Abstract

In education world, recognizing the relationship between one subject and another is imperative. By recognizing the relationship between courses, performing sustainability mapping between subjects can be easily performed.  Moreover, detecting and reducing any duplicated contents in several subjects will be also possible to execute. Of course, these conveniences will benefit lecturers, students and departments. It will ease the analysis and discussion processes between lecturers related to subjects in the same domain. In addition, students will conveniently choose a group of subjects they are interested in. Furthermore, departments can easily create a specialization group based on the similarity of the subjects and combine the courses possessing high similarity. In this research, given a good database, the relationship between subjects was calculated based on the proximity of the primary contents of the subjects. The feature used was term feature, in which value was determined by calculating TF-IDF (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency) from each term. In recognizing the value of proximity between subjects, cosine similarity method was implemented. Finally, testing was done utilizing precision, recall and accuracy method. The research results show that the precision and accuracy values are 90,91% and the recall value is 100%.

Abstract

In this research, the researchers implement a medical Question Answering System (QAS), a complaint system in the form of sentences or paragraphs of questions about the complaint (illness) suffered by a person. Afterwards, the system will give answer to the questions with answers in the form of diagnosis based on the system knowledge. The system in this study has knowledge of the system obtained based on Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method from the previous cases stored in the database. When there is a new case, the system will perform a matching process using CBR and Sorenson Coefficient calculations to find out which the previous cases have the highest percentage of matches with the new case. Then the selected previous cases will be taken and given to the new case. Testing is processed by using 2 types of testing, expert validation testing with result of 28 data of appropriate test from 30 test data and accuracy testing resulting of 93,33% from the appropriate test data.

Abstract

Koperasi Inatek adalah koperasi primer yang didirikan pada tahun 2018. Tujuan pendirian koperasi ini adalah peningkatan kesejahteraan mahasiswa dan alumi Prodi Teknik Informatika UMM dengan cara mendorong kemandirian ekonomi anggota koperasi melalui kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi. Kendala yang saat ini dihadapi adalah kebutuhan terhadap analisis dan revisi anggaran dasar, serta tidak adanya dokumen hukum penunjang kegiatan transaksi Koperasi Inatek yang meliputi naskah rumusan perjanjian jual beli dan perjanjian pemborongan pekerjaan yang sesuai dan tidak bertentangan dengan Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengkapasitasan sistem nilai yang terdapat dalam teori community development. Hasilnya, terbentuk sejumlah dokumen yang dibutuhkan Koperasi Inatek, sebagaimana yang telah diidentifikasi di atas. Kesimpulan, dokumen hukum yang telah disusun, membantu Koperasi Inatek untuk menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya karena dokumen tersebut dalam penyusunannya memperhatikan: 1) Peraturan perundangan yang berlaku seperti UU Perkoperasian, KUHPerdata, UU Ketenagakerjaan 2) Syarat sah perjanjian, 3) asas-asas dalam perjanjian, dan 4) unsur perjanjian.

Abstract

Facing the news on the internet about the spreading of Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is challenging because it is required a long time to get valuable information from the news. Deep learning has a significant impact on NLP research. However, the deep learning models used in several studies, especially in document summary, still have a deficiency. For example, the maximum output of long text provides incorrectly. The other results are redundant, or the characters repeatedly appeared so that the resulting sentences were less organized, and the recall value obtained was low. This study aims to summarize using a deep learning model implemented to COVID-19 news documents. We proposed transformer as base language models with architectural modification as the basis for designing the model to improve results significantly in document summarization. We make a transformer-based architecture model with encoder and decoder that can be done several times repeatedly and make a comparison of layer modifications based on scoring. From the resulting experiment used, ROUGE-1 and ROUGE-2 show the good performance for the proposed model with scores 0.58 and 0.42, respectively, with a training time of 11438 seconds. The model proposed was evidently effective in improving result performance in abstractive document summarization.

Abstract

Along with many various human activity to fulfill the food nutritional in take vegetable nutrition and animal nutrition must be fulfilled. Animal nutrition is a needs that aften consumed by many people and one of those is broiler chicken. Broiler chicken is a livestuck chicken that easily produce, so there are so many broiler chicken farm that we could see in many place. But there are some problem that occur in most broiler breeders such as the composition of food ingredients and high ration costs. To fulfill the right composition of ingredients with minimum cost, researchers offer a solution by using genetic algorithm in deter mining the composition of broiler food ingredients. This aplication uses 50 ingredients of broiler chicken livestock along with nutrition. This study used roulette wheel methods. The result of this study obtained optimum parameters with population size of 400, various generation of 350 and pc 0.1 and pm 0.8 combinations of 10 times test. This result is a composition of broiler food ingredients that meet the nutritional needs with minimal cost.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Until 2018, the problem in the realm of family law (marriage and inheritance) were the highest problems faced in religious courts. Through the Community Program for Women and Children Care (Madupria), the family welfare movement of Sumbersekar Village (PKK Desa Sumbersekar) wants to help in speaking out about the family’s legal problems that have been faced by the community in Sumbersekar village. Family legal issues in the community can be diminished if the community has good legal knowledge (intelligent legal). Nowadays, the current digital, legal collaboration, and information technology, should be utilized. One of the ways is through a legal knowledge management system, which will create a family legal savvy community in Sumbersekar village.Purpose/Objective Study: The purpose of this research is to perceive why family law problems occur in the village of Sumbersekar, and what kind of family law knowledge is needed, as well as modeling cases through a legal knowledge management system.Design/Methodology/Approach: This is multidisciplinary research that uses sociological legal research method, as well as using the method of research and development in the field of information technology.Findings: Family law issues in these cases are the rights and obligations of husband and wife and the distribution of inheritance. The causes of legal problems that happened regarding the rights and obligations of husband and wife are economic problems (10%), lack of education (20% lack of knowledge), poor communication (25%), and adverse environmental impacts (45%). In comparison, the problem of inheritance is caused by internal personal desires on controlling legacy (40%) and the lack of education/knowledge (60%). Whereas, the required legal experience to overcome these issues are family law and inheritance law is consisting of statutory regulations, judges’ decisions, and scientific articles.

Abstract

Automatic news summarizes are the activity of extracting the core from the news without compromising the significance contained in the news. In the automatic news release there are several methods that can be used, one of which is the Lexical Chain method. This method performs well in summarizes text by determining the highest chain. However, this method has the disadvantage of not being able to identify ambiguous words contained in news sentences. Therefore, to correct the shortcomings of the Lexical Chain method weaknesses, the study was equipped with Word Sense Disambiguation to identify ambiguous words. This study used 100 news about Covid-19 sourced from the most popular online news portals. Accuracy testing of automatic news releases used in this study using Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation (ROUGE), while the evaluation used in this study there are three kinds of precission, recall, and f-measure. The evaluation results obtained an average precission value of 0.62, recall of 0.20, and f-measure of 0.30.

Abstract

Rice is a staple food source for most countries in the world, including Indonesia. The problem of rice disease is a problem that is quite crucial and is experienced by many farmers. Approximately 200,000 - 300,000 tons per year the amount of rice attacked by pests in Indonesia. Considerable losses are caused by late-diagnosed rice plant diseases that reach a severe stage and cause crop failure. The limited number of Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) and the Lack of information about disease and proper treatment are some of the causes of delays in handling rice diseases. Therefore, with the development of information technology and computers, it is possible to identify diseases by utilizing Artificial Intelligence, one of which is by using recognition methods based on image processing and pattern recognition technology. The purpose of this research is to create a Machine Learning model by applying the model architecture from Resnet101 combined with the model architecture from the author. The model proposed in this study produces an accuracy of 98.68%.

Abstract

UPPKH Dinas Sosial dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Batu ini, merupakan satu dari beberapa instansi pemerintah yang belum menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen pengolahan data dan masih melakukan input data di setiap aktivitasnya masih secara manual. Hal itu menjadikan kendala bagi instansi pemerintahan tersebut untuk meningkatkan kinerja para pendamping dalam menyediakan informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Pengolahan data yang masih manual ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah. Diantaranya yang timbul dari permasalahan pendamping dalam menjalankan tiap tugasnya harus menunggu data dari admin untuk survei ke setiap calon anggota peserta PKH. Dan permasalahan yang lain yaitu sulitnya admin untuk mengetahui informasi laporan data PKH.  Dan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada kasus ini penulis menganalisis dan merancang sebuah aplikasi yang diharapkan dapat membantu tugas para pendamping dan admin, dimulai dari pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Dan aplikasi yang digunakan dalam implementasi sistem, yaitu database MySQL, Webservice, PHP Codeigniter dan Android sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan aplikasi android dengan aplikasi web based menggunakan web service. Web Service menyediakan standar komunikasi di antara berbagai aplikasi software yang berbeda dan dapat berjalan di berbagai platform maupun framework. Sistem ini dibuat untuk membantu mempercepat proses penyelesaian pekerjaan seperti pada proses pendamping dan admin.

Abstract

Implementasi Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Kendali Mutu Akademik. Prinsip kerjanya mengacu pada siklus penetapan standar, pelaksanaan standar, evaluasi pelaksanaan standar, pengendalian standar dan peningkatan standar. Siklus penjaminan mutu internal tersebut menuntut kedinamisan sehingga mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai tools dalam pelaksaannya. Sampai dengan saat ini, telah ditetapkan 43 dokumen mutu, dengan jumlah mahasiswa 35.466 orang mahasiswa, jumlah dosen 614 orang dosen, yang tersebar di 55 program studi dan program profesi. Apabila seluruh siklus SPMI dilaksanakan secara manual, akan membutuhkan sumberdaya manusia, waktu dan biaya yang sangat besar. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut telah dibangun SIMUTU. SIMUTU berhasil menyediakan 13 evaluasi mutu dengan pengguna Badan Kendali Mutu Akademik, Mahasiswa, Program Studi, Laboratorium, Perpustakaan dan Dosen. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas pada prototype SIMUTU menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur beroperasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan rancangan.
