Abstract

This article on Hindu and Islamic relations is the result of research observed in Bukit Tabuan and SegaraKaton Village in Karangasem, Sindu Village in Gianyar, and Bugis Village, Denpasar. The result of this study shows a similar pattern, especially how Muslim responds to their existence with adaptation, imitation and self-preservation. The use of language, following traditions and customs, and building architecture are the most frequently used media as a strategy for building dialectic communication.The acculturation of the culture has strengthened the strategy, which runs smoothly to this day, especially by the early Muslims who came to Bali, and Muslims who were soldiers and occupied tanah catu given by the king. In its relationship that lasted for hundreds of years, Hindus and Muslims also experienced dynamics. But in general, the dynamics are mostly caused by political factors and the power of economic resources, especially in the tourism sector, as well as migrants in several heterogeneous regions. Research at the four locations was carried out with a qualitative approach through interview techniques, observation and document studies.

Abstract

Komunikasi pemasaran bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sifat dan karakteristik branding dan mengidentifikasi cara bagaimana komunikasi pemasaran dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan mempertahankan merek yang melibatkan audiens target masing-masing. Merek (brand) merupakan salah satu asset tidak berwujud, sehingga bagi perusahaan merek dan segala yang dimilikinya merupakan asset yang paling penting karena merek merupakan dasar keuntungan kompetitif dan sumber penghasilan masa depan. Sebuah merek mempunyai kekuatan untuk memikat hati konsumen agar membeli produk maupun jasa yang dimilikinya. Merek juga di ibaratkan sebagai sebuah nyawa bagi keberhasilan suatu produk dalam mencapai target penjualan. Maka Merek sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan itu sebagai identitas. Di salah satu perusahaan e-commerce yang sangat pesat ia sangat memperhatikan sebuah merek. Hal mendasar yang membedakan antara Gojek dan ojek lainnya adalah pelabelan nama “Gojek”. Brand merupakan senjata yang sangat ampuh dalam dunia periklanan. Brand merupakan bentuk identitas yang akan menjadi pembeda dengan competitor lain. Identitas yang menunjukkan kelebihan yang dimiliki produk dan tidak dimiliki oleh produk lain. Ketika orang menyebut Gojek, akan langsung teringat ojek yang tidak biasa bernuansa hijau-hijau yang bisa dipanggil dengan aplikasi di android. Dengan sebuah merek, maka bisa dibilang Gojek tidak memiliki saingan yang sepadan.

Abstract

This scientific work discusses the existence of the tourism object Tirta Empul as a venue for the economic development of local communities, as well as a multicultural education media for millennials in the 4.0 era. This paper is the result of qualitative research. Data was collected through observation, literature study and in-depth interviews with 11 informants managing Tirta Empul attractions, observers of Balinese culture and tourists visiting Tirta Empul attractions. Data analysis was conducted descriptively-interpretative by applying the theory of tourism development and the theory of commodification. The results of the study show that through promotion in the 4.0 era cybermedia network, the tourism objects of Tirta Empul are increasingly known by local and foreign tourists. Commodification of tourism objects Tirta Empul has aroused manners of entrepreneurship and supports the development of the local Indigenous Village. In addition, the cultural tourism object of Tirta Empul is also a special multicultural education media for millennials. Tourism activities in Tirta Empul that are able to generate social-economic activities and foster multicultural awareness need to be maintained and developed.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology in the industrial era 4.0, there is also a growing foreign culture going to Indonesia. But people need to preserve the wisdom of local culture by studying their own culture. One of the cultures in Bali is the Megoak-goakan tradition. Megoak-goakan is a tradition held by the people of Panji village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. This tradition was carried out as a form of respect for Ki Gusti Panji Sakti, King of Buleleng. The cultural tradition is still developing until now in the form of traditional games that were held on the day of Ngembak Geni the day after Nyepi. There are cultural values ​​in the tradition of mutuality, namely religious values, the value of unity, socio-cultural values, and the value of mutual cooperation. This Megoak-goakan tradition instills character in the community, namely religious character, mutual cooperation, nationalism, integrity, and independence. The implementation of the tradition of Megoak-goakan in the form of traditional games can be carried out in schools to instill character in students or in the community to reduce the negative behavior of the community, thereby creating a peaceful and upholding community. So it can be concluded that Megoak-goakan can be a local wisdom-based character reinforcement media in the face of the swift flow of globalization due to technological developments in the industrial era 4.0.

Abstract

The writing of this article was composed to reveal the use of whatsapp groups as a medium of communication in the traditional mapengarah based teachings of Tri Hita Karana in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The results of this study reveal that the traditional mapengarah tradition is usually carried out to convey information from one house to another to channel important information relating to joint activities both religious activities and local traditional activities that are important to be known and carried out by the community, all of these activities based on the teachings of Tri Hita Karana and focuses on the younger generation or generation Y. Tri Hita Karana which in Hinduism teachings, it is a cause of happiness in the world, happiness starts from the existence of good and directed communication. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the young generation or generation Y has been able to answer the challenges of the times by using whatsapp groups as a medium of communication in the tradition of direction, because whatsapp groups are in great demand today and how to use them easily, quickly in receiving information without having to waste a lot of time. Besides that the information accessed is right on target, in the sense that it is directly directed at the person who will be given the information.

Abstract

Pengembangan bentang alam untuk potensi ekowisata merupakan salah satu fokus dari Bappenas melalui program IBSAP (Indonesian Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan). Pada saat ini, sektor wisata sangat berpotensi menyumbang devisa negara, seperti Thailand, yang mana sektor pariwisata sudah menyumbang lebih dari 10 persen devisa Negara (Sujarwo, 2017). Di Indonesia, kontribusi sektor pariwisata masih di bawah 10 persen. Bali telah menjadi destinasi wisata favorit baik bagi wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara, namun seiring dengan kemajuan modernitas, daya tampung Bali menjadi sangat rentan, sehingga pengembangan wisata Bali dapat diarahkan ke Pulau Lombok. Salah satu kawasan yang cukup potensial untuk dikembangkan adalah Mandalika, dengan jarak yang tidak terlampau jauh dari Bandara Praya Lombok, menjadikan Mandalika memiliki akses yang mudah dijangkau bagi para wisatawan. Pengembangan kawasan ekowisata baru memerlukan kajian ilmiah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan kondisi sosial masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi wisata berbasis alam dan budaya masyarakat Mandalika, dan menyusun strategi pengembangannya dan pemasarannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the community, industry, and local government in the management of tourism and culture, so that management and development are sustainable as a means for community welfare, the revolving wheel of people's economy, and maintaining the preservation of nature, culture, and spirits of an area. Data were collected using field study methods, and literature studies, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study are: (1) the participation of the community, industry, and local government in the management of tourism and culture; and (2) relating to the development of quality, sustainable, and balanced tourism and culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah sebuah studi kasus dengan mengambil kasus komunikasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Klungkung terhadap masyarakat Nusa Penida dalam menghadapi kemajuan pariwisata Nusa Penida. Ekspektasi masyarakat terhadap pemerintah yang terlanjur sudah membumbung tinggi akan perubahan infrastruktur yang berbanding terbalik dengan realita yang dihadapi membuat keluhan-keluhan masyarakat susah untuk dijawab sempurna oleh pemerintah. Kegagalan menangani keluhan masyarakat ini menghambat komunikasi pemerintah. Mitigasi risiko yang lemah dalam menghadapi kemajuan pariwisata menimbulkan culture shock yang besar dan mengurangi public trust kepada pemerintah. Pemahaman tentang kendala dan tantangan-tantangan dalam mewujudkan cita-cita masyarakat yang dihadapi pemerintah belum dapat disampaikan ke masyarakat secara luas dan masif dengan bahasa yang sederhana dan membumi yang menyentuh emosi masyarakat. Ketidakmaksimalan pegawai pemerintah sebagai humas di era digital ini bukan lagi persoalan sumber daya manusianya, tapi lebih karena sikap ewuh pakewuh pada atasan yang menyebabkan pegawai pemerintah menjadi gagap dalam berkomunikasi. Bagi pegawai pemerintah merubah mindset dan bekerja inovatif dan kreatif, berpikir holistik dan lintas sektoral akan menyebabkan terjadinya transformasi menuju kinerja pemerintahan yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan sosial yang begitu pesat.

Effective communication between communicators and communicants will affect the message conveyed. If there is communication distortion, the message will not be conveyed properly. Effective communication will effectively solve the problem, or in other words effective communication between communicants and communicators has an influence in conflict management. Abstract

Problems on social media are increasingly complex and worrying. Problems that occur starting from insults, defamation, harsh words and also that get the most attention are hoaxes. The various problems seem to give the impression that social media cannot provide a portion of moral or moral learning that can be learned by users (netizens). Moreover, currently there are many cases that lead to legal trials affecting various groups in the country for violating Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). In the midst of the nation's improved condition after the post-presidential election, unfortunately there are still many discussions in social media groups that present hoax news, harsh words and blasphemous / hate speech which is of course very dangerous and not educating at all. Therefore, this study was conducted to provide information on the moral aspects of the Klungkung Regent's Facebook account, I Nyoman Suwirta. The object of research is the expression and status that contains moral or moral values. The object used as an example is the comment that contain positive connotations. Meanwhile, the analysis used is the dressing and paraphrasing techniques. Furthermore, the presentation of the results of the analysis is done by informal methods, namely by the description of ordinary words. The results showed that the moral aspects of the Facebook account I Nyoman Suwirta are praise, care, positive innovation, pattern, constructive criticism
