Abstract

Ade Siti Sarah Azhar,  Eko Ariyanto in this paper explain that Coffee is one of the most popular drinks ever in the history of human civilization. Roasting is one of the most important processes in processing coffee beans that serves to determine the process of forming flavors and aromas in coffee beans. The average roasting process still uses manual methods, so an automatic coffee roaster machine is needed that can support the home roasting process which is equipped with a round control system. It is expected that the roasting process can be carried out quickly. The use of automatic roasting machines aims to save energy and cost and time efficiency. The round control system in this coffee roaster machine uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to regulate speed on a DC motor by regulating the PWM signal which can be done in analog or by using a microcontroller.By using a motor driver, the motor rotation direction can be controlled. When the DC motor rotates its rotation speed can be detected by an optocoupler which then outputs from the optocoupler will send and process data to the Atmega microcontroller 16. The performance of this control system uses a rotation above 60 Rpm with regulated temperatures above 100 ° C. Abstract

Wiji Mangestiyono, , A.P. Bayuseno, Stefanus Muryanto, in this paper explain that the problem of gypsum scaling becomes a trouble for some industry in which use some water for its system. Some disadvanteges come up because of : the time of industrial process will be more longer and production cost increase necesery.To prevent the growth of scale, the experiment must be done. Researcher try to answer this problem so an experimental about kinetic study of gypsum scaling established. Flowrate would be a parameter with assume that it has effect on reaction flow. Abstract

Ahmad Hilal, Saiful Manan, in paper use servo motor as a CCTV driver to see monitoring equipment and conditions of patients in the icu room explain thatservo motor is a motor with a closed feedback system in which the position of the motor will be communicated back to the control circuit in the servo motor, servo motor is able to work both directions (clockwise and belawanan clockwise) in which the direction and angle of the rotor movement can controlled only by providing PWM signal duty cycle settings on the control pin. In the servo motor function of this type is only capable of moving in either direction (CW and CCW) with respective deflection angle reaches 90 ° so that the total deflection angle of the center - right -kiri adalah180 °. Part of the servo motors consist of a potentiometer which functions as a regulator of the servo movement of a large pulse is given, the internal gear serves as a torque amplifier dc servo motors, dc motors as the driving part that converts electrical energy into motion, as well as a control circuit servo motor driver function to process the data input pulses into motion. Servo motors used to drive the CCTV, in order to see the health of the patient monitoring devices as instructed. The servo motor voltage of 5 volts dc power supply from PC. Servo motor movements influenced the input pulse, to round to the right then it takes the pulse of more than 1,5ms, for the leftist movement takes the pulse of less than 1,5ms and at the center position or silence takes input pulse of 1.5 ms with a delay of 20 ms. Servo motors work processes in order to move that the serial data input from the PC, the serial data into the ATMEGA 8 for processing, so that the serial data is converted into binary data through IC74595 as servo motor driver, to output one of IC74595, the servo motor can move, because inflows along with pulses to the servo motor control circuit. Abstract

Information system is a set of components that interconnect, collect, process, store, and distribute information to support decision making and supervision within an organization. Today the information system can not be separated with computer technology that feels growing rapidly along with our increasingly complex needs. These developments can be seen from the many organizations or institutions in various fields that use computerized systems to perform various jobs quickly and with great accuracy. The use of computerized systems is expected to minimize errors made by humans thereby reducing large losses. And can mengefisienkan time in completing the work quickly and accurately. One concept of building a computerized information system is dengfan MVC model. Model-View-Controller (MVC) is a concept introduced by the inventor of Smalltalk (Trygve Reenskaug) to encapsulate data along with processing (model), isolate from the process of manipulation (controller) and view to be represented on a user interface . The MVC architecture has the benefit of separating between model and view allowing multiple views using the same model. As a result, an application model component is easier to implement, test, and maintain, because all access to the model runs through this component. One of the frameworks that works based on the MVC concept is Codeigniter. Codeigniter is an open source web application framework that is used to build dynamic php applications. The main purpose of Codeigniter development is to help developers to work on applications faster than writing all the code from scratch. Because of the superiority of codeigniter that the system of practical work administration and the final task is built using the framework..

Abstract

Ari Hidayanto, Heru Winarno  in this paper explain that The high number of traffic accidents is currently a factor in the driver's error in driving (human error). One of the accidents that often occur include car accidents. Of the several incidents that have occurred, the average accident occurred because of the driver's lack of concentration in driving his car. This resulted in the driver not being able to control the speed of the vehicle immediately when there was a sudden object in front, moreover this happened when the vehicle drove at high speed. To avoid this, when driving, it really needs a vehicle security system that also greatly affects the driver's safety. With the development of existing science and technology allows humans to make security systems in motorized vehicles. Accidents due to driver negligence can be overcome by making the braking system automatic then the vehicle speed will slow down and carry out mechanical braking (disc brake) automatically based on the minimum distance of the car with the barrier even though the driver does not pull the brake lever. Realizing this, an autobrake system (automatic braking) was designed based on the distance of the car with the barrier using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic distance sensor. When between a sensor and a barrier at a distance of <= 70 cm, the central lock actuator will go forward and press the disc brake lever. System notifications will be displayed via 20X4 LCD, LED and Buzzer. Abstract

Budi Utomo, in this paper explain that offshore drilling carried out to obtain crude oil through the oil wells. The means that must exist in the operation of offshore drilling is a bridge structure (plate form) as a place to put the drilling equipment. Known two kinds of platforms, that is platforms permanent (fixed) which stands on the feet of reinforced concrete, and the bridge is not fixed like swamp barges, drilling ship (floaters) and jack-up rig. Jack up rig is one of the offshore rigs that have the ability to elevation in accordance with a sea depth of drilling. Drilling equipment is a range of equipment that is prepared in such a way, so that such a drill rod, and all this equipment has a hole inside that allows for fluid or mud circulation.   Key word: Drilling equipment

Abstract

Donny Pratama, Subali, in paper programming of auto home security system connected to mobile phone based on microcontroller ATMEGA8 and ATMEGA162 explain that in modernization era, almost all using automation tools, both in industrial, office, especially at home. Especially with the advance of age more unemployment also exist. With so many unemployed crime was more rampant. Therefore, the security of the home and its contents is very necessary for every homeowner. Especially when the house in a discharged condition or homeowners are doing activities outside the home. Home security system that uses a microcontroller-based mobile phone as a medium of information is a tool that is needed in every home. Where this system in any room in the home will attach several sensors are used to monitor the condition of the house. The sensors used include PIR sensor (Passive Infra - Red) to detect motion, gas sensors to detect a gas leak and also uses a temperature sensor to determine the temperature of the room. All these sensors are programmed according to the function of each tool. And as a basic programming language used compiler (Bascom) to support the work of all the sensors. For sensor work will then be processed by a microcontroller which will then be sent the information to a cell phone via a modem homeowners. Abstract

Enny, in this paper explain that many mobile phone users around the us, but only a portion of the concerned about the dangers of cell phones. This paper was compiled to determine the impact and solutions of cell phone radiation. Mobile phones emit electromagnetic waves which will affect the surrounding environment. Based on existing information, cell phone radiation is thought to cause cancer. Waves emitted from mobile phones over the air is causing electromagnetic radiation. Potential disrubtion of health consequences of radiation electromagnetic field has become an issue which examined till now, so found a variety of health disorders as a result of mobile phone users that includes the impact of mild and severe impact. Experts have discovered some efforts to minimize the effects of cell phone radiation on health of mobile phone users. Every user should know the dangers of mobile phone users. Radiation caused cell phone not only arise when used, but when putting a cell phone in your Pocket can also be exposed to any radiation. Therefore, mobile users need to know how to use a cell phone. Users should pay attention to the level of radiation caused by cell phones, so that the influence of electromagnetic radiation on health can be scaled down for mobile users. Abstract

Muhammad Adi Gumelar B, Eko Ariyanto, SCADA is one tool that can monitor and control the system at the substation and can coordinate the protection system area when a disturbance occurs. SCADA monitors the device continuously. This paper is to understand Differential protection areas, CCP, Buspro, and CBF that work when there is interference, namely internal and external interference by applying SCADA as its coordination. 12V DC relay is used as PMT, ACS712 as CT, and Ethernet Shield as Modbus to connect Arduino Mega 2560 with SCADA. Arduino Mega 2560 functions as a controlling center of input and output. The input used is the ACS712 sensor as a detector of the current flowing in the circuit. The Arduino Mega 2560 output signal will be sent to SCADA using an Ethernet Shield and router. Status of substations 1.5 breakers can be monitored with HMI from anywhere by using the SCADA application. In the event of a disturbance, each ACS712 will start reading the current changes and will be processed by Arduino Mega 2560, so that it can determine the protection area that works and trip the relay, SCADA will automatically record disturbances and give an alarm to occur by turning on the protection LED and sounding buzzer alarm.

Abstract

Yuniarto, in this paper explain that transient over voltage that happened because switching surge have tobe paid attention to don't cause the damage equipments of insulation coordination system. This research aim toperceive the transient over voltage at the end of 500 kv transmission line caused energized process by using EMTP(Electromagnetic Transients Program) as toll to simulate the energized process. Data for this research was takenfrom 500 kv transmission line Ungaran-Pedan.
