Abstract

Leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment are crucial factors influencing employees' work discipline. This study investigates these factors' impact on employees' work discipline in the Secretariat Section of the Public Works Department, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 75 respondents using the census method for sampling. Data analysis was performed using SEM with SmartPLS Version 4. The findings indicate that leadership style has a positive, although statistically negligible, impact on work discipline. On the other hand, both organizational culture and work environment have positive and statistically significant impacts on work discipline. This study emphasizes proficient leadership, robust corporate culture, and a conducive work environment to foster employee discipline. The findings suggest that organizations should develop participatory and employee-oriented leadership styles, foster a culture of innovation and teamwork, and provide a conducive physical and non-physical work environment to enhance employee discipline and overall organizational performance. This study enhances the comprehension of the variables influencing work discipline in public sector organizations. It provides practical implications for managers and policymakers in designing strategies to improve employee discipline and organizational effectiveness

Abstract

This study investigated the influence of work motivation and knowleldge sharing on employee performance within the healthcare sector, specifically among nursing staff at RSUD dr Gondo Suwarno. The research aimed to explore the direct and indirect effects of these variables, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating factor. Data was collected through a quantitative survey involving 149 nursing staff, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was employes to analyze the relationships. The findings revaled that work motivation did directly impact employee performance, and it positively influenced job satisfaction. Conversely, knowledge sharing demonstrated a significant positive relationship with both job satisfaction and employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction emerged as a crucial mediator, amplifying the positive effects of both work motivation and knowledge sharing on employee performance. These reseults underscore the importance of holostic human resource management strategies that prioritize employee satisfaction. Organixation are encouraged to create supportive work environments that foster motivation, facilitate knowledge sharing, and offer opportunities for career development. Future research could delve deeper into the dynamic of these relationships within diverse organizational contexts

Abstract

The purposes of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment on Employee peroformance, with Intrinsic Motivation as a mediating factor. This research adopts an Explanatory Research approach. The sample consists of nurses working at Semarang Regency Hospital, selected using Slovin formula. The resutls indicate that Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment do not have an effect on Employee Performance. However, both Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Intrinsic Motivation. Intrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and serves as a significant mediating variable between Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Examining the effects of communication, teamwork, and work discipline on employee performance at CV Golden Harvest is the aim of this study. Organizational success depends on employee performance, and human resources are crucial to achieving corporate goals. 36 employees participated in this study, which used a quantitative methodology and survey questionnaires. SPSS 22.0 was used for data processing in order to examine each variable's partial and simultaneous influence. The findings show that employee performance is significantly and favorably impacted by teamwork, communication, and work discipline. However, the results of individual analysis vary work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on performance, communication has a negative and negligible effect, and cooperation has a positive and significant impact. While good teamwork fosters synergy among people, good work discipline can improve adherence to business policies. Conversely, good communication is essential for enhancing professional relationships and reducing miscommunications. These results give management information to help them develop plans to enhance worker performance by managing communication, teamwork, and work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Ambassadors and Digital Payment on Purchase Decisions, with Impulsive Buying acting as a mediating variable in the context of Scarlett Whitening products. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing a survey approach through questionnaires distributed to 157 respondents who had previously purchased Scarlett Whitening products. The results indicate that both Brand Ambassadors and Digital Payment have a positive and significant impact on Purchase Decisions, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of Impulsive Buying. The findings suggest that consumers tend to make quicker and less deliberative purchase decisions when influenced by appealing Brand Ambassadors and the convenience of Digital Payment options. Furthermore, this study highlights the crucial role of Impulsive Buying as a behavioral factor that strengthens the relationship between marketing strategies and consumer purchasing behavior. The implications of this research provide valuable insights for businesses, particularly in the beauty and skincare industry, on how to optimize their marketing strategies. Companies can enhance their brand appeal and drive higher purchase rates by strategically leveraging Brand Ambassadors and offering seamless Digital Payment methods. Ultimately, this study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies in the modern retail landscape

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between E-WOM and impulsive buying to help e-commerce implement the right marketing strategy to increase sales. This study aims to test the role of E-WOM in increasing impulsive buying by developing a theoretical framework. The respondents used in this study were 125, and the incoming data was processed using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. This study also studied other variables, namely shopping lifestyle, sales promotion, and economic literacy, which showed a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. This study will contribute to future research on impulsive buying and other research related to e-commerce users, especially in Generation Z

Abstract

This study explores strategies to improve product purchase decisions on TikTok Shop through the use of brand ambassadors and advertising. With the rise of social commerce, TikTok Shop has become a vital platform for digital marketing, highlighting the need for effective promotion. The research examines how brand ambassadors and advertising influence consumer behavior. A quantitative method was used, involving a purposive sample of 100 TikTok Shop users. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0, a PLS-SEM tool suitable for evaluating complex models and small samples. The measurement model assessed reliability and validity, while the structural model tested hypotheses. Results show that brand ambassadors significantly enhance consumer trust and perceived value, while advertising increases engagement and conversions. Both factors directly impact purchase intention and decisions, with intention acting as a mediator. The study concludes that combining brand ambassadors with targeted ads boosts product visibility and consumer confidence. These findings offer practical insights for businesses optimizing their TikTok Shop strategies

Abstract

The company capable of winning the competition is the company that becomes the choice for the customers. The success of a company in getting a reference on a customer's mind, thus resulting in purchasing actions carried out by customers must be distinct from the company's efforts to know what its priorities on customer desires and give them the best of their needs. One thing that supports this company's success is the management of the sales force. In improving sales force performance, each sales force must have expertise on adapting by digging information about the needs of buyers, own cognitive intelligence and knowledge of product goods. This research highlights the contradictory relationship between relational capabilities on performance power sales. The objective of this study is to analyze variable Value Transmission Effectiveness, which are expected to resolve the contradiction between relational capability and sales performance. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Profitability, Revenue, and Leverage, with investment policies as intervention variables, on the share prices of telecommunications subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, this study analyzes secondary data collected from the company's financial statements. The aim of this study was to consider additional performance indicators for a comprehensive understanding of the overall health of the company. The sample consisted of 18 companies selected through purposive sampling, each meeting specific criteria. Statistical analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to explore the relationships between the variables under investigation. These findings reveal that ROA, EPS, and DER have a significant positive effect on the Price Income Ratio (PER). In contrast, ROA has a significant negative impact on stock prices, while EPS, DER, and PER have a positive impact on stock prices. In addition, PER mediates the relationship between ROA and DER with stock price but does not mediate the relationship between EPS and stock price

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important factor in employee performance and productivity, so it needs a leader who is able to direct and motivate in order to increase employee job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction with compensation as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on employees of PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara, with a total of 84 respondents involved. This research used primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. This type of research is quantitative research with the analysis method using SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS 3 program. The results of this study indicate that leadership style had a significant effect on job satisfaction and compensation. Likewise, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Thus, it is proven that compensation is able to mediate the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction
