The issue of human rights in Indonesia has become a global issue, various cases of human rights violations are considered to have not been properly resolved by the government, or even new motives for human rights violations have emerged along with the dynamics of Indonesian society. Abstract

Illegal fishing that is currently rife has prompted Minister Susi Pudjiastuti to implement a system of sinking ships in accordance with what has been regulated by law. The formation of Task Force 115 has also been formed to deal with illegal fishing practices, but these regulations have not deterred foreign vessels. As a result of this firmness against illegal fishing, foreign vessels have changed their mode by utilizing local fishermen who are funded. Big foreign ships or what we can call mafia waiting on the high seas, where no country controls the sea. Then after the cooperating fishermen have finished catching fish, it will be handed over to the foreign ship that ordered them. The term for this act is transhipment. Task Force 115 is tasked with developing and implementing law enforcement operations in an effort to eradicate illegal fishing in the Indonesian jurisdictional sea area in an effective and efficient manner by optimizing the utilization of operational personnel and equipment, including ships, aircraft and other technology owned by agencies/agencies who have joined it.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country faces many problems and challenges, be it in social, cultural, resilience and security, education, law enforcement, health, and other aspects. The existing challenges are proof that international development is accelerating and has a significant impact on national development. One of the challenges is how to realize the goals in the era of sustainable development (sustainable development goals) or SDGs, which cover all aspects of the nation and state.

Abstract

Asemdoyong Village has unique characteristics, but education issues are the main problem in this village. Education, especially in the north coast community area (Pantura) is often not a top priority. This paper explores the potential for the synergy of customary law in enhancing the development of a comprehensive education based on local wisdom in Asemdoyong Village. How customary law is able to function optimally in improving education for rural communities is one of the focuses of this paper.

Abstract

One of the objectives in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is equitable education. Educational problems in developing countries, one of which in Indonesia, is the issue of access and opportunities to obtain education. In fact, education is one of the basic rights that must be fulfilled by the state. Abstract

The Legal Awareness Family (Keluarga Sadar Hukum, Kadarkum) is one of the programs to increase public awareness of the dangers of drug abuse. One form of this program besides socialization and education, also intensive assistance to every family, so that the Indonesian -free Indonesian program can be achieved through a program that starts from the smallest environment. In Central Java, victims of drug abuse and drugs in Central Java in 2017 reached more than 523 thousand people. This paper discusses how Kadarkum can run optimally as a prevention in drug abuse.

Abstract

Universities or universities that should have carried out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in a real manner. The Mandiri Village Fostered University (DMBU) has a concept that is very in accordance with various Semarang State University programs that have conservation jargons. This paper offers a variety of solutive steps so that activities related to conservation, student organizations and other activities in the campus environment can be in line with SDG's 2030. and 4, as well as articles 34 paragraph 2 and 3 which are the main points.

Abstract

Intolerance and discrimination based on religion and belief, by the United Nations in "Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intoles and Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief", is interpreted as any distinction, neglect, prohibition or prevention based on religion or belief in its purpose or As a result, eliminating or reducing the recognition, enjoyment, or implementation of human rights and fundamental freedoms on equal basis. As a state based on law, Indonesia highly respects and upholds the existence of human rights. In the second principle of Pancasila, it is explained that the Indonesian state recognizes and respects the attitude of "fair and civilized humanity". And reinforced from the 5th precepts of Pancasila, namely "Social Justice for all Indonesian people" thus in a real and philosophical manner, Indonesia has a strong ideal to uphold human rights in accordance with the provisions of the law both individual and group human rights for the realization of justice social for all Indonesian people.

Abstract

Crimes of hate speech on social media are the impact of so many social media users in Indonesia and the public's ignorance of the legal limits of media, therefore the authors make scientific works of school legal education social education (Sekolah Cepat Edukasi Hukum Media Sosial, or SEPAT KASIH SOSIAL MEDIA) (education of prevention, supervision and enforcement Crimes of hate speech through social media). SEPAT KASIH SOSIAL MEDIA is a legal education program whose teaching and learning activities do not take a long time, which is only about one to two semesters, in this program three things that must be possessed by every student are teaching about the offense of hate speech, service Society in the form of socialization, education and presentation and finally is research related to the pursuit of hate speech and scientifically studied.

Abstract

The Corruption Eradication Commission is a state institution that in carrying out its duties and authority is independent and free from the influence of any power. other law enforcement agencies such as the police, the prosecutor's office is still not optimal in efforts to eradicate corruption in Indonesia, the Corruption Eradication Commission is arguably a fresh air in efforts to eradicate corruption, it is expected that the Corruption Eradication Commission becomes an independent institution in eradicating corruption, there is no intervention from anywhere , so that in its implementation it is indiscriminate, professional, intensive, and realize the expectations of the community to suppress the smallest possible criminal acts of corruption.
