Abstract

Technological advances have forced telecommunications companies to increase their competitiveness, despite having to pay a lot of costs. This research was conducted to examine the consumer's decision to use internet services. The scientific approach used is quantitative with a simple random sample technique. While the analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. PT. Dwi Tunggal Putra was chosen as the object of research with 100 users in Jakarta. The results showed that promotion affects consumer psychology. Whereas service influences consumer's feelings. In other words, purchasing decisions are very dependent on the state of consumer psychology, and promotion and service quality has been proven to influence it

Abstract

The main business of a bank is trust. Therefore, all efforts are made to serve, and satisfy customers, one of which presents quality service. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. To prove this research, the quantitative, descriptive, and linear regression analysis methods are used. The object of research is Eximbank, sampling technique using accidental sampling, the number of respondents 109, and data collection techniques using questionnaire. The results showed that service quality affected satisfaction. That is, customer loyalty depends on what consumers feel, and quality service is the best way to approach

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ROA and NPM on company value at PT. Antam. The research design is quantitative and associative causal with descriptive explanations. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 11 company data for the period 2006-2016 and the type of data used is time series. The analysis shows, the average growth of Return on Assets (ROA) of PT. ANTAM for the period 2006-2016 was 54.79%. The average NPM growth was 107.37%. While the average growth in firm value is 0.16%. he results of the regression analysis showed that ROA had no significant effect on firm value with a regression coefficient value of 0.110. NPM has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a regression coefficient of 0.851. Simultaneously, ROA and NPM have a positive and significant effect on firm value with a coefficient of determination of 71.5%, while the remaining 28.5% is explained by other variables outside this study, for example liquidity ratios, activity ratios, leverage ratios, market ratios and others

Abstract

Providing excellent service is mandatory, the customer feels the warmth of the employee, hospitality, smile, responsiveness, and tenderness. The company must work hard, encourage performance improvement, commitment, stimulate self-enthusiasm by promoting career development. This research is intended to look at internal and external performance factors. The reason for using quantitative methods is simple, and can show clarity of interpretation. To collect data, questionnaires were distributed. Respondents answered according to predetermined criteria (Likert scale), then the data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study confirm that performance can develop significantly if internal and external factors are built up. In the long term career strategies are needed, but in operational (daily) efficacy and commitment are needed

Abstract

The leader is happy, when he sees an orderly employee at work, systematic in solving problems, listening to orders, pay attention to standards, be careful when working, respect the opinions of others, work together as a solid team, and so on. Indeed that is discipline. This research seeks to dig up information, obtain data, analyze findings, provide conclusions and suggestions. To prove this, a series of scientific methods was carried out using a quantitative approach and regression analysis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and random samples. This finding suggests, that a person is said to be disciplined if his attitude is in accordance with his behavior. His behavior is measurable proof of discipline, and has implications for organizational goals

Abstract

Customer decisions are crucial, from the business aspect it is a potential moment. So the right step for the company is to give the best, like promotion and good image. This research is intended to analyze the independent variables. How does it affect the dependent variable (purchasing decision). So we know a number that can be used to make decisions. To prove the purpose of the research, at least a quantitative approach is used. Data collection techniques using primary (direct), by asking a list of questions. Data were analyzed using linear regression with several stages, including the validity test, the classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test. The results of the study suggest, consumer decisions in buying greatly influenced by many factors, but promotion has a big contribution.

Abstract

There are two ways to survive, first work and second entrepreneurship. Choosing to be an entrepreneur is not easy, many things to learn, including yourself. Starting from building a business spirit, having knowledge, studying the market, creating products, and management. In this dedication opportunity, a qualitative method was chosen. Where all parties are directly involved in learning and practice. Activities carried out for 3 days, covered by studying theory, practice, and providing motivation. Where participants are encouraged to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship by looking at the reality of business and business knowledge. The results of the activities provide conclusions; 1) to increase entrepreneurial activities in the community, the first thing it takes is building a business spirit, with routine business practice. 2) the role of tertiary institutions is mentoring by educating entrepreneurship. and 3) tertiary institutions bridge the community to get business assistance to the government

Abstract

Employees must have high performance, why? because serving the community must be with heart, how to be careful, and wholeheartedly. People don't see shabby or grand buildings, they just want to be civilized. Performance of services in the tax office must be a priority, because of that capital awareness of the public to pay taxes. This study wanted to explore information about the performance of tax service employees in the Tangerang region. How is the role of individuals and organizations in creating services. Quantitative research is seen as more effective in terms of time. Therefore, regression analysis was chosen to analyze the data. Data obtained through a questionnaire. The findings show evidence, ability is a major factor in tax service. Knowledge, expertise and experience about taxes is a preference in service. Of course this is inseparable from many factors, among them Educational background, training, and experience

Abstract

UMKM is a pillar for most Indonesian people. This is proof, the state must be present, by providing facilities, such as guaranteeing economic stability, stable prices, ease of capital, partnerships, etc. Especially in the current digital era. MSMEs must take a role, by utilizing existing resources, and optimizing technology. this research is present as a form of proof of the role of MSMEs for the welfare of society. on the other hand, see what things are becoming a nuisance to MSMEs. To test the problem formulation, a qualitative approach is used. Where the research emphasis is on what happens to the SMEs, especially in the South Tangerang region. Observation was chosen as a way to obtain convincing data. Research results show, that MSMEs have not been able to exploit the digital era, plus the role of the state has not been felt

Abstract

To show the role, then show the performance. Maybe, the term is right for the bank. The existence of banks influences economic stability, therefore financial performance must be good. There is no choice but to increase the entire financial ratio. Interest in reviewing the financial ratios of banks, especially Islamic banks, is the goal to be achieved in this study. Use financial statements as data, and analyze the extent of their performance and influence. For this reason, a quantitative approach and regression analysis are needed. So that research results can be explained properly. The findings in this study suggest that the performance of Islamic banks is relative. Its role is not yet at a significant stage for the economy, and it is still far from conventional banks
