Abstract

The handling of plastic waste in Bali was taken seriously by the Provincial Government (Pemprov) with the issuance of Bali Governor Regulation No.97 / 2018 concerning Limitation on the Occurrence of Disposable Plastic Waste. This regulation is a solution amid the complicated problems of waste on the island. After the enactment of these rules, various elements of society, environmental activists and communities welcomed positively. The movement to fight plastic waste until the campaign to cut the use of plastic elements is well socialized. By reviewing qualitatively, this research tries to outline the public relations strategy used by the Bali Provincial Government towards a plastic-free Bali. From the studies conducted, the strategic approach adopted in optimizing the role of public relations includes: publications, new events, and community involvement. Including the crisis handling efforts after the adoption of the Governor Regulation which resulted in the review of the injured party through the Asung Court (MA) such as a defensive, adaptive and dynamic strategy.

Abstract

New Media helps in providing unlimited information to the public. The public in other places can receive the message quickly and intact, to then package the feedback and send it back. New media in this case Instagram social media has transformed the function or role of communicators and communicants. Communication through social media Instagram conducted by the Mayor of Denpasar, Ida Bagus Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra in developing personal branding is fairly effective and efficient. This is one of the right strategies in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0. The author classifies the photos on Rai Mantra's Instagram account into several categories, namely social, security, political, economic, and personal. Rai Mantra's Instagram account can answer aspects of who, where, when, how and why an action is taken in their daily activities. In pentad drama, which are act, scene, agent, agency, purpose.

Sekaa Truna Truni is a youth organization which serve as a platform for youth and women in developing creativity and activity in order to form the next generation who will be able to support the construction and development of the Banjar and Pakraman toward a better future. As the voice of young container, Sekaa Truni Truni are certainly a whole is expected to implement the teachings of religious doctrine in this case Tri Hita Karana. In the teachings of Tri Hita Karana implementas required good communication between members Sekaa Truna Truni. Abstract

Bali as one of the paradise of the world has a solution that has been run from generation to generation by previous ancestors. The existence of Sekaa Teruna Teruni (STT) is quite a pillar to support the rampant globalization storm that is hitting young people today. Sekaa Teruna Teruni comes from the word sekaa, which means association, organization, while teruna teruni is the Indonesian word for young women. So, Sekaa Teruna Teruni is a collection, container, social organization for the development of young people who grow and develop on the basis of social awareness and responsibility. STT is a Hindu youth communication media which is related to the benefits of public communication in the Sekaa Teruna Teruni organization, the relevance of Sekaa Teruni Teruni to the demands of the current era, the benefits of Sekaa Teruna Teruni in the development of character and culture, and factors that impede the application of communication in Sekaa Teruna Teruni. STT will gain a lot of new experiences, through their organization they will also know how to communicate well with others, learn to work together with others, and most importantly young women can know, understand and deal with different people's characters. Become an agent of change and maintain the cultural traditions around the neighborhood, which is the identity of each banjar, village and the island of Bali.

Abstract

The growing of tourism in Bogor is very competitive. The Companies have to produce the interest products for consumers and should communicate effectively with the stakeholders. Therefore a company should be able to develop appropriate marketing strategies to cope with increasingly fierce competition. The concept is to apply the importance of a company in integrating various communication channels to closely integrate multiple channels of communication to deliver a message by clear, consistent, and exciting about the organization and its brand. Kujang Pajajaran Gallery Bogor is one of the tourism place that implements the concept of integrated marketing communications in attracting tourists to visit.This research is a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and literature. The material processing techniques using an interactive model that was introduced by Miles and Huberman which includes three The material components namely reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions and verification.The results showed that Kujang Padjajaran Gallery Bogor utilizationed three elemen of integrated marketing communication such as marketing interactive, personal selling and selling promotion.

Abstract

This scientific work aims to discuss public access to e-learning at Udayana University and its development as a center for cultural tourism studies in Indonesia in Era 4.0. As a result of the qualitative study, research data were obtained through observation, interviews with 12 informants who managed and managed e-library users at Udayana University, Denpasar, as well as study documents related to the research topic. The collected data were analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. The results of the study show that to support the teaching and learning process, Udayana University has developed an e-learning system that is equipped with an adequate e-library. Part of the academic community within the University of Udayana has used the e-library developed by the University of Udayana to support their studies. Udayana University has the potential to become an e-Learning Center in the field of cultural tourism in the 4.0 era today. It was recommended, that Udayana University e-library management continue to disseminate the existence of e-learning through community services and continue to strengthen e-library by continuing to update and add and reference "cultural tourism" according to the challenges of the development of tourism in the 4.0 era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi data yang berkaitan dengan Kepuasan Wisatawan terhadap Pondok Wisata di Kabupaten Lumajang. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang dipergunakan adalah purposive random sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 112 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket dengan skala likert. Terdapat enam aspek yang diukur, mencakup Bentuk Fisik, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati dan Loyalitas yang mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan terhadap pondok wisata di Kabupaten Lumajang. Pada aspek bentuk fisik, sub aspek yang paling tinggi adalah suasana yang tenang, sebesar 3,63 (Sangat baik), sub aspek daerah yang tertata rapi, sebesar 3,60 (Sangat baik), sub aspek kebersihan dan kerapihan kamar, sebesar 3,35 (Sangat baik). Pada aspek kehandalan, sub aspek paling tinggi adalah kecepatan dalam pelayanan, sebesar 3,51 (Sangat baik). Sub aspek ketepatan dalam melayani wisatawan, sebesar 3,33 (Sangat Baik). Sub aspek karyawan yang simpatik dalam menawarkan bantuan, sebesar 2,91 (Baik). Pada aspek Daya Tanggap, sub aspek kesigapan pemilik atau pengelola pondok wisata dalam membantu wisatawan, sebesar 3,16 (Sangat baik). sub aspek kejelasan dalam menyampaikan informasi, sebesar 3,07 (Baik), dan sub aspek kemauan karyawan dalam membantu wisatawan yang menginap dengan poin sebesar 3,06 (Baik). Pada aspek jaminan, sub aspek keamanan yang diperoleh di saat menginap di pondok wisata dengan perolehan poin paling tinggi, yakni sebesar 2,99 (Baik). sub aspek ketrampilan dalam memberikan pelayanan dengan poin sebesar 2,67 (Baik). Dan aspek kesopanan dan keramahan dalam pelayanan dengan poin sebesar 2,52 (Baik). Pada aspek empati, sub aspek perhatian pihak pengelola dan pemilik pondok wisata terhadap individu dengan poin sebesar 3,33 (Baik). sub aspek menjaga hubungan baik dengan tamu dengan poin sebesar 3,23 (Baik). Kemudian sub aspek tanggungjawab terhadap kenyamanan dengan poin sebesar2,94 (Baik). Pada aspek Loyalitas, wisatawan memiliki tingkat loyalitas yang baik dengan poin sebesar 3,09. Wisatawan ingin kembali datang, berkunjung dan menginap di pondok wisata yang bersangkutan. Pada sub aspek ikut membantu mempromosikan pondok wisata, wisatawan juga memperlihatkan respon yang baik, yakni dengan poin sebesar 2,90. Wisatawan akan menyampaikan rekomendasi bagi orang lain untuk menginap di pondok wisata yang pernah dikunjungi di kabupaten Lumajang

Abstract

Company do not at moment's notice Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in running its effort. Some company applying CSR is exactly assumed to behave too social. There is also a success company apply CSR, but society exactly look into company fail to draw public sympathy. Target of company give benefit at society at the same time create image, but inacceptable sometimes better. This matter happened because CSR done conducted is not arranged and not supported by good concept. Target of this article is to make efficient and effective CSR concept for the application of by company.

Abstract

Kerajinan Cenderamata adalah salah satu industri Pariwisata, yang dalam konteks Bali adalah Pariwisata Budaya. Cenderamata sebagai produk budaya sangat mendukung industrialisasi pariwisata budaya tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap fenomena tersebut dari sebuah kajian budaya (culture studies). Adapun teori yang dipergunakan adalah teori budaya pop, teori komodifikasi dan teori postmodern, dan dengan menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif kualitatif, dan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mencakup pertanyaan-pertanyaan seperti,(1) bagaimanakah bentuk kerajinan cenderamata di desa Sebatu, (2) bagaimanakah proses produksi, pemasaran dan konsumsi kerajinan cenderamata di Desa Sebatu? dan (3) bagaimanakah makna kerajinan cenderamata terhadap masyarakat di desa Sebatu? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pangamatan (observasi), kemudian informasi diperoleh melalui teknik snowball dengan wawancara mendalam yang tidak terstruktur.Selanjutnya teori yang digunakan untuk membahas masalah adalah; (1) teori budaya pop, dikemukakan oleh Storey, salah satunya adalah budaya pop budaya yang disukai secara luas atau sangat disukai oleh orang banyak. (2) teori Komodifikasi, sebagai suatu konsep yang luas yaitu masalah produksi komoditas, perindustrian, dan proses dari barang-barang konsumsi dalam kerajinan cenderamata (3) teori postmodern, dikemukakan oleh Dominic Strinati untuk menguraikan bahwa lahirnya suatu tatanan social dimana arti penting maupun kekuatan media massa dan budaya popular yang berarti kesemuanya itu mengatur dan membentuk segala macam hubungan social. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses komodifikasi kerajinan cinderamata dalam konteks pariwisata budaya, khususnya di Desa Sebatu Kecamatan Tegalalang. Dalam penelitian ini selain menggunakan teori-teori diatas, ditinjau pula dari bentuk,fungsi dan makna dari perubahan hasil komodifikasi tersebut.

Abstract

Communication of traditional wayang kulit performance art as one of the communication media that still has a place of honor and is favored by the majority of Balinese Hindus. The main function of the Balinese shadow puppet show is a dish that is enjoyed as a spectacle, but the shadow puppet show is sometimes coupled with certain ceremonies. Due to the existence of public trust in the sacred value of shadow puppets and can also be integrated with ceremonies that are held, complementary, or only accompanying. The ceremony is intended to glorify the ancestors, expressing gratitude and relating to a request is an important event that is considered sacred and needs to be completed or accompanied by performing arts at the time of its implementation. The Balinese shadow puppet show is presented in one form of story in the play so that the shadow puppet show contains a lot of value in it. The Balinese wayang kulit performance as a classic communication medium that presents various functions such as conveying information, teaching, and moral education does not only use classical or traditional values. Puppet shows also present universal values ​​such as depictions of human life, good behavior that must be chosen by humans.
