Background: Surgery is a major stressor for most patients. Preoperative anxiety determines the success or failure of surgery and recovery, as well as postoperative anxiety. The role of the nurses are very important in assessing the patient's anxiety. The giving of information about surgery and post-surgery manajemen are needed the patients. Objective: The aims of this study is to determine the level of patients anxiety before and after surgery Methodes:This research is non experimental with cross sectional design. The population is all patients undergoing surgery, with a sample of 80 patients by accidental sampling. The instrument is HARS (Halmington Anxiety Rating Scala). Data collection on April 2015. Beginning with inform concent and then giving quisioner to patients. The questionnaires were administered before surgery and after the patients had surgery. Univariate analysis and paired t test are the analysis used. Results: Middle anxiety levels before surgery are 45% to 25% after surgery. Mild anxiety levels before surgery are 34% to 10% after surgery. While the respondents who did not anxiety before surgery are 10% to 61,25% after surgery. Conclusion: There was a significant difference in the patients anxiety levels before and after surgery with p= 0,00. Keywords : Anxiety, surgery, role of the nurses

Background: Indonesia still experiences various health and nutrient problem. On susceptible group of mother and child, the high rate of short toddler prevalence which is 37.2% becomes one of national development priorities. It is included in the main objective of intermediate development year 2015-2019. They village of Wunung highest stunting prevalency in Yogyakarta. Amount of research show binding between stunting with motorist development and toddler's mental. Objective: To find out the development picture on stunting toddler In Wunung Village In The Work Region Of Wonosari I Primary Health Center Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. Research method: This research is in the form of descriptive-quantitative research. This research used non random sampling, purposive, method with 45 samples. Result: The result of the research is not in accordance with the theory which suggests that the stunting affects the toddler development. It is because development has many factors. One of them is psycho-social factor which includes stimulant, learning motivation and peer group. In Addition 60% of average 36 months toddler have been sent to pre school in which they get stimulant, learning motivation and peer group. Conclusion: The result of the research shows that most stunting toddlers; 32 toddlers (71.1%); have normal development. 12 toddlers (26.75%) have dubious development while 1 toddler (2.2%) has deviate development. Background: In Indonesia about 15% of adolescents aged 10-24 years have been having sex outside of marriage. Indonesian teenagers today are more tolerant of premarital sexual lifestyle. This is evident from the research results of various institutions in Indonesia during the period 1993-2002, found that 5-10% of women and 18-38% of young men aged 16-24 years have had premarital sexual relations with their age partner. Other research results also said that the cause of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents because of knowledge about reproductive health. Knowledge of reproductive health is considered taboo to be discussed. This is precisely pushing the knowledge of adolescent to sexual becomes more. Objective: Knowing the description of Akper students who have engaged in sexual behavior influenced by knowledge of reproductive health . Methods:This type of research is an observational study using cross sectional study design. Results: Students who have high reproductive health knowledge are more than 65,9% in mild prenatal sexual behavior. Students with low level of knowledge have a chance of having a mild pre-marital behavior 2 times higher than students with high knowledge of reproductive health. From the results of bivariable analysis, both variable a significant relationship with premarital sexual behavior with a value of p <0,05. Conclusion; Akper students who have premarital sexual behavior are 69.9%. They tend to engage in premarital sexual behavior then have a low reproductive health risk. Category of premarital sexual behavior includes holding hands, hugging, kissing dry (kissing the cheeks or forehead) and kissing wet (kissing the lips). Premarital sexual behavior is caused by high knowledge of reproductive health. Keyword: Premarital sexual behavior and knowledge of reproductive health

Background: Social support, especially from the husband is a major factor that affects the occurrence of anxiety in the period of pregnancy to childbirth. Anxiety experienced by pregnant women can be prevented by the support of the closest people like mother or mother-in-law, especially the husband because the presence of the closest people will bring peace to the mother’s prespective during pregnancy. Objevtive:The purpose of this study was determine the perception of pregnant women in their third trimester about the support from the husband before the delivery process at Kretek Bantul Public Health Center. Methods: This research method was a descriptive research type. The samples used were 35 pregnant women in their third pregnancy at Puskesmas Kretek by using total sampling. Primary data collection used closed questionnaire then analyzed by using frequency distribution and percentage. Results: The results of the study showed that the perception of pregnant women about the majority of informational support supported as many as 25 respondents (71.4%), the support of majority assessment supported as many as 27 respondents (77.1%), majority support instrumental support as many as 24 respondents (68.6%), and majority emotional support does not support as many as 22 respondents (62.9%). Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is perception of pregnant mother in the third trimester about support from husband before childbirth majority support are 29 respondents (82,9%). Background : Toilet training in children was an effort to train children to be able to control the conduct defecation and urination. Exercise of defecation and urination in children need preparation, both physically, psychologically and intellectually, through this preparation expected that child was able to control defecation and urination independently. Objective : Purpose of this research to describe the role of mother in toilet training on children toddler olds in the Mojodadi village Kemlagi District of Mojokerto. Methods : Design of research was used descriptive research design. The method of sampling used total sampling (nonprobability sampling). Sample was taken all respondents as many as 82 respondents who have a toddler old of children in the Mojodadi village Kemlagi District of Mojokerto in June 2015. Data was collected by questionnaire instrument and then the data though as editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and was analyzed by T score then the results presented with Frequency Distribution Table. Results : The results was showed that the discribe role of mother in the toilet training on children toddler olds in the Mojodadi village Kemlagi District of Mojokerto as the respondents who had a negative role as much as 44 respondents (53.7%) while having a positive role as much as 38 respondents (46.3% ). Conclusions : A negative role due to the lack of information on how to train toilet training and the role of mother is also influenced their knowledge, education, age and occupation held by the respondents related to toilet training. Background:There are still many incidents of school-age illness (6-14 years) that occur repeatedly over time because the child has not realized the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle for himself. Bad behavior habits in children will have an impact on efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Objective: To know the perception of children about their health and healthy life behavior that can be done, so as to prevent the incidence of recurrent illness that is often suffered by school-aged children, and become the impetus to make healthy lifestyles include children's perception of disease, behavior, and knowledge on health . Methods: Qualitative research with primary data collection techniques and secondary data. Respondents were 23 students of grade IV and V elementary school in Boyolali Regency who were chosen by purposive sampling according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Types of diseases that are often suffered by the respondents are disturbances of the digestive system, respiratory, urinary, and nervous system. Habitual things that are still done by respondents are buying unclean and unhealthy foods. Most of the respondents are still doing some physical movement activities done at school and at home by doing sports. Conclusions: The respondents are able to identify some of the diseases that have been experienced and the cause of the disease he suffered. The respondents are also able to explain the understanding of health and efforts to maintain health according to the knowledge they have, and be able to mention the criteria of healthy food, explain the behavior of clean living to be done, and apply the pattern of adequate rest. Background: The first stage of childbirth begins since the beginning occurrence contraction of the uterus which causes depletion and the opening of cervix gradually until it reaches in an opening complete (10 centimeters). The opening of the cervix in the childbirth first stage of latent phase reach the size of diameter 1?3 centimeters or under 4 centimeters require time almost or until 8 hours. The one that affects the process of which influence childbirth is psychological in the forms of anxiety. One of the non-pharmacological therapy that can be done to reduce anxiety is murottal therapy. Objective: Knowing the influence of murottal therapy to changes of anxiety score childbirth mother?s at first stage of latent phase in Nur Hidayah, Bantul. Methods: The type of this is a pre-experimental research, using the method Quasi-Experimental with One Group Pre-test and Post-test Without Control Group Design approach. The sample of this research is childbirth mothers at first stage of latent phase with involves 32 respondents. Retrieval sample is done with using a Purposive Sampling Technique. Measurement the anxiety of this study using a Z-SRAS (Zung Self- Rating Anxiety Scale) questionnaire. The statistical test uses Paired Sample T Test. The murottal therapy in this research using QS. Ar-Rahman (1-78 verse) for 25 minutes with the reciter Mishary Bin Rashid Alafasy through an MP3 and earphone. Result: The result of the statistical analysis of Paired Sample T Test has shows that the average of anxiety childbirth mother?s at first stage of latent phase before given a murottal therapy was 48,84 and average anxiety after being given a murottal therapy was 38,91. The value of the average (mean) changes score anxiety pretest and posttest the granting of murottal therapy of 9,938. Obtained index difference (t) of the count 5.389 with value significance (p) 0.001. Conclusion: There is the influence of murottal therapy to changes of anxiety score of childbirth mother?s at first stage of latent phase in Nur Hidayah Hospital, Bantul. Background: Baby massage is the oldest known human touch therapy and the most popular. Baby massage not only affects the baby's physical and emotional growth. If baby massage done by his father, it can increase milk production in the mother's body. Objective: Knowing mother's knowledge and behavior about infant massage before and given health education and improvement of knowledge and behavior before and after counseling. Methods: Type of research that will be used in this research is pre-experiment design (pre-experiment design). The sample size is 30 respondents. Data source in this research is primary data source that is by using questioner and Prior to being given a health education about infant massage. Result : Knowledge of the majority mother either as many as 19 respondents (63,33%), after being given health education about baby massage, all knowledge of good mother (100%), before given health education about baby massage, infants as a whole fall into the category of less (100%) because all mothers do not yet know how to do baby massage, after being given health education about baby massage, mother behavior in doing baby massage majority according to technique that is 17 responden (56,67%). Conclusion: There is a significant influence between health education on infant massage on mother's knowledge and behavior about baby massage in Brajan Tamantirto Banul Yogyakarta Keyword: Baby massage behavior, health education, knowledge.

Background: Endocrine system changes during pregnancy are important to keep the pregnancy, fetal growth and post partum recovery. Around 50-90% of pregnant women experience vomit and nausea. To solve those problems, ?pisang ambon? (Musa paradisiacal) consumption is one of choices because of its flavonoid and vitamin B6 which can overcome vomit and nausea in pregnancy. Objective: The aim of this research was to identify the effectiveness between pisang ambon (Musa paradisiacal) consumption and vitamin B6 to reduce hyperemesis gravidarum in BPM Endah Bekti. Methods: A quasy experimental design with two-group posttest only was assigned to 20 pregnant women on their first trimester. First ten sample was given vitamin B6 and the other ten sample were given vitamin B6 plus pisang ambon. Data were then analyzed using two independent mean difference test. Results: The result shows that in vitamin B6 consumption for hyperemesis gravidarum in 10% pregnant women were in the effective category. While in the pisang ambon consumption shows 100% of pregnant women are in the effective category. Conclusion: There is difference in effectiveness between vitamin B6 and pisang ambon consumption to overcome hyperemesis gravidarum (p=0,003<?). Background: Labor often causes injury to the birth canal. Injury in the birth canal that occurs at the base of the pelvis / perineum, vulva and vagina, cervix, uterus. The overall change genitalia tool is called involution. At this time occurred also other important changes, changes in the reproductive system including uterus, lochia,and vagina. Perineal wound care after childbirth can use traditional medicine which has long been known and in use by the people of Indonesia. One herb plants that are useful for postpartum mothers is Curcuma aeruginosa (black meeting) that have benefits to cleanse the blood after childbirth. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of consumption of Curcuma aeruginosa extract on wound healing of the perineum on maternal postpartum Methods: The research design used a Quasi-experimental approach with Non-equivalent control group or a non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Observation consumption Curcuma aeruginosa extract on wound healing of the perineum on maternal postpartum. Result: Based on the statistic test it shows there is influence of curcuma aeruginosa exstract on wound healing of the perineum on maternal postpartum Conclussion: The results of this study are expected to provide a positive contribution in the field of obstetrics including: to be used as a basis for the use of herbs in the surrounding environment.
