Abstract

The performance of a financial company can affect stock prices where stock prices sometimes experience increases and decreases. The stock price is very influential on stock returns for investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Current Ratio. While the dependent variable in this study is stock returns. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 27 based on certain criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. The result of this study is significance value of the variabel Return On Assets is 0,099 > 0,05, variable Return On Equity is 0,950 > 0,05, and variable Current Ratio is 0,153, so hyphotesis is rejected. The conclusion of this study that Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Current Ratio have no significant effect on stock returns.Keywords : Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Current Ratio, stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, Return on Assets, and Inflation on Stock Price.This research uses quantitative data; the sample in this study is stock price banks sub-sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017-2022, with as many as 25 companies. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using Eviews9 software.The results of this study indicate that the current ratio variable has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on stock price, the debt-to-equity ratio variable has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on stock price, the return on assets variable has a positive and statistically significant effect on stock price, the inflation variable has a positive and statistically insignificant effect on stock price. This research hopes to provide information regarding how stock prices can benefit decision-making and can be used as reference material for further research

Abstract

Environmental conservation and sustainable development are gaining increasing attention globally. Environmental problems such as climate change, environmental degradation, and resource crises are the focus of the attention of various parties, including the community, government, and private sector. This research aims to explore the role of the digital ecosystem and social entrepreneurship practices among the youth of Lintang Nuswantara Cirebon in supporting the Green Economy and Sustainable Development Goals. A qualitative approach with a case study was used to understand the role of this ecosystem. The results of this study show that excellent programs such as Youth Social Care Camp (YSCC), Lintang Muda Mengabdi (LMM), and the mangrove planting program with NGO Grow Up Institute (GUI) have contributed positively to advancing the Green Economy and achieving Sustainable Development Goals. This community has successfully created a sense of mutual aid and empowered the community through innovative digital initiatives

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain how work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction affect the performance of courier employees at Kantor Shopee Express Semarang Timur. This research is based on a case study of courier employees at Kantor Shopee Express Semarang Timur. Where there is less than optimal performance of courier employees. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the courier section at the Shopee Express East Semarang Office, with a sample size of 56 respondents. The sampling method used is probability sampling, while the type of probability sampling used is random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and testing with the help of SPSS 24. The findings indicate that (1) work motivation has no impact on courier employees' performance at the Shopee Express in East Semarang Office, (2) The work environment at the Shopee Express East Semarang Office has no impact on the couriers' performance, (3) The performance of courier staff at Shopee Express East Semarang Office is positively and significantly impacted by their job satisfaction

Abstract

Science and technology are developing very fast from time to time. It requires companies to work quickly, innovatively, and creatively to remain competitive with their competitors and increase purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Manager store. This research analyzes the influence of Price Perceptions, Product Completeness, and Excellent Service Quality on purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Mranggen store. This research uses a purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research was 96 respondents from the customers of the Graphic Media Mranggen store. Data analysis in this research used the SPSS version 25 program. Tests included validity tests by comparing calculated r with r tables, reliability tests using Cronbach Alpha, and classical assumption tests, which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple analysis tests are used to test how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable, prove the research hypothesis, and test the hypothesis with the t-test-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test (R 2 ). This research shows that the variables of Price of Perception, Product Completeness, and Excellent Service Quality positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Mranggen store. The results of this research give the impression that price perception, product completeness, and excellent service quality are factors that need to be considered to improve consumer purchasing decisions to achieve the goals set by the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Community Sensory Health Center Office, Central Java Province. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling of 35 people. In this research, data was collected through questionnaires and data analysis tools using SPSS 27, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t-test, f-test and R2 test. The results of this research show that Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, the Work Environment has no effect. It is not significant on employee performance, with coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.307 means that 30.7 percent of employee performance is influenced by the variables Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Environment. Meanwhile, the remaining 69.3 percent of employee performance was influenced by other variables not examined in this research

Abstract

Accounting conservatism is a cautious reaction to dealing with uncertain matters in the Company. This research aims to determine the influence of company size, capital intensity, litigation risk, and managerial ownership on accounting conservatism. This research is quantitative descriptive research that uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is manufacturing companies registered on the BEI in 2020-2022, and the sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling, where it is known that the research sample is 94 companies registered on the BEI. The research results show that the variables of company size, litigation risk, and managerial ownership have a positive and significant effect on accounting conservatism. Meanwhile, the capital intensity variable has an insignificant positive effect on accounting conservatism. Investors, potential investors and creditors are advised to be more careful with the information presented in financial reports and to be able to pay attention to published annual financial reports to determine the quality of company profits when making decisions. Referring to the low value of the coefficient of determination, it is hoped that further research can add variables or use other variables outside the model

Abstract

It seems that Indonesia still lacks understanding about the disclosure of sustainability. Furthermore, it is believed that socioeconomic, cultural, governance and environmental challenges are crucial to the success of a business. The influence of corporate governance and organizational culture on sustainability performance, with strategic posture acting as a moderating variable, leads to intriguing issues that warrant further analysis. This study's population consists of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling is used as a technique in this study. The company's website, which includes information from 2009 to 2018, was sourced from www.idx.co.id and other pertinent sources. Data collection was done, and Warp PLS algorithms were employed for the analysis method. After analyzing and debating the data, the following conclusion was reached: corporate governance and organizational culture greatly impact sustainable performance. When examining the impact of corporate governance and organizational culture on sustainability performance, strategic posture may act as a moderating factor

Abstract

In a rapidly evolving technological landscape, industries, including those distributing essential goods such as fuel oil (BBM), must adapt to maintain efficiency, BBM is essential for daily mobility and industrial activities. This study examines the influence of price perception, product quality, and service quality on fuel purchasing decisions. Competitive market dynamics require companies to understand and strategically respond to competitors' tactics to improve their market position. PT Widya Waskita Wijaya's recovery from declining revenue in 2022 to high revenue in 2023, although still lagging behind competitors such as PT AKR and PT Shell, underscores the importance of consumer perceptions of fuel prices and product quality. Compliance with international and national standards ensures fuel quality and prevents vehicle damage, while service quality at gas stations affects consumer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach, analyzing secondary data from 2020-2022 and consumer surveys, using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between price perception, product quality, service quality, and purchasing decisions. The results show that price perception affects purchasing decisions, product quality affects purchasing decisions, and service quality affects purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, perceptions of price, product quality and service quality influence purchasing decisions, indicating high consumer trust and satisfaction with PT Widya Waskita Wijaya's BBM products and services

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Social Media Marketing (SMM) influences Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Customer Engagement, and Purchase Decision. Using Signal Processing and Information Processing theories, this research identifies gaps in the literature regarding the relationship between SMM, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Customer Engagement, and Purchase Decision. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from 105 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which means selecting samples based on specific criteria relevant to the research. The criteria used are consumers who have seen or interacted with SilverQueen's social media marketing content. The collected data was analyzed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) to test the structural model and measurement model. This study shows that Social Media Marketing plays a crucial role in enhancing Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Customer Engagement, and Purchase Decision for SilverQueen chocolate. The findings underscore the importance of effective social media marketing strategies for achieving better business outcomes.
