Abstract

Background: Mortality rate is one of indicators andrepresentations of welfare of an area. In order to solve highmortality rate problem, the government of Daerah IstimewaYogyakarta (DIY), including District of Sleman, is carrying outthe policy of alert village.Method: The study used literature review based onreferences and field data which were issued by Health Office.Result: The policy of alert village has less positive impact indecreasing maternal mortality rate and neonatal mortality rate,because health assurance scheme still does not meet theneeds of the people, both physical and non-physical. Thedegree of health still has not improved significantly. The policyof alert village needs inter-sectoral financial support. Financialallocation is still mistargeting. People needs vary from onevillage to another, so it is necessary to have competent andsmart health workers as the implementing agents of HealthDepartment. The policy of alert village is still not able to satisfyall stakeholders (government, health workers, and people),because the concept of satisfaction is closely related to theprinciple of justice.Conclusion: The policy of alert village is an effort to empowerthe people to be independent in overcoming their healthproblems. But, in District of Sleman the policy of alert village isclassified into unsuccessfull policy. This failure is caused byinsufficiet support in implementating the policy.Keyword: Policy of alert village, Health Office of District Sleman

Abstract

Background: Social support, especially from the husband is a major factor that affects the occurrence of anxiety in the period of pregnancy to childbirth. Anxiety experienced by pregnant women can be prevented by the support of the closest people like mother or mother-in-law, especially the husband because the presence of the closest people will bring peace to the mother’s prespective during pregnancy. Objevtive:The purpose of this study was determine the perception of pregnant women in their third trimester about the support from the husband before the delivery process at Kretek Bantul Public Health Center. Methods: This research method was a descriptive research type. The samples used were 35 pregnant women in their third pregnancy at Puskesmas Kretek by using total sampling. Primary data collection used closed questionnaire then analyzed by using frequency distribution and percentage. Results: The results of the study showed that the perception of pregnant women about the majority of informational support supported as many as 25 respondents (71.4%), the support of majority assessment supported as many as 27 respondents (77.1%), majority support instrumental support as many as 24 respondents (68.6%), and majority emotional support does not support as many as 22 respondents (62.9%). Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is perception of pregnant mother in the third trimester about support from husband before childbirth majority support are 29 respondents (82,9%). Abstract

Permasalahan tumbuh kembang bayi dan balita terjadi di wilayah Tegalrejo. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memecahkan masalah tumbuh kembang bayi di Kelurahan Bener dan Kelurahan Kricak, Kecamatan Tegalrejo, Kota Yogyakarta. Masalah yang ditemukan banyaknya anak yang mengalami sulit makan yang merupakan awal masalah terjadinya gizi buruk bagi anak. Masalah gizi buruk dapat diantisipasi sejak masih bayi. Salah satunya dengan memberikan stimulasi dengan terapi sentuhan yaitu pijat bayi. Pijat bayi yang dilakukan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan akan merangsang nervus vagus bayi dan menimbulkan nafsu makan. Agar bayi dapat dipijat secara berkala dan bersinambungan, maka tenaga kesehatan membutuhkan perpanjangan tangan yaitu mengoptimalkan peran kader. Kader dibekali dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan pijat bayi selama 3 bulan. Kemampuan kader dalam melakukan pijat bayi dapat meningkat dari sebelum pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pengetahuan kader posyandu balita juga bertambah sehingga persepsi dan perlakukan terhadap bayi menjadi lebih baik. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kemampuan kader melakukan pijat semakin meningkat, beberapa bayi yang mengalami masalah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dapat diketahui lebih awal, bayi semakin sehat, tenaga kesehatan dan tokoh masyarakat menyambut baik karena ada salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah gizi pada balita. Growth problems for infants and toddlers occur in the Tegalrejo region. The purpose of community service is to solve the problem of growth and development of infants in the Village of Bener and Village Kricak, District Tegalrejo, Yogyakarta City. The problem found by many children who have difficulty eating is the beginning of the problem of malnutrition for children.Malnutrition problems can be anticipated since I was a baby. One of them by providing stimulation with touch therapy is baby massage. A regular and ongoing baby massage will stimulate the baby's vagus nerve and cause appetite. So that the baby can be massaged regularly and continuously, then health workers need an extension of the hand that is optimizing the role of cadres.Cadres are equipped with training and assistance for infant massage for 3 months. The ability of cadres to do baby massage can improve from before training and mentoring. The knowledge of posyandu toddlers is also increasing so that the perception and treatment of babies is better.The results of community service have increased the ability of cadres to do massage, some babies who experience growth and development problems can be known earlier, babies are healthier, health workers and community leaders are welcomed because there is one step that can be done to overcome nutritional problems in toddler.

Abstract

Introduction Public health promotion and monitoring carried out by community-assisted health center managers. The community is given the understanding that health efforts need to be made by all parties, both from the government and the community. Cadres are people who are formed to play an important role and have a strong commitment and dedication to move the organization to realize its vision and mission. Cadres are expected to have work commitment and satisfaction with their performance. Method This study aims to identify the commitment and job satisfaction of cadres to the performance of community health center cadres. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of journal papers published from 2010-2020. Results Articles that did not match the inclusion criteria were issued, leaving 63 articles relevant for quality results, so the researchers screened the articles again by applying the PICOC criteria. There were 13 articles which showed that they constituted 21 percent of 63 articles or it could be said that only 11 percent of the total 116 articles found in the online database search. Based on the results of literature analysis on selected journals as many as 13 journals, each variable has a coverage proportion of 53.8% for job satisfaction, 53.8% for commitment to organization and 46.15% for performance variables. In the variable job satisfaction the proportion of 53.8%, namely 7 journals from 13 selected journals that discuss job satisfaction. Conclusions and Recommendation The active role of cadres on job satisfaction shows the cadre's performance and the implementation of self-commitment and work commitment related to the health center. Commitment of cadres can be seen in their affective commitment to the organization where the increased performance of cadres is not only based on incentives, but the existence of self-development and increasing knowledge will increase cadre performance. Masyarakat diberi pemahaman bahwa upaya kesehatan perlu dilakukan oleh semua pihak, baik dari pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Kader adalah orangorang yang dibentuk untuk memegang peranan penting dan memiliki komitmen dan dedikasi yang kuat untuk menggerakkan organisasi guna mewujudkan visi dan misinya. Kader diharapkan memiliki komitmen kerja dan kepuasan terhadap kinerjanya. Metode Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komitmen dan kepuasan kerja kader terhadap kinerja kader puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah systematic literature review (SLR) artikel jurnal yang diterbitkan tahun 2010-2020 dengan kriteria PICOC. Hasil Menyisakan 13 artikel yang mana menunjukkan bahwa artikel-artikel tersebut merupakan 21 persen dari 63 artikel atau bisa dikatakan hanya 11 persen dari total 116 artikel yang ditemukan dalam pencarian database online. Berdasarkan hasil analisis literatur pada jurnal terpilih sebanyak 13 jurnal, masing-masing variabel memiliki persentase cakupan sebesar 53,8 % untuk Kepuasan kerja, 53,8% untuk komitmen terhadap organisasi, dan 46,15 % untuk variabel kinerja. Pada variabel kepuasan kerja persentase sebesar 53,8 % yaitu 7 jurnal dari 13 jurnal terpilih yang membahas mengenai kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan dan Saran Adanya peran aktif kader dalam mencapai kepuasan kerjanya menunjukkan kinerja kader dan implementasi terhadap komitmen diri maupun komitmen kerja berkaitan dengan puskesmas. Komitmen kader terlihat dalam komitmen afektifnya terhadap organisasi dimana kinerja kader yang meningkat tidak hanya berdasarkan insentif, namun adanya pengembangan diri dan peningkatkan pengetahuan akan meningkatkan kinerja kader Kata kunci: Komitmen, Kepuasan kerja, Kinerja , Kader Puskesmas

Abstract

Background: KB’s acceptors are more interested to injection contraception. These are indicated by BKKBN statistic from several cities, including the ones in Lampung, West Kalimantan, and Central Java. It is interesting to examine the data in order to know perception of the acceptors of DMPA injection, especially regarding possible side effects caused by the usage of the contraception.Objective: To know perception of the acceptors of DMPA injection during their usage of the contraception.Method: Sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Informants are acceptors of DMPA injection receiving re-injection when data collection is being done. Informants are asked to attend to Directed Group Discussion (Diskusi Kelompok Terarah/DKT). The result of the discussion is transcribed and analyzed. The analysis is done by grouping the data.Result: Many informants have already used the DMPA injection for more than one year. Although it is a relatively long term usage, all of the informants do not know the way the contraception works. Not all informants feel the contraception’s side effects.Conclusion: Perceptions of the acceptors of DMPA injection about the contraception are generally positive. They can accept the DMPA injection. They can also accept the side effects as long as the uncomfortableness is still tolerable.Keywords: perception, acceptor, DMPA injection

Abstract

Background: Firstly, breast feeding supports to optimize the infant's growth. At the first 1000 days of newborn, the brain grows almost 75%. Infant in the age of 0-12 months become a crucial phase to determine their condition in their futures. The scope of breastfeeding in indonesia is 42% and year by year is getting decreased. According to data by Dinkes Kota Yogyakarta, they wrote, the scope of breastfeeding exclusively in Yogyakarta is the lowest of all, which is in the rate of 12, 31% in 2014. Research Objectives: Determining the scope of breastfeeding term for infant in the age of 0-12 months in Puskesmas Danurejan 1 Kota Yogyakarta Research Methods: This research is using descriptive quantitative methods. The amount of randomized sample is 52 samples who are consist of mother with infant in the age of 0-12 months in Puskesmas Danurejan 1 Kota Yogyakarta. The research is using cluster sampling technique where it is using questionnaire. The data analysis is used by univariate which will be described by the rates. Results: From 52 samples, 28 samples were found mostly mother with infant in the age of 0-12 months were giving breastfeeding ≥ 6 months or (52,8%). 21 samples (40,4%) were identified by the mother inthe age 20-35 years old with middle class educational background, 22 samples (42,3%) were identified by jobless mom, 15 samples (28,8%) were identified by disabilities moms. Conclusion: The length of breastfeeding in Puskesmas Danurejan 1 Kota Yogyakarta from 52 samples for infant in the age of ≥ 6months are 28 samples (52,8%) Keywords: the length of breastfeeding, for infant in the age of 0-12 months.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hambatan utama pemberian ASI adalah kurangnya kemampuan tentang teknik menyusui yang benar. Bayi yang mendapat ASI eksklusif di Indonesia baru mencapai 54,3%. Data Dinas Kesehatan DIY tahun 2015 cakupan ASI eksklusif terendah adalah Kota Yogyakarta sebesar 54,9%. Target cakupan ASI eksklusif terendah di Kota Yogyakarta yaitu Puskesmas Danurejan I. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan teknik menyusui pada ibu menyusui bayi umur 0-6 bulan di Puskesmas Danurejan I Yogyakarta. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan desain penelitian survei deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan checklist sebagai alat ukur dan analisis data menggunakan univariat. Hasil: Pelaksanaan teknik menyusui pada ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Puskesmas Danurejan I dengan kategori baik sebanyak 14 responden (51,9%) dan kategori ibu menyusui yang tidak baik sebanyak 13 responden (48,1%). Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan teknik menyusui pada ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Puskesmas Danurejan I teknik menyusui yang baik lebih tinggi yaitu 51,9%.
