key words: Abortion, Maternal Mortality, Risk Factors
