Abstract

The application of Balanced Score in a college institution especially lecturer performance is a new case, Computer Science College of Binaniaga is one that applies and utilizes this knowledge to develop strategic planning, implement and evaluate using balanced scorecard, the research is based on the implementation of the balanced scorecard theory developed by Kaplan and Norton through a case study at STIKOM Binaniaga college, the result of the study can illustrate that researchers can develop a strategy map and plan the balanced scorecard performance of STIKOM Binaniaga lecturers, where four balanced scorecard perspectives with several strategy targets at each perspective are measured by each strategy objective and target to be achieved will be easily implemented, this is to provide very clear information to the management of universities, that each perspective can be implemented well in accordance with the needs of colleges in terms of conducting performance appraisals of lecturers at Computer Science College of Binaniaga (STIKOM Binaniaga). Abstract

This research aims to figure out how the effect of promotion mix of the Off Air English Service Program (ESP) at RRI Pro2 FM Bandung upon the loyality of its audiences, in order to communicate the Off Air English Service Program (ESP) to the audiences of at RRI Pro 2 FM Bandung, RRI has been doing the activity of promotion mix. Referring to Kotler & Armstrong (2008:166), promotion mix is also named Marketing Communication Mix, having the promotion mix the company could communicate the value of the audiences persuasively and develop the relationship with the customers. The writer has applied the theory of Kotler (2009:175) about the promotion mix (marketing communication mix) consisting of eight tools of promotion mix as the basic of the reseach which is promotion, marketing promotion, events and experiences, public relation and publicity, direct marketing, interactive marketing, mouth to mouth marketing, personal selling. Loyalty variable as Y variable, the writer has applied the theory from Grifin (2002:31) the audiences loyalty consists of four characters: (1) makes regular repeat purchase, (2) purchases across products or services line, (3) recommends other products (refers other), and (4) demonstrates on immunity to the full of the competition. Griffin (2002:31). Result of the analysis in this research has applied the method of SEM analysis (Structure Equation Models) indicating that the promotion mix has significantly affected the loyalty of audiences which is 61.9%, however the rest of 38.1% is the contribution of other variables that is not studied. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity on Stock Price of consumption industrial sector companies listed in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method of growth analysis which used is quantitative descriptive method. Whereas to find out the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity for Stock Price partially or simultaneously use descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis technique. The study results that obtained show that partially Net Profit Margin and Return On Assets do not affect stock price, whereas Return On Equity effects on stock price. Simultaneously Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity affect stock prices. Key words: Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Stock Price

Abstract

West Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has strong potential and wisdom, mountains range from the east to the west of the Bogor Peak area, as well as the southern region which has attractive coastal views and panoramas from Pangandaran district to sukabumi district. One of the southern parts of West Java which has the potential of coastal tourism is Garut regency, one of them is the Rancabuaya beach, the potential of Rancabuaya beach tourism is now being developed to attract tourists, located in Purbayani village in Caringin sub-district with an area of 10 hectares while the current area used as a new tourism area of 2 hectares, which is also directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean with the characteristics of having big tide and large rocks and rock cliffs that are quite high, another potential tourism attraction is the presence of a waterfall directly facing the beach. However, Rancabuaya beach is very beautiful, but the level of tourist visits is less than the total visitors to other southern Jabar (west Java) beach attractions, which is Pangandaran beach. Visitors to rancabuaya beach are very crowded only in certain events such as, New year, Eid or other National holiday. This study aims to find out what the right marketing model can be applied at Rancabuaya beach tourism area. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of income mix and promotion mix get a good response from the respondents and have a strong relationship to the factors that are formed. Abstract

Gradual selection of new students at the program of Accountancy Diplome III STIE Binaniaga Bogor thru scholarship procedure using the average method. Minimum expectation of STIE Binaniaga is that the higher the gradual selection result, the better academic performance of the students will be. Applying the average method has not indicated yet the minimum expectation required since there is still the fluctuative academic achievement of the students happened. The research aims to implement the method of logic fuzzy Mamdani accordingly in order to deterimine whether this method can be applied for each gradual selection of new students. Analytical tools have used the comparison one based on the correlation between the academic achievement and the implemention of logic fuzzy Mamdani method at the end of each selection, The correlation between the cumulative achievement index and the final result of the implemention of average method is 0.559. Correlation between the cumulative achievement index and the final result of the implementation of logic fuzzy Mamdani Method is 0.487 which is still less than 0.559. Nevertheless, the conclusion of this result is that the implementation of logic fuzzy Mamdani Method has not yet been able to replace the existing average method. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation with employee job performance partially and simultaneously. The population of this study is all employees at KPU Bogor City, Bogor Regency and Cianjur regency which is 80 employees. The sampling technique using the census is all the population used for research data. So the number of samples taken in this study as many as 80 respondents who are employees at KPU Bogor, Bogor and Cianjur.The research instrument is the questionnaire. The collected data is then processed using correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The results showed that: Firstly, transformational leadership has a positive relationship with employee’s job performance with a value of 0.652, this relationship fall into the category of strong relationships. While the influence of transformational leadership on employee job performance of is 42.5%. Secondly, work motivation has a positive relationship with employee job performance with a value of 0.892, this relationship is categorized very strong relationships. While the influence of work motivation on employee job performance is 79,5%. Thirdly, transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive relationship with employee job performance (Y) of 0, 0.894, this relationship shows a very strong relationship between transformational leadership variable and work motivation simultaneously with employee job performance variable . Influence of transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously has affected employee job performance (Y) of 80,0%. Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1. To find out the factors which become the main strengths and weaknesses of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur 2. To find out the factors which become the opportunities and threat weaknesses of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur 3. To find out the right strategies to be implemented in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur. The population in this study is a group of management officials of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur with total 5. headquarter employees. The results of this study show that the alternative strategy which can be implemented by management of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur management based on the results of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), i.e. internal and external long-term implementation based on TAS (Total Atractiveness Score), i.e. Product innovation 3.15 + 3.07 = 6 , 22 Market research 2.69 + 2.98 = 5.67 Increasing the number of customers 2.89 + 3.02 = 5.91 Improvement of services 2.79 + 2.83 = 5.62, whereas the Implementation of Medium-term strategies are: 1. Providing information about the product provision that applied according to the provisions of Bank Indonesia 2. Providing up-to-date knowledge products enable the employees to be able to control the banking industry 3. Promoting activities in each corner of the market in the field of education, tourism and collaboration with local governments 4. Providing convenience in providing credit loans to customers according to their needs. While the Short-term implementations are: 1. Provide regular training enable the employees to maintain and improve customer service 2. Maintain the existing products and improve product innovation to anticipate new products of competitors 3. Perform promotional activities through print media and electronic media by using brief and clear discussion in order to attract customers and facilitate with a maximum budget 4.
