Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze whether Yorigo Kohi coffee shop can develop as expected by the owner, where this coffee shop is located in a residential area where there are no coffeeshops, there are rarely sellers, there are few offices. The menu sold by Yorigo Kohi Coffee shop tends to be like a coffee shop with cheap prices but with a contemporary touch, so that this coffee shop is quite busy being visited by young people who have just returned from school or college and workers who are just going to do assignments or have meetings. This research uses qualitative methods, where the data used comes from management, using literature studies, collecting information through several journals and sites on social media. The findings from this research are that, even though it has only been running for a few months, Yorigo Kohi Coffeeshop is quite promising to be developed The results of this research can also help develop theories about Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and entrepreneurship, especially for the coffee business, so that researchers can develop a framework for understanding small businesses. With practical implications, it can improve coffee shop businesses in identifying business opportunities, understanding customers, improving product and service quality, and can also help coffee shop owners in designing more effective marketing strategies. Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah prototype pembangkit listrik tenaga air, memahami fungsi dan mengetahui unjuk kerja dari prototype pembangkit listrik tenaga air, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran mengenai Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air. Penelitian ini melalui empat tahapan Pertama pengumpulan data, Kedua perancangan, Ketiga pembuatan, keempat pengujian. Dan dalam pembuatannya meliputi pembuatan rangka untuk penempatan komponen prototype pembangkit listrik tenaga air, pembuatan sudu sebagai pengubah energi air menjadi energi listrik. Hasil penelitian mendapat kesimpulan bahwa prototype pembangkit listrik tenaga air berfunsgi dengan baik dengan menghasilkan arus listrik dari generator sebesar 60Volt dengan debit air 0.357 m3/s dapat menghidupkan lampu Dc 12 Volt.

Abstract

PT Solo Plastik Indonesia is a company that produces plastic motor vehicle components. The standard set by the government regarding defective products is zero defect. From the data obtained in 2023 at PT Solo Plastik Indonesia, it shows that the percentage of defective products that occurred reached 33% so that the target was not met. To solve the problem, the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method is used to identify potential failures in the product, consider the risk of failure, and identify the risk of failure, as well as identify and implement corrective actions to address the most important problems. Based on the results of the study, the highest defect was obtained, namely silver defect of 76%. The causes of defects are caused by human factors, machines, materials, and methods. Based on the research results, the highest RPN value on silver defects is 140 points with the cause of silver defects from material factors, namely contamination from other materials. Controlling the cause of the silver defect problem is by paying more attention to the cleanliness of the machine mold and paying more attention to the inspection of the material to be used. It is expected that by tightening the inspection of materials before use, it can have a significant impact on product quality as expected to avoid defects. Abstract

Specifically used to connect plates. A high electric current is applied to the material that is squeezed through the electrodes during the pressing process by the two electrodes. Spot Welding is widely used in the industrial world both large and small scale. In large industries, spot welding has a solid and fixed design, meaning that the method of placement has been determined in a special place and if you want to move it, you have to use heavy equipment. Whereas for small-scale spot welding it is urgently needed for thin plate processing, but the price and shape which are difficult to move certainly require innovation so that the needs of small industries can be fulfilled. In the manufacturing process course in the Mechanical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Galuh University, there is welding material and practice, of course, to achieve maximum learningoutcomes in welding practice, it is necessary to make a portable spot welding equipment. From the discussion above, the authors are interested and inspired to design a portable spot weld machine for the laboratory scale, starting with drawing, planning, sketching or assembling several separate elements into a single unit that is used to describe tools using solidwork applications and the Finite Element Method (FEM) or commonly called Finite Element Analysis (FEA) as an analysis tool. The method used in the design process for portable spot welding machines is made using Solidwork software. The design dimensions of the spot welding machine are 63 cm long, 14 cm wide, 14 cm high. The dimensions of the pedal that has been made are 10 cm long, 38 cm wide and 98 cm high. Electrical specifications require 700-800 watts of power, 220 volts, 5 amperes electric current. The design analysis that has been carried out is divided into stress analysis which has a value of 2,476,233N/m2, while the yield stress of the ASTM A36 material is 250 MPa so that the frame is declared safe. Displacement and strain analysis produces a value of 0 and safety of factor analysis produces a value of 101.

Abstract

Drying clothes is an activity that is generally carried out outdoors using sunlight to speed up the drying of clothes. Some people who do a lot of activities outside the home often leave their clothes hanging all day. Along with the erratic changes in seasons, sudden rain can cause clothes that have been dried in the sun to become wet again due to exposure to rainwater. To overcome this problem, automatic clothes drying system based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology was created using LDR sensors and rain sensors. This system uses the Blynk application so that it can be monitored and controlled directly. Wemos D1 R32 is used as a communication medium between the device and the Blynk application. The results of this research are that the clothesline can enter the room when the LDR sensor detects that it is dark or when it is raining and when the user orders the clothesline to enter via the Blynk application

Abstract

The aim of this study is to measure and analyze the mental workload experienced by waiters at Kafe Mandja Progo Bandung, using the NASA-TLX method. The café and restaurant industry in Bandung is experiencing rapid growth, and Kafe Mandja on Jalan Progo has become a favorite destination for locals and tourists alike. However, behind this popularity, waiters face significant challenges of high mental workload, which can affect their performance and productivity. The NASA-TLX method, which measures six main dimensions (Mental Demand, Physical Demand, Temporal Demand, Own Performance, Frustration Level, and Effort), is employed to evaluate the mental workload. The research findings indicate that the average Workload Level (WWL) of waiters at Kafe Mandja Progo exceeds the threshold of 80, indicating a high mental workload. Therefore, action is needed to reduce this workload through task redistribution, hiring new staff, and routine monitoring of mental and physical well-being. Implementation of these strategies is expected to enhance work efficiency, reduce fatigue, and improve service quality at Kafe Mandja. This study provides valuable insights for management to design policies that support employee well-being and performance, and contributes to a deeper understanding of workload management in the culinary industry. Abstract

Depression is common in modern society and can cause various kinds of problems, for example behavioral, social and psychological problems. Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar 26 Bintaro is a non-formal educational institution that does not yet have counseling teachers like other formal schools, so tools are needed to carry out early detection of students' depression levels in the form of a depression level recommendation system whether at normal, mild, moderate or severe levels which is useful for Teacher to provide the right solution. The method used in this research is fuzzy logic with seven (7) input variables sourced from the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) questionnaire and four output variables, namely normal mild level depression, moderate level depression and severe level depression. The programming language used is Python using the Simpful library. The results of the research are measurements using DASS-21 for depression. The recommendation results are the same as using the fuzzy logic method, so that fuzzy logic can be used to make recommendations for early detection of students' depression levels.

Abstract

Kejadian penurunan sesaat pada pilar-pilar struktur jembatan tipe pelat tiang, pada saat kendaraan melintasi jembatan, merupakan pengaruh dari pondasi pegas. Efek ini umumnya terjadi karena pondasi tidak berada pada tanah yang keras. Penurunan sesaat tersebut menyebabkan pelebaran momen di ujung dermaga sehingga mengakibatkan peristiwa retak struktur, seperti yang terjadi pada salah satu ruas tol di Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Pilar struktur jembatan type pile slab yang pondasinya berada pada tanah yang tidak keras akan mengakibatkan pilar tersebut mengalami pergerakan vertikal. Pergerakan pada pilar dapat menyebabkan keretakan pada struktur pier head, selanjutnya pergerakan pada pier head juga dapat menyebabakan kerusakan pada lantai. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi terhadap perkuatan dengan tujuan mengetahui kinerja perkuatan pada pondasi. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi penurunan sesaat pada pondasi yang berfungsi sebagai pilar adalah dengan mengurangi penurunan sementara dengan cara mendistribusikan beban pada tanah di sekitar pondasi dengan menggunakan pelat beton bertulang. Hasil analisis teoritis, penanganan menggunakan pelat bertulang dengan luas 2,5 x 2,5 meter, dengan pemasangan sedalam 0,5 meter dari permukaan tanah, mampu meredam pergerakan vertikal sebesar 73,68% (penurunan sebelum perkuatan sebesar 0,76 mm, dan setelah perkuatan sebesar 0,20 mm). Sedangkan dari hasil uji lapangan dengan penanganan seperti diatas mampu menurunkan penurunan sesaat sebesar 68,75%. (penurunan sebelum perkuatan sebesar 0,80 mm, dan setelah perkuatan sebesar 0,25 mm)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the security of digital signature schemes, so that the integrity of the data in the signature document is better maintained and the recipient is trusted to have come from a legitimate sender. The rapid development of technology today means that all signed physical documents have turned into softfile documents with digital signatures. The process of creating a digital signature begins with creating a public key and a private key. A public key is generated and published to verify the signature and calculate the hash value of the received document. Several studies have used the concept of algorithms in cryptography, namely the RSA cryptographic algorithm, but it still has shortcomings in that it cannot be proven whether the document received by the recipient is a document from a legitimate sender and there have been no changes to the document. In this research the author tries to perfect previous research where users can validate the authenticity of documents and believe that the sender of the document is a legitimate sender with a combination of the RSA and SHA3-512 algorithms. The document used in this research has .pdf extension. Mitm attack testing resulted in the conclusion that the strength of the secret key was the basis for the scheme being built. The digital signature scheme that is built can validate the authenticity of documents received by the recipient and prove that the document was sent by a legitimate sender. Time for document validation and signature depends on the size of the uploaded pdf file
