Abstract

kWhmeter adalah suatu alat ukur energi listrik yang mengukur secara langsung hasil kali tegangan, arus, faktor kerja, dan waktu yang bekerja selama jangka waktu tertentu. Pengukuran energi yang dominan adalah pengukuran arus, di mana arus yang diukur melebihi arus yang terdapat di kWh meter. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu peralatan instrumen yang dapat menurunkan arus yaitu trafo arus. Susut distribusi pada sistem kelistrikan dapat terjadi pada alat pengukur dan pembatas (APP) yang dipergunakan dalam transaksi tenaga listrik dengan pelanggan. Susut yang terjadi pada APP ditentukan oleh akurasi APP dan akurasi pembacaan atau pengambilan data hasil pengukuran. Untuk menghindari atau mengurangi susut tersebut pemilihan trafo arus yang tepat sangat dibutuhkan seperti mengamati seberapa besar ketelitian trafo arus dalam pengukuran. Kelas ketelitian trafo arus, burden, kesalahan sudut, dan juga arus nominal dari sisi primer trafo arus harus diperhatikan. Jika pemilihan tidak sesuai, maka akan memungkinkan terjadinya susut.

Abstract

Meira Dwi Primanto, Priyo Sasmoko, in paper dummy CB as cubicle simulator for preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce off frequency 20 KV feeders (20 KV scada system at APD Central Java and Yogyakarta) explain that in 2013, the APD PT.PLN Central Java and Yogyakarta are conducting integration to SCADA at 20 KV feeders in distribution substation. For the next stage has been installed SCADA maintenance should be done periodically. Maintenance can be planned or due to interference with the SCADA system. Maintenance is usually done by the team must perform SCADA Distribution feeder outages and transfer of the load. In the installation of equipment, SCADA team should get a working permit to shut down the feeder, and to transfer the load to another feeder, so that the work has to get permission. SCADA systems are already installed requires maintenance to keep the system reliability. When maintenance SCADA, feeders should be extinguished, whereas for medium voltage customers such as factories, hospitals, and airports should always be channeled electrical energy. Feeder outages and load Delegation KWH lost causes. To the authors attempt to provide solutions that can overcome the missing KWH with a tool innovations made. The author makes a tool such as a dummy circuit breaker simulator 20 KV cubicles. This tool serves Especially when employees perform maintenance or investigation SCADA Disorders, which aims for 20 KV feeders should not be extinguished when performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Abstract

Happy Nugrahaning Widhi, Heru Winarno, in paper orchid plant watering system using humidity sensor used Borland Delphi 7 based on arduino uno R3 explain that the utilization of variable moisture for plant watering orchids do not fully utilized. At this time watering orchids is still done manually. It certainly took a lot of time, by making a watering system based on this moisture will save time. To determine the value of temperature and humidity used SHT-11 module is capable of detecting the temperature from -40C to 123,8˚C and relative humidity from 0% RH to 100% RH. Watering plants Phalaenopsis amabilis orchids species do when the SHT-11 detects the humidity inside the orchids house below 60% RH. Watering is carried out by spraying water from above directly into the plant’s roots. The method of watering is intended that the water can be poured directly absorbed by the plant. This control system controlled by arduino uno microcontroller. As for the computer control system, used Borland Delphi 7 to make aplication for control. Abstract

Al Anamila Nur Aufa, Teguh Yuwono, in paper SCADA HMI optimization for monitoring and control repeater using radio communication modem GPRS INTEK J65i–X explain that radio communications at PT PLN ( Persero ) APD Central Java and Yogyakarta is still a major communication medium for coordinating the work , both maintenance and handling of interference between units . Repeaters in this case an important role in the communication process between APD dispatcher JTY with Area - Area and officers in the field because of the presence of the communication range of the repeater spacing becomes wider . In operation repeaters can be susceptible to interference that can result in radio communications in the areas covered by the repeater to be disrupted so that the communication between the dispatcher APD JTY with Area - Area and field workers to be blocked. Handling repeater for this disorder is not maximized due to the lack of real time monitoring of the state of the repeater , so that when the repeater impaired in the device or on the supply , the clerk did not know in person and just waiting for a report from the repeater keeper at any time at the shelter is not a repeater . There needs to be a device that can monitor the state of the repeater , which if detected interference at the source , supply and radio , PPE JTY officer may direct monitoring , so that it can assist in the handling and analysis of causes of hearing disorders without having to come to the site . GPRS Modem Utilization Intek J65i - X allows retrieval status of the repeater equipment where it can not be done at this time . With facilities tapped digital inputs and digital outputs on the modem , any condition of equipments such as radio signal repeater RX , TX radio signal , battery , charger and 220V supply state of the supply voltage can be detected . From changes in the supply voltage available , can be detected by a GPRS modem Intek J65i - X so that when there is an interruption in the HMI SCADA can termonitoring in real time . With the monitoring and control of a radio repeater communications , personnel no longer need to go to the location (site ) only to find the cause of the disturbance . Interference analysis can also be performed before treatment is held further disruption . Reset control radio can also be done quickly if the radio have to hang in its operation , so that the future will be able to improve the performance of SCADA systems PT PLN ( Persero ) APD Central Java and DI Yogyakarta. Abstract

Azis Nurrochma Wardana, Arkhan Subari, in paper comparison of the effect of placement arrester before and after FCO as safety of 3 phase transformator from interruption of lightning at Pandean Lamper 5 Feeder, East Semarang explain that problem of the studied is location of arrester at distribution which have is same function and target but owning location of different arrester. Location of arrester  relate to wiring of arrester with transformer and fuse Cut Out (FCO) owning target to give protection at transformer of over voltage. In the last location of this arrester require to study again about its efficacy of its at transformer. Efficacy of pr otection at such transformer is efficacy of passed to protection is transformer by minimizing over voltage that happened at the transformer so that equipments and transformer which its of him do not experience of damage. By considering factor influencing the level of voltage of surge and current of surge that happened at each system, like wiring of arrester, length of wire, apart arrester which is utilized in system location of arrester, steepness of wave come, speed creep waving surge, and Basic InsulationLevel (BIL) equipments, so that is in the final got one of location of correct arrester as 20 kV distribution transformer protection. Abstract

Adhila Rafik, Yuniarto, in paper smart card application in prepaid digital water meter based on arduino mega 2560  explain that water is a daily necessity, to get a decent clean water to be used, we can use the services of the service taps to get water, but the post-pay payment method used taps raises its own problems, namely the problem of payment arrears. To resolve the issue of payment methods can be converted to a prepaid system, so the use of water dilakuakn after the user makes a payment in advance, many prepaid methods, one of which is the smart card is a plastic card in which there is a microcontroller chip that makes it possible to encrypt the data that there didalamya so not just anyone can read and menulisa data into the card, the use of smart cards as a payment method for a digital prepaid water meter taps, can overcome the problem of payment arrears. Abstract

Binka Aji Wibowo, Saiful Manan, in paper use PMT coupling as load transfer in Sayung District Substation, Demak explain that to meet the reliability of the distribution system , it is necessary to do a continuity in the distribution of electrical energy. There are various causes of outages ranging from maintenance to interference. To resolved these problems, there are several solutions that can be done, such as transfer transformer load through PMT coupling. This can be done by connecting the two busbars by using a PMT. In operation the PMT coupling need to do prior preparation, among others, the daily load calculations. It is intended to carry transformer load does not exceed setting value. Abstract

Wiji Mangestiono, in paper prototype development of coal dryer to reduce moisture content on power plant explain that the percentage of coal use in the power industry in Indonesia has increased during the period of the last ten years. This policy is taken by the government by at least two considerations, namely: the higher world oil prices so that the price of electricity per kwh increase in addition Indonesia itself is the world's largest coal producer with serial number to six so that the transfer of fuel oil to the coal is considered very right. There is a fundamental problem that must be observed that coal mining in Indonesia in general have a low- rank quality with sub - categories butuminus and lignite which has a low calorific value (below 6100 kcal / kg ) and moisture content (moisture content) relatively high (40%). This is exacerbated by the way the coal deposit which is usually placed on the page (coal yard). Low-rank coal with pores relatively greater will more easily absorb water during the rainy season so that the moisture content will be even greater. The use of coal in Rembang reached 1.3 million tons / year. Heat loss due to the use of coal with a high moisture content reaches 300 billion kcal per year or equivalent to coal with a calorific value of 50 thousand tons or the equivalent of cash also 30 billion rupiah. After observing the phenomenon in Rembang the researchers plan to create a prototype coal heaters with a capacity of 100 kg / hour in the hope of getting a concept to eliminate or minimize heat loss as described. Heating devices planned screw -shaped drum with a player in it which serves stirring granulated coal. The hot air is taken from the flue gas is sprayed into the drum. The independent variable of this study is the screw rotational speed and the speed and temperature of the hot air flow. Abstract

Ruri Diana Putranti, Iman Setiono, in paper calculation of energy losses of Tambak Lorok - 03 feeder as one of the pilot project program REVASS (revenue assurance) in energy reconciliation program of PT . PLN (persero) semarang area explain that in an electric power system there is a factor called the loss factor or energy depletion . This shrinkage can be found in various places on the electricity network , from generation, transmission and distribution of both to consumers . The release of energy or commonly referred to as shrinkage , the harm to the company for commercial and service in large and small quantities . Pond feeder Lorok - 03 is one of the feeders are thought to have a large enough energy depletion . This feeder is in the working area of ​​PT . PLN Rayon East Semarang and is a feeder into the pilot established REVASS ( Revenue Assurance ) PT . PLN Semarang area . Based on mathematical calculations that have been carried out in February 2013 the amount of power loss in the feeder is 2,316,319 KWH , while in the month of March 2013 is 4,765,637 KWH and in April 2013 amounted to 18,809,238 KWH . The amount of power loss raises the average monthly percentage losses in the feeder that is between 10-20 % . This of course lead to a loss for the company , especially on the commercial side that is the size of the company to the customer's receivables . Therefore , a program in which reconciliation is REVASS this project , is one attempt to get the suitability amount of energy from the power sent to the power received at the customer .
