Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan kualitas layanan jaringan Internet of Things (IoT) adalah ketidakpastian dan kompleksitas data yang ambigu. Dalam penelitian ini, kami bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode pembelajaran mesin berbasis logika fuzzy guna memprediksi kualitas layanan pada jaringan IoT. Metode pembelajaran mesin berbasis logika fuzzy digunakan dengan melatih model menggunakan algoritma fuzzy c-means dan melakukan optimasi parameter melalui validasi silang. Kami melakukan evaluasi kinerja model dengan menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran mesin berbasis logika fuzzy mampu mengatasi tantangan ketidakpastian dan kompleksitas data pada jaringan IoT. Model yang dikembangkan mampu memprediksi kualitas layanan dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Atribut masukan seperti kecepatan transfer data, latensi, kestabilan koneksi, dan kehilangan paket dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam kategori kualitas layanan yang sesuai. Evaluasi kinerja model juga menunjukkan tingkat akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score yang seimbang. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan jaringan IoT. Metode pembelajaran mesin berbasis logika fuzzy dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik, mendukung pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada jaringan IoT. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat melibatkan pengembangan model fuzzy logic yang lebih kompleks, penggunaan dataset yang lebih besar, serta mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kualitas layanan pada jaringan IoT.

Abstract

Numerous political leaders participate in elections since they are a crucial component of the political process. Since electability is an issue, steps are taken to make political candidates running in general elections more electable. The media, including internet news media, has emerged as one of the key strategies for raising electability. Reader comments can be analyzed for sentiment to provide an evaluation of political figures. However, because the comments contain unstructured content, particularly in Indonesian text, it is difficult to interpret the sentiments of different comments in online news media. In this research, an analysis of public sentiment towards the 2024 presidential candidates will be carried out which is expressed through the Twitter social network. There are several stages to carry out sentiment analysis, including the stages of data collection, data preprocessing, balancing the distribution of the number of datasets, and sentiment classification using the LSTM method with word2vec feature representation. The results of this study show that the LSTM method combined with SMOTE due to the limited amount of data is able to produce a fairly good LSTM model with an average accuracy of 89.42% and a loss value of 0.24, the ideal scenario is when the accuracy is high and the loss is minimal, in which case the LSTM model only exhibits minor errors on a subset of the data.

Abstract

Anugrah laundry merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa, khusunya jasa pencucian pakaian. Kendala yang di hadapi oleh pengusaha Anugrah laundry Selain proses transaksi dan pencatatan hasil transaksi yang masih menggunakan cara manual ada juga proses pengolahan data dengan cara mencatatkan ke sebuah buku, diantaranya pencatatan data pelanggan, nota transaksi sampai pembuatan berbagai laporan, seperti laporan pemasukan transaksi laundry. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu mengelolah keseluruhan data agar meminimalisasi masalah pengelolaan data jasa pada anugrah laundry serta sebagai alat bantu untuk mengoptimalisasi kinerja dari pelayanan pada anugrah laundry. Pembangunan sistem informasi jasa laundry berbasis web ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem dan implementasi sistem. Sistem ini di buat menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan model pengembangan dengan prototype. Setelah adanya sistem informasi laundry ini dapat membantu kinerja di Anugrah Laundry.

Abstract

At this time Internet services have become a necessity no longer to provide information services, but have become important so there are many cases of websites being hacked by attackers, for that network security is very important to avoid theft of important data Security in a web application is a important aspect to have. Securing a web application can be done by installing a firewall that is connected directly to the server network. Security for a web application usually uses a web application firewall installed on a web server. To overcome a security problem in Web Applications and minimize losses caused by SQL Injection and XSS attacks, we need a way to overcome these attacks. Several security measures have been used, such as the use of fortiweb to set the traffic destination for a web application. In this study, we will use a Web Application Firewall (WAF) device. Because it can protect Web applications from existing malware attacks and zero day malware. This final project will implement a Web Application Firewall (WAF). By way of device configuration and will use DVWA for malware testing. The technology that will be used to monitor malware logs will use VMware. From the results of testing a web application firewall, it is hoped that it can implement and prevent various malware attacks that attack web applications and can monitor the logs of an attacking malware.

Abstract

Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is an optimal route design from a group of vehicles that deliver goods to a set of customers with a certain demand. VRP was widely studied as part of solving the distribution efficiency which minimizes the cost of traveled vehicle. Bulog Subdivre South Surabaya distribute Rastra to every village which has constraint of Multi depot and Split delivery (MDSDVRP). This study aims to minimize the traveled distance of MDSDVRP (Rastra distribution) using  Genetic Algorithm (GA) and to find out the efficiency of the route solution. The research covers the steps to solve MDSDVRP using GA to generate feasible and efficient solution route. Then development of a Decision Support System (DSS) that applies the algorithm is implemented on web platform and the result of route solution is presented on the mobile platform. The system testing is carried out to test the user satisfaction (83.8%) which found that overall users were considered very agree, good, like for each component of user satisfaction. The traveled distance is compared between GA route and routes of the original data from 2013-2017. The efficiency of GA was evaluated and found that the traveled distance from the previous route is reduced by 3.7% (444 km) and in 2017 is reduced the distance traveled by 9.5 % (1,093 km). The GA can generate a better solution and optimize the distance than the original route.

Abstract

PT KSteel Nusantara is a fabrication company and distributor of building materials which in practice still uses manual recording and has not maximally utilized the development of integrated information technology, especially in the field of sales and warehouse. So that there are several problems such as the length of time recording, prone to data loss and not yet integrated between these two fields. This study aims to implement the Warehouse Management module and the Sales Management module in an integrated information system based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PT KSteel Nusantara. In this study using data collection methods that include interviews, literature studies, and observations. Then for system design using a visual modeling method, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which contains Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams and uses the Waterfall system development method. The results of the implementation of the Warehouse Management module and the Sales Management module based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) show an increase in operational efficiency through better integration between the sales and warehouse fields, as well as optimization of data management in business processes.

Abstract

The spread of digital information has grown very rapidly and has become a common tool used by all people. This is in line with the development of various infrastructures and digital ecosystems for all lines of life in all fields without exception, especially in this paper which discusses the development of information technology in the field of education. Because in essence education can play an active role in developing the potential of students to develop religious spiritual values, self-discipline, personality, intelligence, noble personality, and abilities that are beneficial to themselves, society, the state, and the Indonesian nation. In line with the vision and mission of Jakarta Global University which concentrates learning on student centered which refers to 21st century learning, where learning is focused on the use of information technology to trigger a learning process that focuses on student learning experience. The development of this system aims to make it easier for students with special needs to understand physics concepts by using simulation methods assisted by modules and other learning tools that can be used by students with special needs, especially for students with hearing disorders. SUS Questionnaire are distributed to get after the posttest to get usability test for the system. Tests using Cronbach's Alpha have been used to find the value of validity and reliability by obtaining an average result of 0.702 for reliability and 0.312 for validity testing. This shows that the developed system can be used easily thanks to the optimization of the features that the author has implemented in the CDIES system to facilitate the needs of students with disabilities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to help the Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) team to manage PKG and prioritize teacher assessments based on their performance. The method for assessing teacher performance uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in determining teacher priorities through assessing teacher performance which produces the best ranking. The concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of the performance ratings of each alternative (teacher) on all attributes. The implementation is to create a web-based application to make it easier for users to get teacher performance assessments. Testing this application system uses the black box method. The results obtained from black box testing are valid, which means that the functional system runs well and the results of validation testing using Microsoft Excel are in accordance with the SAW method calculations. Based on the research carried out, it was concluded that the SAW method was useful in helping the PKG team at Media Informatics Vocational School to manage assessment results and prioritize teacher performance assessments effectively and efficiently based on the results of the black box test on this application system.

Abstract

TB (Toko Bangunan) Baetu Jaya bergerak di bidang penjualan bahan bangunan dan alat-alat listrik. Mekanisme pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan  pembelian serta pengelolaan barang dan hal lain yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan toko masih dilakukan secara manual. Tidak ada pencatatan kartu stok barang yang memudahkan pemilik toko dalam mengontrol stok barang sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan dan kekosongan barang.  Tidak ada laporan penjualan ataupun pembelian yang terperinci dan dapat diakses secara mudah oleh pemilik. Pengiriman barang pun sering menjadi masalah akibat pencatatan yang dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengelola stok barang dan laporan, serta pengaturan pengiriman barang di TB. Baetu Jaya. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode waterfall, use case, dengan  menggunakan framework codeigneter 4 dan database yang digunakan adalah MySQl. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan yang dikembangkan dapat membantu meminimalisir permasalahan yang ditemukan. Aplikasi berbasis web memudahkan pemilik dan petugas toko mengakses aplikasi penjualan di mana pun dengan Platform apa pun. Aplikasi mobile berbasis android memudahkan pengecekan dan konfirmasi daftar pengiriman barang.
