Abstract

The course is one of the education provided outside formal (non-formal) schools to develop personal abilities and skills. Eden Everyday English Course Institute is an Institution located in Bogor. In this institution, the registration process for students is done manually by filling in the registration form provided by the admin. Eden Everyday English Course Institute is one of the courses where the number of applicants increases every year, this causes the administration department cannot manage everything properly and feels overwhelmed so that it is not effective. With the increase in the number of students registering each year, it would be better if a web-based registration system was created, so that it could simultaneously serve as a medium for promoting the course institution. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based application to help the process of registration for new students in Eden Everyday English Course Institute using the waterfall method. Many studies, especially in the field of information system development, use the Waterfall method. This online course registration application is effective and efficient because it is supported by an integrated system. This application improves the quality of information and the efficiency of the implementation of online course registration.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan peranan terpenting khususnya di Indonesia. beasiswa dapat dikatakan sebagai bantuan berupa keuangan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah, perusahaan, organisasi dan kemitraan kepada seseorang yang kurang mampu dan maupun berprestasi untuk membantu biaya pendidikan. Untuk menentukan Penerima beasiswa pada program beasiswa pelangi penghimpunan INTI untuk bisa memberikan beasiswa tepat sararan kepada anak yang sedang menjalankan pendidikannya. Karena proses penyeleksi menggunakan wawancara terhadap pemohon dan proses wawancara hanya menggunakan 5 siswa dalam perbandingan penilaian siswa saat wawancara maka penelitian ini menggunakan 5 siswa pemohon sebagai altenatif dan memiliki 4 kriteria diantaranya: Penghasilan orang tua perbulan, Sikap atau Kepribadian siswa, Nilai rata-rata raport dan Kepedulian sosial yang tertanam pada diri siswa.  Dalam proses penerimaan beasiswa menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan penerapan metode satunya (AHP) menggunakan perhitungan manual dengan Microsoft Excel menghasilkan bobot prioritas dan mendapatkan perengkingan dari setiap atribut dan membandingkannya dengan program sistem yang dibuat oleh penulis menampilkan bobot prioritas, perengkingan dan dapat mencetak hasil laporan.

Abstract

At the Sukabumi District Transportation Office, letter management activities are carried out in a semi-computerized manner, namely using an agenda book and the Microsoft Excel application, however, although letter management activities are computerized, there are several obstacles, namely frequent errors in letter data collection and loss of letter data. . Broadly speaking, the loss of letter data occurs in incoming mail data in 2019, the loss of incoming mail data reaches 50%, while errors in the data collection of letters occur in outgoing mail data, errors in data collection almost occur every year and reach 10-40% so that it can affect making reports on the number of letters. Because of these various problems, the researcher will design an enterprise architecture for letter management using the FEAF (Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework) standard in the Sukabumi Dis-trict Transportation Service. This research will produce a framework (blueprint) which is expected to be a source of reference in implementation and to facilitate the management of incoming and outgoing mail by considering aspects of business, information, applications and technology

Abstract

Teknologi membantu orang – orang untuk menjual produknya dengan menggunakan smartphone and internet. Orang – orang tidak perlu datang ke toko untuk membeli produk yang diinginkan dan sangat membantu untuk orang – orang yang tidak dapat datang ke toko langsung karena jarak dan lokasi toko. Internet membantu bisnis untuk menjual produknya di website ataupun melalui aplikasi sehingga orang – orang dapat dengan nyaman membeli produk yang diinginkan dimanapun dan kapanpun serta bisnis dapat mendapatkan pelanggan baru. Hoky Celluler Shop menjual smartphone dan aksesorisnya seperti powerbank, kabel USB, dan lain – lain. Hoky Celluler Shop ingin memperluas bisnisnya dengan menggunakan e-commerce di smartphone sehingga Hoky Celluler Shop bisa mendapatkan pelanggan baru dan memuaskan pelanggannya karena dengan menggunakan e-commerce di smartphone orang – orang dapat membeli produk yang diinginkan dari rumah mereka dan orang – orang yang belum mengetahui tentang Hoky Celluler Shop dapat menjadi pelanggan baru dari Hoky Celluler Shop apabila mereka puas dengan layanan yang diberikan kepada mereka. E-commerce berbasis android dibuat dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu Hoky Celluler Shop mendapatkan pelanggan baru dan mempunyai laporan untuk penjualan dan juga produk – produknya serta membuat pelanggannya puas dengan layanan yang lebih cepat dan mudah.

Abstract

Tata kelola TI diperlukan untuk menjaga dan memastikan Sistem Informasi di lembaga perpustakaan berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang terintegrasi TI dan SI. Proses audit menggunakan COBIT 5 dengan domain Delivery Service and Support (DSS). DSS yang digunakan adalah DSS01 dan DSS04, audit DSS 01 dan DS04 untuk meninjau layanan TI perpustakaan. COBIT 5 yang menjadi alat bantu dalam melakukan audit, DSS fokus pada tingkatan layanan yang berkelanjutan.   Audit Hasil menunjukkan tingkat kemampuan Yang didapat terletak PADA e proses stablished dan p proses redictableyang ditentukan sebagai target level. Rekomendasi yang diberikan berupa membuat laporan hasil pelaksanaan prosedur setiap bulan, melakukan pemantauan dan analisis laporan perbaikan untuk prosedur kedepan, melakukan pemantauan dan analisis terhadap sistem informasi perpustakaan, dilakukan pengecekan aset setiap bulan, membuat katalog tertulis yang berisi masalah manajemen , dan membuat kebijakan keberlangsungan bisnis .

Abstract

One of the best ways to rehabilitate persons with disabilities is to use prostheses. However, not all persons with disabilities, especially those with disabilities on the hands can use all types of prosthesis hands. The purpose of this research is to develop Flexy Hand 2 into a 3D Printing-based prosthesis hand that is wider in its scope of use. The method used in this research is trial and error. The scope of the user of this prosthesis hand is a person with disabilities below the elbow who still has one other hand that still has at least 3 fingers. The result of this research is a prosthetic hand that can move the entire finger and can mimic it basic hand movements such as grasping objects and picking up objects with a delay between the transmitter and receiver modules ranging from 132 milliseconds to 260 milliseconds. The entire modules works at a voltage of 5V which means the hand can be turned using a portable power supply. Keyword: Disabilities, Prosthetic Hand, Flexy Hand 2, Flex Sensor, Trial and Error.

Abstract

CV Ra'Abas Bandarlampung is a trading business engaged in the distribution and procurement of goods that distributes its merchandise to customers. Problems that exist in the distribution process, namely the manufacture of sales notes and invoices for delivery still done manually, namely by writing on notes and invoices for delivery of goods to be given to customers so that it slows down employee performance. The sprint method is a method for building product concepts and prototypes within 5 minutes. a day where it has 5 very communicative and interactive stages to bring out all ideas, inspiration, creativity, existing problems.. The next stage is to make a sketch of the application to be built, the sketch made is a sketch for the login display, dashboard, customer data, goods data, supplier data, procurement data, receipt data, and goods distribution data. The next stage is to make a decision from the previous stage by determining the results of the sketch that has been made from the procurement and distribution system of goods that can overcome the problems that occur in CV Ra'Abas.

Abstract

E-health is a public service consisting of information and communication technology linked to all functional elements that serve the health sector as a knowledge base. Prospective patients must still fill out a registration form to complete the data at the Ngudi Waluyo Clinic, which results in long lines. Furthermore, information about outpatient registration procedures and practicing doctors is difficult to access, and patient medical records are still written in notebooks traditionally. As a result, searching for patient history data will take a long time, and there is no backup of these records, which can cause data loss at any time. This study aims to develop mobile-based e-health to improve clinical services and make it easier for the public to obtain health services. The system was developed using the extreme programming method applied in mobile applications by utilizing PHP as programming language and MySQL as a database and system testing using the ISO 25010 standard. Through e-health, patients can register outpatients anytime and anywhere without queue, improving the quality of service at the Ngudi Waluyo clinic. Based on the testing results on ten respondents, it was found that the developed e-health was feasible to use with a final score of 90.59%.

Abstract

SIMIPA merupakan Sistem Informasi Terpadu Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam berbasis website yang berfungsi sebagai sistem yang dapat memberikan pelayanan bagi mahasiswa/i maupun dosen di ruang lingkup fakultas. Pengembangan SIMIPA dilakukan berdasarkan sistem yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Proses bisnis SIMIPA berpusat pada administrasi form layanan, dimana dalam penerapannya masih ada beberapa permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan menggunakan sistem. Salah satunya adalah pembuatan form layanan yang masih dilakukan secara manual serta data mahasiswa tidak tersimpan di database, sehingga mahasiswa harus mengisi data diri secara berulang setiap akan mengajukan formulir. Tujuan dari penegembangan SIMIPA adalah menambahkan beberapa fitur yang dibutuhkan serta pengelolaan data mahasiswa yang ada didalam SIMIPA untuk mempermudah mahasiswa/i dalam mendapatkan pelayanan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan  metode scrum yang terdiri dari 23 product backlog dengan tahapan sprint sebanyak 7 iterasi dengan terget pengembangan selama 64 hari pengerjaan.

Abstract

Cardiovascular is a disease that often causes death. One of the cardiovascular diseases that often cause death is the risk of Hipertensi. The highest risk factors for premature death and disability in the world are caused by smoking habits, high systolic blood pressure, and increased blood sugar levels. This death factor is because people with Hipertensi generally do not experience any symptoms until their blood pressure is too high which can cause death. Efforts that can be made are by utilizing information technology in the form of a medical expert system to Kelasify the risk of Hipertensi. This study aims to develop a medical expert system in a different way using rule-based weighting methods and profile matching. The weighting method is used to determine the risk weight based on patient variables, while the profile matching method is used to calculate the risk Kelasification based on the core factor and secondary factor variables on the risk of Hipertensi. System evaluation is carried out by comparing asset data taken from the Pima Indian Hipertensi Data (NHANES) with results from the system. The results of the comparison show that the accuracy of the proposed system is 96.67%. The proposed system is also compared with other Kelasification methods such as decision tree, Random Tree, Decision Stump, KNN, Naïve BaYa, Deep Learning, and Rule Induction. Based on the comparison results, the proposed system has a better level of accuracy, therefore the system developed can be used to Kelasify risks for other types of diseases.
