Abstract

Acts of violence involving students in schools have an impact on the pattern of teacher education and the mindset of parents of students on the education system with the child protection law. Therefore, this study aims  at  describing the pattern of teacher education and the mindset of students’ parents  towards the application of child protection laws in schools. The research used descriptive qualitative research with library research. The results of the study shows that the child protection law has changed the pattern of teacher education and the mindset of parents of students towards the educational process that occurs in schools. The child protection law does not give the freedom for teachers to take decisive action and  to give punishment to students; and it is used by the parents of students as a tool to criminalize teachers

Abstract

This study aims to describe the policy evaluation of the Featured Home Industry program in Palopo City by looking at the program policy evaluation indicators, namely technical feasibility, economic and financial opportunities, political support capacity, and organizational carrying capacity. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research type intended to reveal the problem to be investigated by describing the subject and object of research based on existing facts about the Khilan Industry program. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of a number of informants. The results showed that initially the khilan program could improve the economic level of the community, but the subsequent development of the achievement of the results was not optimal because of the 50 khilan groups that were previously members of the khilan group, now only 3 groups are still actively producing, selling raw materials for making khilan products in the form of zaro snacks. purchased from the khilan group at low prices, while the manufacturing process takes days, causing bottlenecks in the production of raw materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the legal principles in protecting the rights of e-commerce consumers who transact on Tokopedia. This research is library research (library research) with a normative approach because it is a research that analyzes written regulations related to consumer protection in conducting electronic transactions on Tokopedia. The data source is secondary data in documents, reports, books, and other publications that support this research. The results show that e-commerce consumers transact on Tokopedia are in a weak position that can experience fraud from business actors who open stalls on the Tokopedia site. In protecting and safeguarding consumer rights, Tokopedia must establish strict rules and procedures for business actors conducting business activities on Tokopedia based on Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions Government Regulations Number 82 of 2012 concerning Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the principle of equality before the law, to see the principle of equality before the law in the perspective of Islamic law. This type of research is literature research, then this research uses a qualitative approach. The data technique in this research is to collect written works in the form of books and so on, then read and record the materials needed to obtain information related to the discussion. The data management steps taken were analysis and descriptive. The results of the research show that equality before the law or as equality before the law is a very important principle in law enforcement. Equality before the law is a means that must be lived and implemented to decide problems, especially in criminal law, so that discrimination does not occur. At the time of the Prophet Muhammad saw that equality before the law in Islam was applied by the existence of the Madina Charter, one of the principles in which a person must act fairly without differentiating between ordinary people and elite society.

Abstract

The dynamics of changing local government laws provide major changes through the several powers given. Article 23 of Law Number 6 of 2014 provides confirmation, namely that the Village Government is carried out by the Village Government. It is clear who the village government means, then it is returned to Article 1 number 3 of Law Number 6 of 2014, namely that the Village Government is the Village Head or what is referred to by any other name assisted by Village officials as an element of Village Government administrators. The inherent position and authority provides a great form of accountability and demands accountability. Basically, the regulation regarding the position of the Village makes the Village not fully placed as subordination of the district / city government. The change in the position of the village from Law Number 22 of 1999, Law Number 32 of 2004 and Law Number 6 of 2014 aims to make the village no longer an object of development but a subject of development. The construction of village governance adopted in the Village Law is a joint construction. The General Elucidation of the Village Law states explicitly: "With the construction of combining the functions of self-governing community with local self-government, it is hoped that the customary law community unit which has been part of the village territory will be organized in such a way as a village and customary village. In summary, the principles of recognition and subsidiarity have changed the state's control / control approach to the village and have positioned the village as the subject of development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of E-TLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) by using CCVT in the settlement of traffic crime cases. To see the inhibiting factors and the application of the E-TLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) system in Makassar City. This research was conducted at the Polrestabes Makassar with the help of data from the South Sulawesi Police and Makassar Police Sub-Directorate for Gakkum. By using field research methods and literature. The results showed that the existence of the E-TLE program in Makassar City provided learning to the community to be more obedient to traffic rules, especially in the presence of very large facts in creating security, order, smooth traffic that can change the road marking community. The implementation of the electronic system has been well implemented by all institutions involved in the E-TLE program of the police, especially traffic, the Makassar city government, the Makassar District Attorney, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT. Indonesian post.
