Abstract

A marriage agreement is an agreement that regulates the result of a marriage bond. In Indonesia, marriage agreements are allowed to be made since the enactment of the Civil Code. This marriage agreement is then reaffirmed in the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974. Marriage agreements are part of the field of family law as regulated in Book I of the Civil Code (BW). Marriage agreement arrangements are described in Chapter VII articles 139 s / d 154. Broadly speaking, a marriage agreement is valid and binds the parties / bride and groom in a marriage. In the Marriage Law no. 1 of 1974, the Marriage Agreement is found in Chapter V, which contains one article, namely article 29. One of the principles contained in this law regarding marriage agreements is the equal rights and position of husband and wife. Marriage agreements, which are still taboo in the general public, have now become a trend among artists, officials, businessmen, or people with a lot of money. They generally have the view that with the existence of a marriage agreement, the assets of each partner are still safe and belong to them. In fact, they are not willing if their property mixes with their spouse because usually a divorced husband and wife will fuss over the distribution of assets gono gini. They were fighting over which part of their respective assets. If there is a marriage agreement, the distribution of the gono gini assets will be easier because it can be separated which is the property of the gono gini and which is not. Thus the marriage agreement functions as a control for problems at a later date

Abstract

Civil servants as state servants and public servants are required to be loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the State and the Government. Therefore, every civil servant must have the ability, quality and high discipline. The ability referred to is not only the ability in the field of skill, but must be supported by the total level of self-quality, because the quality of a Civil Servant is determined by knowledge, skills, and mental attitude (Attitude). With that, it is necessary to increase the utilization of the state apparatus, especially those related to quality, service efficiency and protection to the community as well as professional skills in supporting the implementation of their duties. To achieve this goal, the government has issued a Regulation on Discipline, namely Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servant Discipline. In the regulation of Article 3 point 11 regulates the compulsory work attendance by complying with the working hours of Civil Servants. However, in practice there are still civil servants in the local government of Ende who violate this obligation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the guide conversation method in teaching speaking skillfor business at Business Administration Class of STISPOL Wira Bhakti Denpasar. This study uses a library research method, which is a research method based on expert opinions about speaking skills with the guide speaking method. So it can be concluded that learning English, especially speaking skills, requires a variety of precise strategies. The goal is to make it easier for students to learn English for business (English for special purposes) especially for telephoning, However, it should be remembered that learning English is not learning knowledge which requires high reasoning power, memorizing formulas, mastering tenses, grammar, and formal English grammar, and so on. However, learning English is nothing more than a skill that is continuously practiced until it is accustomed to it.

Abstract

Changes in the work environment due to the Covid-19 pandemic are being felt in almost all over the world, including in Indonesia. The policy taken by the government to reduce the spread of the pandemic through physical distancing and work from home requires employees to change the way they work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work from home and its impact on employee productivity in Bali. The sample used was 100 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method using partial least square (PLS) and analyzed using the SmartPLS program. Based on the processed data, the result shows that work from home and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on employee productivity. Meanwhile, work from home policies and changes in the work environment to non-physical through technostress have no effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of land registration carried out by the community is to ensure legal certainty as property rights over land owned by every citizen so that if it is claimed by an irresponsible party in the future, it can show the certificate in the government as proof of letter. Land registration carried out by the community is an obligation that must be carried out by all Indonesian citizens who own the land. Land registration has been regulated in the main agrarian law number 5 of 1960 for the sake of legal certainty, which is more clearly regulated in article 19 paragraph (2). Furthermore, the government issued government regulation number 24 of 1997 regarding land registration. The method of registration is carried out in two ways, namely: the first method is systematic, namely the activity of registering land for the first time which is carried out simultaneously which includes all objects of land registration that have not been registered in the territory or part of the territory of a village / kelurahan and the second method is systematic activities. land registration for the first time regarding one or several objects of land registration within the territory or part of a village / kelurahan, individually or in bulk.
