Abstract

In running the business of each company, especially companies that go publicrequire substantial capital. Therefore, the owner is directed to the capital markets toattract investors. Investors tend to choose stocks that can provide maximum benefit.This study aims to know the effect of the current ratio (CR), quick ratio (QR), return onassets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE), simultaneously and partially on stock returnsautomotive companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2014.the research type used is explanatory, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficientanalysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test and T. dependent variable stockreturns and independent variables CR, QR, ROA and ROE. Simultaneously, the analysisshows that CR, QR, ROA and ROE have influence on stock returns with a valueanalysis regression coefficient consecutive y = 0.139 + 0.004 X₁ - 0.768 X₂ + 0.009 X₃+ 0.008 X₄ which means that the variable CR, ROA, and ROE has a positive influenceon stock returns. whereas for variable QR negative effect. Partial correlation coefficient(r) respectively for 0.127619; 0.253654; 0.213551; 0.050402 shows the relationshipbetween independent variables and the dependent variable is positive as it approaches +1. This means that research is able to sample that can be applied also to the population.The coefficient of determination (R ²) of 0.378 = 37.8% of adjusted R square of 0.143 =14.3% means that all four independent variables have an influence of 14.3% and 85.7%influenced by other factors. Significance test (t test) for each variable of CR = 0642,0946 = ROE, ROA = 0.926 and QR = 0.500, which means no effect on stock returnsbecause of its significance> 0.05. meurut simultaneous test also showed that 0.292 <ofwhich 4.12. In addition it also shows the significance of greater value than alpha withalpha 0.05 then H₀ acceptable means independent variable has no effect on thedependent variable significantly with 95% confidence level. So it can be concluded thatthe variable (X) is CR, QR, ROA and ROE do not significantly affect stock return (Y).Keywords: (CR, QR, ROA, and ROE) (stock return)

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan dan hubungan dari commitment dan the work statisfaction antara regular employee dan temporary worker. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah PT Primayudha Mandirijaya dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 84 orang. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihasilkan, ditemukan bahwa semua variabel memiliki t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan. Terdapat perbedaan pada affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment, dan the work statisfaction pada regular employee dan temporary worker. Tidak ditemukan korelasi signifikan antara affective commitment dan the work statisfaction antara regular employee dan temporary worker dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.082, dan Tidak ditemukan korelasi signifikan antara continuan commitment dan the work statisfaction antara regular employee dan temporary worker dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.110. Namun ditemukan korelasi signifikan antara normative commitment dengan the work statisfaction work antara regular employee dan temporary worker dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.002.Kata Kunci : Commitment, Job Satisfaction, regular employee, temporary worker.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mempelajar, menganalisa dan menjawab pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan komitmen organiasional secara parsial maupun simultan pada kinerja karyawan produksi pada CV. Juke Abadi Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyertakan metode associative causal yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dua atau lebih variabel. Penelitian ini mengambil seluruh populasi dari karyawan produksi dari CV. Juke Abadi Sidoarjo, yang berjumlah 47 Orang. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner. Data sekunder yang diperoleh adalah berasal dari staf CV. Juke Abadi Sidoarjo yang meliputi profil perusahaan dan struktur organisasi dari perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan komitmen oraganisasional berpengaruh secara simultan secara signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Dengan nilai dari R square sebesar 0.516 (51.6%) yang mana berarti lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan pengaruh sebesar 51.6% terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi pada CV. Juke Abadi Sidoarjo.

Abstract

ABSTRAKConsumer satisfaction can be realized well if the company is able to provide quality service and product diversity that consumers expect. The higher the quality of service received then the consumer will be satisfied, so that the consumer will be a permanent consumer in the company. Similarly, the King Shop as a provider of photocopying and stationery products located in Malang are also trying to improve the quality of service and product diversity in accordance with consumer expectations. So the purpose in doing research is to determine the effect of service quality and product diversity to customer satisfaction either simultaneously or partially, to know which influence is most dominant between service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Poor King Shop. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The method used in this sampling is to use probability sampling. Data testing techniques used in this research include the validity test, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove research hypothesis using computer application program SPSS Version 21. Based on the results of data analysis, the multiple linear regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 7.446 + 0.207X.1 + 0.482X.2. From multiple linear regression equation can be known variables of service quality and product diversity have an effect on signifikan to consumer satisfaction at king store in malang. Result of t test, have positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction because t count bigger than t table. Results simultaneously with the F test shows that all independent variables significantly influence customer satisfaction because f count is greater than f table. Therefore H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The value of multiple determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.432 indicates that 56.8% of customer satisfaction variables can be explained by independent variables of service quality and product diversity, while the rest of 43.2% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

PT. Sumber Mandiri Branch Kenjeran Surabaya is one of the distributor company of Spare Part Cooler one of its product is Pipe Set HD Inverter 1 pk. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of Sales Cash Sales Credit and Pricing on Sales Income Pipe Products Set HD Inverter 1 pk at PT. Sumber Mandiri Kenjeran Branch Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data obtained from PT Sumber Mandiri Kenjeran Branch Surabaya. Data analysis technique in this research is by using multiple regression analysis. This research is backed by technological advancement to encourage the development of cooling spare parts business that is increasing rapidly. To be able to survive the sales outlets refrigerated spare parts are required to maintain sales, both cash sales and credit sales. In keeping with the sale, the refrigerated spare parts sales outlet must have a marketing strategy, sales strategy, pricing strategy. The purpose of using the marketing concept is to improve relationships with customers because a better relationship can lead to sales and increase sales profit. The results of this study indicate that there are partial and simultaneous influence of variable Cash Sales (PT), Sales Credit (PK) and Pricing (PH) on Sales Income (LP) .There is partial influence of variable Cash Sales (PT), Credit Sales (PK) and Pricing (PH) on Sales Income (LP). Because the significance value in the t test of each variable indicates less than 0.05 is proven true and is accepted. There is influence simultaneously variable of Cash Sales (PT), Credit Sales (PK) and Price Pricing (PH) on Sales Profit (LP) Because the value of significance at test f shows smaller than 0.05 proved true and accepted. Sales income is explained by Cash Sales (PT), Credit Sales (PK) and Pricing (PH) of 0.997 or 99.7%. While the remaining 0.3% influenced by other variables outside the model in the perusal.Kata Kunci : Cash Sales, Credit Sales, Pricing, Sales Profi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKA good performance of a bank is expected to regain public confidence in the bank itself or the banking system as a whole. Financial performance can be known by calculating the financial ratios so that it can know the performance and using ratio analysis, namely the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. This ratio analysis is a technical analysis to determine the relationship between certain items in the balance sheet or income statement bank individually or collectively. The purpose of this study is to compare the financial performance of four private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the analysts show that there are differences in financial ratios, namely the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and rentability in private banks registered in PT. Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Effect of company size on profitability; (2) Effect of company growth on profitability; (3) Effect of company size on going- concern audit opinion; (4) Effect of profitability on going-concern audit opinion; (5) Effect of company growth on going- concern audit opinion. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Samples used in this study were 14 companies from 22 companies registered in 2015-2017. Data analysis techniques use Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study show that: (1) The size of the company has a positive and significant effect on profitability. This is indicated by the value of T- statistics of 4.407 (>1.97) and the original sample value of 0.509; (2) Company growth has a negative and not significant effect on profitability with a T-statistic value of 0.698 (<1.97) and an original sample value of 0.0611; (3) The size of the company has a positive and significant effect on the going concern audit opinion with a T-statistic value of 2.484 (> 1.97) and the original sample value of 0.388; (4) The growth of the company has a negative effect and is not significant towards the going concern audit opinion with the value of T-Statistics of 0.437 (<1.97) and the original sample value of -0.0554; (5) Profitability has a negative and significant effect on going-concern audit opinion with a T-statistic value of 3.328 (> 1.96) and an original sample value of -0.576.Kata Kunci : Going Concern Audit Opinion, Profitability, Company Size, and Company Growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek penelitian pada perusahaan sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di BEI 2011 - 2016. Pemilihan perusahaan ini dilatar belakangi karena pembangunan telekomunikasi di Indonesia telah memasuki babak baru dengan semakin berkembang pesatnya industri teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis : (1) Likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. (2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. (3) Solvabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. (4) Likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (5) Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (6) Solvabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (7) Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Metode Pengambilan Sampel dengan Purposive Sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan, yaitu (1) Perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang membuat dan melaporkan data keuangan yang telah di audit di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (2) Perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang mempunyai indikator-indikator (rasio keuangan dan kebijakan dividen). Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) yang bertujuan untuk menguji model dan hubungan yang dikembangkan. Hasil yang diperoleh antara lain, (1) Likuiditas (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen (Z), (2) Profitabilitas (X2) berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen (Z). (3) Solvabilitas (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen (X4), (4) Likuiditas (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y). (5) Profitabilitas (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y). (6) Solvabilitas (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y). (7) Kebijakan dividen (Z) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe number of cellular providers in Indonesia are mutually price war with a variety of advantages each resulting in confusion in selecting society. This study aims to determine the effect of product, price and promotion either partially or simultaneously, and to determine the most dominant influence in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is included in the survey research. The sample used in this research is 96 students of Economics faculty at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, where the sample is taken by using accidental sampling technique.  Collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and Test F and Test t. The results of this study showed the value of multiple linear regression analysis that is Y = 0.426 + 0.274 X1 + 0,152 X2 + 0,453 X3 value of coefficient of determination show value equal to 0,689. This shows that in consumer satisfaction variable shows 68,9% value influenced by product, price and promotion variable.While the remaining 31.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Test F obtained result that Product (X1), Price (X2), and Promotion (X3) have influence to Decision of Simpati (Y) cellular card, sig value. F 0,000 (<0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that all independent variables (Product variables (X1), Price (X2), and Promotion (X3)) have significant effect simultaneously on Simpati Mobile Card Purchase Decision (Y). The value of the product thitungvariable (X1) has a value of 3.634 and the value of Sig. 0.000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is partial influence by Product variable (X1) to Purchase Decision (Y).   Price Variable (X2) has Thitung3.067 and Sig value. 0,003 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, that means there is partial influence by Price variable (X2) to Purchase Decision (Y) .Variable Promotion (X3) has value of Thitung6,222 and Sig value. of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1diterima, it means there is a partial influence by the variable Promotion (X3) on Purchase Decision (Y) In addition, the results of this study also shows that Product, Price, and Promotion has a dominant influence on the decision purchase of Simpati cellular card at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Artikel ini adalah berasal dari penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memahami peranan Subjective Well-Being karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan perusahaan keluarga di Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini dirasa penting, karena di Indonesia sendiri, masih terdapat banyak perusahaan yang didirikan adalah bersifat kekeluargaan. Namun seringkali masalah mulai timbul pada perusahaan keluarga dan seringkali cenderung tidak dapat menghasilkan profesionalisme karyawan dalam bekerja. Perusahaan keluarga juga cenderung kesulitan memperhatikan Subjective Well-Being karyawan mereka. Begitu mendesaknya kebutuhan akan peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan oleh perusahaan, membuat perusahaan harus mulai untuk menelusuri seberapa pentingkahkah Subjective Well-Being karyawan di dalam pekerjaan dan bagaimanakah peranannya terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini melakukan pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner pada sebuah perusahaan keluarga yang sudah memiliki tradisi dan sejarah panjang lebih dari 30 tahun dan telah berpindah tangan kepemimpinan sebanyak 3 generasi. Sampel diambil dari karyawan yang berjumlah 109 orang (dan tidak termasuk staff) yang memiliki pengalaman kerja kurang lebih 1 – 30 tahun selama berdirinya perusahaan tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan data yang diperoleh akan diolah dengan uji statistik dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk ditemukannya Peranan Subjective Well-Being Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Data yang diperoleh akan melalui tahap uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis.Kata Kunci : Subjective Well-Being Karyawan, Kinerja Karyawan, Perusahaan Keluarga, Indonesia.
