Abstract

Irene Ega Novena Putri, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that this study will describe the existing condition P2TL implementation in Rayon South Semarang, examine the root of the problem of lack of optimal implementation of P2TL, and describes efforts to optimizing the implementation in Rayon P2TL South Semarang. The method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. The approach used to establish the conditions of implementation P2TL is through observation by setting a good standard P2TL, examining implementation procedures and examined the results of the implementation P2TL P2TL in January-March and discussed the obstacles in its implementation. The approach used to discuss in detail P2TL performance in January-March was through discussion violations committed customers, the amount of saving kWh for three months, the effect of saving kWh in the percentage of shrinkage, and effort optimizing the performance of P2TL. Results of this research note that saving kWh obtained in January-March amounted to 48 599 kWh, or approximately 13% of the targeted savings through the implementation P2TL kWh, thus concluded that the performance P2TL not optimal. Effect of kWh saved is able to suppress shrinkage in January by 0.16% and in March by 0.5%. Efforts should be made in order to optimize the implementation of technically P2TL is through Early Detection of Violations. Efforts should be made in order to optimize the implementation of the non technical P2TL is through targeting of saving kWh monthly, fixing TO Rayon, a sweeping legalization customers, regeneration P2TL implementation team, and socialization prepaid electricity. Abstract

Ilham Setiya Wardani, Saiful Manan in this paper explain that Utilization of power electronics components in the process of conversion of electrical energy has been growing from year to year. for controlling power from one form to another is very important and the characteristics of the equipment of power electronics has allowed it. DC-DC converters can also be called a wave DC inverter capable of producing symmetrical widely used and applied in industry and everyday life.In the inverter power supply are made using half-bridge converter topology. Half-bridge converter topology has several advantages that are easy to create and output a lot easier in the controlling. The process of switching at the half bridge converter using mosfet IRFZ44N and executed using ICTL494.In the design of the tool, using the supply is 12 Volt DC that directly goes to IC TL494 and frequency output that is generated directly toward the driver mosfet with the type BC327 used to mesaklarkan mosfet by means of on / off alternately to supply the power transformer intiferit to raise the voltage to 26 volt AC that will be rectified by using fast diode recofery MUR1560 to rectify the AC into DC voltage with the output voltage of +/- 26 volts DC. Keywords: power supply, inverter, TL494ReferencesBarkhordarian, V. Budhi Dharma, in paper Construction Planning of Slipway - 150 LWT  Concrete explain that in shipyard planning major facility types shipyard slipway suitable transverse system was built in the open or closed.To ship with 150 tons LWT according to the register BKI got main dimension vessels = 34 meters LOA,30 meters LP, 6 meters B, the ship draft T = 2,2 meters, and empty vessel draft Tk = 1,18 meters and block coefficient = 0,68.Of the main dimension of the vessel were then long slipway, heavy lorries and heavy lorries transfer launchers after the total weight is obtained the dimensions of the placement of concrete beam rail and lorry.Keyword : Slip way and structure concrete

Abstract

Reza Rizkifadhla, Heru Winarno, in this article explains that overload shedding in incoming transformer occurs due to an increase in load current that exceeds the capacity of the transformer. If overload shedding is not handled, it will cause damage to the transformer, and even cause incoming trip feeders and a very wide blackout effect. Relay overload shedding mounted on incoming feeders works to anticipate overload shedding by deliberately releasing outgoing feeders gradually to reduce the load. This study aims to provide a simulation of the conditions of incoming feeders during normal times, during overload shedding and handling of outgoing feeders deliberately released by carrying out load maneuvers to other feeders with different incoming transformers. Maneuvers are carried out to maintain the reliability of the continuity of electricity distribution. In this study one simulation tool was designed. The design of this tool uses a relay and Arduino Mega 2560 as a control center. Arduino Mega 2560 reads the current using the ZMCT 103C sensor. The simulation is based on the overload shedding event that has occurred in Purwodadi Substation. As for controlling switching equipment and monitoring current and voltage is done using HMI with VT Scada software. In the experiment, 3 incoming normal currents were 2.2 A with a load of 5 12 VAC 5W lamps. Simulated maneuvering error, the load on incoming 3 increased to 2.60 A. This situation is considered to have reached the condition of overload shedding, relay PMT C trip to reduce the load. Incoming 3 returns back to normal, namely 1.68 A. Loads on PMT C that are extinguished are maneuvered to PMT E or PMT F which have different incoming.

Abstract

Dony Hardika Arfianto, Subali, in paper candy automation packing at home industry use ATMEGA 8535 microcontroller explain that in this modernization era, almost all activity uses of automation, both in the industrial middle, upper and home industry. If the process of candy packing can be automated it will be very advantageous for industrial-scale home industry. This candy packaging automation systems using a microcontroller ATmega 8535. The tool consists of a sensor LDR as sensor packaging, the heater as a tool for plastics pressing, conveyor as a driver and microcontroller ATmega 8535 as the main controller. Microcontroller ATmega8535 is one of the artificial Atmel microcontroller that has many uses. Price microcontroller is relatively cheap nowadays, if viewed from its facilities. Abstract

Yuniarto, in this paper explain that the utility of high transmission line result in the transient over voltage in transmission-line will also increasingly higher, mainly for lightning and switching surge. Switching surge is a dominant factor to show up much transient over voltage in the transmission-line in the level of 230 kV or higher, if it is compared with lightning surge.  Switching surge is caused by single energized process, the process itself to energize a transmission line in no load condition with energy power through switch closure operation. The research was aiming at observing the influence of transmission-line length to transient over voltage that occurred at the energized process in 500 kV transmission line Ungaran-Pedan, which used EMTP (Electromagnetic Transients Program) to simulate it.  The result of simulation showed that the transient over voltage occurred along the transmission-line which caused the higher voltage increase, providing that the line is also longer. Abstract

Anggi Permana, Iman Setiono, in this paper explain that along with the development of modern times. Technological advancements were increasingly found in manufacturing products, everything was done to be easy and practical. These products are made with the aim of helping human work. However, not all manufacturing products are automated. Some products still work manually. Therefore, we are required to be able to innovate by changing the manual process with a more efficient method by using products that are automatic. One tool is the roasting machine for coffee beans. Currently on the market it is rare for automatic coffee roasters to be designed. Most coffee roasters are done manually, use hand mixers, and use wood stoves or gas stoves. This situation becomes less efficient where the roasting is still using the hands, causing it to ripen evenly and burn. Though to get the right coffee is from the roasting process. Roasting determines the color and variety of flavors of coffee to be consumed. The effect of temperature and time also affects the results of roasting, even when roasting here we monitor the thickness of coffee beans. to produce good roasting. The principle is to give the right amount of time and the right temperature so that coffee will not only have a fragrant aroma but also create the right taste. To solve the problem, in this article we made coffee bean roasters. This coffee bean roasting system is based on Arduino MEGA type 2560. The roasting process uses the mlx90614 sensor and DHT11 sensor to monitor the moisture of coffee beans that will be displayed on the 7-segment. The heating media used is using heat elements instead of stoves. This tool is able to roast as much as 400 grams of coffee. It is expected that the roasting machine of coffee beans will be more optimal

So the presence of workers who have competence in the field of shipbuilding (ship building, naval architecture, marine engineering enginerring and maritime transportation) is urgently needed and their capability to compete with other countries that previously controlled the sea as a source of national income should be the Indonesian government's attention. Abstract

Transportasi laut menjadi penghubung kebutuhan dan perekonomian antar pulau di Indonesia, daya angkut dibuat seoptimal mungkin untuk dapat menyuplai kebutuhan masyarakat. Kapal yang ditinjau adalah jenis kapal barang peti kemas. Perencanaan bentuk lambung kapal dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah dari segi kegunaan kapal yang akan dibangun. Dari perhitungan hambatan dapat diketahui berapa Trust Horse Power sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menghitung efisiensi propulsi kapal. Kapal harus memiliki propulsi untuk melawan seluruh hambatan yang mungkin terjadi pada lambung kapal. Dari hasil analisis kapal barang peti kemas dengan kapasitas 100 teus memiliki daya mesin sebesar 1530 HP dengan sistem penggerak ganda dengan peletakan kamar mesin berada di belakang kapal. Tipe baling-baling yang di rencanakan adalah fixed pitch propeller B - 4. 40  , dengan bahan material bronze . Ukuran pitch daun baling-baling 1650 mm dengan diameter baling-baling sebesar 1850 mm.

Abstract

Azis Nurrochma Wardana, Arkhan Subari, in paper comparison of the effect of placement arrester before and after FCO as safety of 3 phase transformator from interruption of lightning at Pandean Lamper 5 Feeder, East Semarang explain that problem of the studied is location of arrester at distribution which have is same function and target but owning location of different arrester. Location of arrester  relate to wiring of arrester with transformer and fuse Cut Out (FCO) owning target to give protection at transformer of over voltage. In the last location of this arrester require to study again about its efficacy of its at transformer. Efficacy of pr otection at such transformer is efficacy of passed to protection is transformer by minimizing over voltage that happened at the transformer so that equipments and transformer which its of him do not experience of damage. By considering factor influencing the level of voltage of surge and current of surge that happened at each system, like wiring of arrester, length of wire, apart arrester which is utilized in system location of arrester, steepness of wave come, speed creep waving surge, and Basic InsulationLevel (BIL) equipments, so that is in the final got one of location of correct arrester as 20 kV distribution transformer protection.
