The Pusat Pelayanan Keluarga Sejahtera (PUSYANRA) Lancang Kuning, is a service unit established by the Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Representative of Riau Province. PUSYANRA has several main tasks as consultants and educates families in Indonesia to become prosperous families. So far, the activities of PUSYANRA Lancang Kuning run randomly and are documented manually, so there are several problems in monitoring activities, displaying activities publicly and compiling annual and monthly reports. One of the things that can be done to optimize these needs is to develop a web-based information system. The information system can be a place to display information as well as a media to educate the public according to the needs of PUSYANRA Lancang Kuning to maximize information and education in implementing PUSYANRA's work program. In addition, regarding reports, activity management and others, web application technology can help administrators to make it easier to carry out their duties. Another problem is the use of this Information System is needed in a fairly short time, because community services continue to run all the time. For the concept of software development with Agile method is a suitable method applied in this case. Based on the development process that has been carried out, this research shows that the Agile Software Development concept can be used properly. As well as the benefits of the Information System can be felt well by all users, so that the "KELUARGAKU" Information System can help PUSYANRA Lancang Kuning in carrying out its work program better.

The development of information technology will have an impact on the development of data. The existence of data might contain sensitive elements that are not intended to become public consumers. Anonymization is a technique that can be applied in publishing data with a different identity or anonymously. K-anonymity is an approach that can anonymization data. Besides that, the l-diversity and t-closeness approaches are also one of the advanced alternatives in data anonymization. The Mondrian algorithm can be implemented in k-anonymity. Therefore, we use the Mondrian algorithm for anonymizing clothing online transaction. The application of these methods can overcome the problem of data privacy contained in the dataset. The results obtained are that the application of the Mondrian algorithm in k-anonymity, l-diversity, and t-closeness has successfully performed data anonymization so that data cannot be consumed freely by other users.

Banking activities carried out by the Bank Sampah Induk Berbasis (BASIBA) at the Bogor City Environmental Service are still done manually using a notebook paper and then input to Ms. Excel sheet, such as customer data management, waste purchase transactions, withdrawal transactions, stock management and waste sales. So that the activities carried out are often found writing errors, as far as data is lost or damaged and the work process is quite long. To resolve this problem, BASIBA need media as data storage and changes the transaction activities in a computerized and efficient time. One solution is to design and build an information system that suits the needs of BASIBA, using an Software Development Life Cyle (SDLC) system design with a waterfall method. The system to be built uses a structured method with the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the system database server. Testing of the system that has been built using blackbox testing equivalence partitions techniques and a UAT questionnaire based on a likert scale to system users to ensure the level of success of the system design.

Website usability is very important because it can determine and know the quality related to how easily the user can use and learn and learn and whether the website runs in sync according to function and does not cause errors at the time of use. Each website has a different level of usability, the increased level of usability means that the website is easier to understand users (users can easily find what users are looking for quickly and not experience problems). This research aims to find out if the website has met the needs of users and know the difficulties experienced by users. This case study researchers chose the PDAM XYZ website of XYZ city. With the implementation of usability, it is expected that PDAM XYZ will know what is needed by users to access the PDAM XYZ website. Research on the website PDAM XYZ XYZ city is using the web usability evaluation tool (WEBUSE), WEBUSE method is a convenience evaluation method in the form of a web-based ease of use evaluation questionnaire to assess the usefulness of the website being evaluated. Researchers conducted an analysis by taking a sample of 20 users of PDAM XYZ Kota XYZ website. Based on the research that has been done obtained good and excellent results on the four variables, obtained the highest variable is the variable Content, Organization and Readability with a score of 0.89, and the lowest variable is Performance & Effectiveness which gets a score of 0.68.

The level of service in an agency is a supporter of the survival of an agency. consumer goals that arise from good service quality, are believed to be the main factors of business success. The indicator of the level of customer satisfaction with service quality is when consumers get maximum results from a desired need. Consumer measurements can be seen from the results of the buyer's assessment given by the service manager, and services in the form of consumers which result in goods or services being used as drivers. The method that will be used in the process of ranking consumer satisfaction variables in this study is Simple Additive Weighting. This method has a work order sequence by determining the weight value of each variable, then the ranking process by determining the best variable from the consumer satisfaction variable. The final result of this research is the ranking of consumer satisfaction variables from the highest to the lowest using Simple Additive Weighting to obtain an accuracy rate of 90%. The variable "satisfactory taste" turned out to be the highest satisfaction service variable, meaning that the cafe service party needed to maintain the taste so that consumers were satisfied with the existing services.

ACK Fried Chicken (Ayam Crispy Kriuk) is a local fast food business that provides food and beverages. The competition for chicken franchises in Bali and the number of orders made by customers through online applications, namely the Gofood and Grabfood applications on ACK Fried Chicken, has resulted in the importance of implementing the SCM strategy in ACK Fried Chicken, to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. By providing an overview to make estimates in the present for future production, it is necessary to forecast demand which is carried out using the forecasting method. The forecasting method used is the time series method, namely the Single Exponential Smoothing method and the Single Moving Average method. Forecasting using the time series method, namely SES and SMA, the forecasting model is obtained from the actual data used in this case study, the forecasting model using the SMA method is declared very good because it has a MAPE value <10% while the SES method is declared good because it has a MAPE value. = 11% (10-20%). The SMA method has an error rate that is more sophisticated than the SES method. For forecasting order requests in this study, the SMA method is better used because it has the smallest error rate in forecasting.

Segmentation is the most important thing in the object identification process. Because machine learning-based interest segmentation of true color images is the most difficult task in computer vision. Because in the segmentation process there is a separation between foreground and background from a 3 layer RGB image to a layer 1 process to get a complete image without noise, this greatly affects the level of accuracy in image identification. In addition, we use several image processing operators such as filters, holes and openarea to remove image areas that we do not need. Therefore, in this study, we tested the images on 5 types of medicinal flowers using k-means segmentation with values of k=2 and k=3, as well as the otsu method. Both methods of segmentation are carried out by each method to get the appropriate pattern. The goal is to get the important areas that can be calculated by the image identification algorithm. This research uses 250 images and produces 750 patterns for the identification process. The results obtained are 96% to identify the flower type taraxacum laeticolor Dahlst with the K-means k=2 segmentation method.

The decline in community activities outside the home and restrictions on operating hours in the business world have a negative impact on the income and performance of the business world. This is the impact of restrictions on activities outside the home carried out by the government in order to reduce the spread of the covid 19 virus. For this reason, an innovation is needed that changes management governance and trade transactions that switch to online, so that business activities can run and remain active in the midst of current pandemic. One of the businesses affected by the impact is the Sinar Pratama Optical Shop in Gunung Sindur, which has limited operating hours and the number of visitors has decreased due to limited activities outside the home. Another problem at this time at the store is the time for making eyeglass sales reports which are quite long, and still using 3 copies of receipts for 1 sales transaction. To overcome this problem, an eyewear sales management information system was created, which can handle sales data and can make reports anywhere and anytime. Waterfall was chosen in the method used because it is considered more suitable if the need for each process is known. With the waterfall method, the creation of a web-based sales application at the Sinar Pratama Optical Shop can be completed in a predetermined time and the Sinar Pratama Optical Shop can sell goods and promotions on its own website and can compete during the current pandemic. In addition, making sales reports can be done more quickly because of the computational process and can be done anywhere.
