Abstract

Pendidikan dan pelatihan kecakapan hidup yang dikembangkan melalui komunikasi teman sebaya mempunyai efek yang positif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan jiwa remaja seiring dengan meningkatnya citra diri remaja. Umumnya remaja akan lebih nyaman untuk menjalin komunikasi atau relasi dengan sesamanya terlebih lagi yang memiliki kesamaan latar belakang. Ini artinya bahwa komunikasi diantara teman sebaya yang berisikan pesan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kecakapan hidup merupakan salah satu solusi yang efektif untuk diterapkan di Balai Kartini sebagai pusat rehabilitasi sosial anak jalanan Jawa Tengah. Abstract

This study focuses on governance kepegawiaan based on the principle of professionalism of the state apparatus. Taking the example of a case on staffing performance FISIP, investigators found an organizational culture that is formed not only on the formal character but touches on the level of informal and personal character. At this point the researchers noticed that the issue of performance, an intersubjective relationship. The study used a qualitative approach with emphasis on descriptions of social relations. With this research, that need to be recommended is; improvement of individual initiatives, to strengthen the sense of identity of employees as part of the Faculty of Social UNEJ and not identity between groups or class, improve the system of rewards, conflict management and improve communication both top down and bottomup. Budaya organization, not just look at how the individual's position became indivisibility with his work, but to see how the work and social relations in the workplace, can strengthen social ties. Social bond is then able to be a crucial point that can be used as a booster of social solidarity. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Professionalism, intersubjective Relations, Governance

Abstract

Demokrasi banyak diterapkan diberbagai negara guna mencapai tujuan negara, keadilan dan kesehteraan masyarakat. Dasar demokrasi, dari rakyat, oleh rakyat dan untuk rakyat. Konsep demokrasi dalam sistem pemerintahan menuai pro dan kontra, hingga yang “anti” terhadap demokrasi, karena merupakan “produk Barat”. Di sinilah letak pentingnya tulisan ini, ingin mengkaji tokoh yang memiliki peran penting dalam upaya memberikan solusi untuk sistem pemerintahan. Abstract

Indonesia has various culture but local culture faced serious threats in globalization era. In globalization, rapid development of information and communication technology has transfered from industrialized or developed countries into developing countries.The developed countries used information and communication technology to transfer culture too. Problematically this culture doesn’t match with basic values of Indonesia. This rapid development has negative impact specially for teenager. Participation of teenager in local art was important to preserve local culture and increase nationalism. Unfortunately, this teenager less participated in that practice. It could cause of identity crisis. Purpose of this research to explain effort of Sanggar Tari Edi Peni and Sanggar Ketoprak Lelono Langen Budoyo. This effort related with increasing nationalism of teenager with traditional art. After training and monitoring activity, students of Sanggar Tari Edi Peni and Sanggar Ketoprak Lelono Langen Budoyo more loved with local art, increase their nationalism, and ready to make their own creativity and completed their Website. This Website will be a tool to promote information and activity of Sanggar Tari Edi Peni and Sanggar Ketoprak Lelono Langen Budoyo. It showed that teenager of Sanggar Tari Edi Peni and Sanggar Ketoprak Lelono Langen Budoyo could make indutrial economy society and also ready to face ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community. Abstract

Profit-sharing system is a bond or a cooperation agreement between land owners and their workers as tenants. The wage of cultivation of the land is taken or given from crops which are cultivated. The amount of the profit-sharing is the amount of wages earned by each farmer both landowners and tenants based on an agreement that is 5: 1 on the crop, so that sharecroppers can increase their income and fulfill their family’s needs. Profit-sharing system is done once a year during the paddy season. This is caused by insufficient irrigation water requirements for paddy crops. This research aims to explain and to describe the increase of sharecroppers’ income throughprofit-sharing system in Dawuhan Village Grujugan Subdistrict. This research used a qualitative method. The used informant determination method was purposive while the data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the field were analyzed by using data analysis methods. The validity of the data, researcher used a type of triangulation. The results showed that the increase of income of farming community in Dawuhan village could be seen from the changes in socioeconomic conditions. Moreover, it then gave a positive impact to the society of Dawuhan village because the production resultof harvest time could be their savings during waiting of paddy season arrives. There was an interlude in paddy season; it was tobacco and chili seasons. Todays, profit-sharingsystem was still implemented as a tradition or habit that was based on mutual trust and helping each other among the farming community. Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung percepatan reformasi birokrasi, pemerintah menerbitkan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Tujuan dari penerbitan Undang Undang ASN yang menggantikan UU No. 43 tahun 1999 adalah untuk mewujudkan tata kelola Aparatur Sipil Negara sebagai profesi yang memiliki kewajiban mengelola dan mengembangkan dirinya dan mempertanggungjawabkan kinerjanya serta menerapkan prinsip merit dalam pelaksanaan manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara. Didalam UU No.5 tahun 2014 ini, diatur tentang remunerasi sebagai pelaksanaan didalam penerapan sistem merit Aparatur Sipil Negara. Pemerintah memberikan remunerasi sebagai dorongan kepada pegawai untuk bekerja dengan lebih baik lagi secara profesional. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan tingkat remunerasi dapat diperoleh melalui penguasaan kompetensi dibidangnya. Setiap Aparatur Sipil Negara berhak mendapatkan pengembangan kompetensi. Lebih lanjut, kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara meliputi: kompetensi teknis, kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi sosial cultural. Identifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi ASN tidak hanya mencakup substansi kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk menjawab isu strategis nasional dan regional tetapi juga harus menjelaskan tata kelola penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan serta metode lain yang diatur dalam ASN. Pemerintah perlu merumuskan bagaimana transisi dari pola penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang ada saat ini kepada model yang baru. Koordinasi dengan berbagai instansi terkait baik pusat maupun daerah perlu dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah perubahan tata kelola tersebut. Dengan semakin meningkatkanya kompetensi serta ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara maka diharapkan tingkat remunerasi yang diperoleh juga akan semakin meningkat.
