Abstract

Syirkah or partnership is a form of cooperation between two or more parties to run a certain business, where there is a distribution of profits and losses based on an agreement that has been agreed upon by the parties concerned. Syirkah is divided into two types, namely syirkah amlak and syirkah uqud. Where syirkah amlak is divided into two forms, namely syirkah amlak ikhtiyar and syirkah amlak ijbar. The application of syirkah itself has progressed along with the development of the times. These applications can be found in the banking sector such as project financing and venture capital. Obstacles in the cooperation between the Bank and the customer do not rule out the possibility. Then the alternative that can be used to resolve obstacles or disputes is through deliberation, banking mediation, through arbitration bodies, through courts within the scope of general courts.

Abstract

Harga yang dikedepankan oleh Ibn Khaldun, adalah harga yang dikehendakinya adalah berdasarkan kekuatan penawaran dan permintaan yang dipengaruhi oleh nilai kemanfaatan barang yang dikehendaki oleh konsumen. Kehendak konsumen untuk membeli atau memiliki suatu barang bisa muncul karena faktor keinginan ataupun faktor kebutuhan. Karakteristik dari keinginan itu sendiri bersumber dari hasrat atau nafsu manusia yang menghasilkan kepuasan dan dapat diukur dari preferensi suatu barang, serta harus dibatasi/dikendalikan. Sedangkan kebutuhan bersumber dari fitrah manusia yang menghasilkan manfaat dan berkah (mashlahah) bagi konsumen itu sendiri juga sekelompok masyarakat, yang dapat diukur dari fungsi suatu barang itu sendiri.

Abstract

Management of education personnel is an important step in realizing an effective and efficient national education system. In the process of management of education personnel can not be separated from the cooperation of all members who participate in the process. Reliable personnel in the world of education will only be obtained if the education system already has an ideal mechanism for conducting the right recruitment, selection, placement, coaching and dismissal. In other words, the national education system requires a mechanism for managing education personnel in line with the achievement of national education goals.

Abstract

In the Kancing Gemerincing activity, each group member gets the opportunity to make their contribution and listen to the views and thoughts of other members. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the mastery of the Sociology teaching materials of students, 2) To determine the improvement of student learning achievement, 3) To determine the increase in student activity. Data collected through observation, field notes, and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The flow model of the validity of the data was checked by investigator triangulation. From these findings, the researchers concluded that learning with the Kancing Gemerincing model, in general, can improve student achievement and student activities.

Abstract

The existence of Shia groups in Indonesia, as in other areas outside Iran, is still not widely known. Even though some writers think that Shia have entered the archipelago since the beginning of the arrival of Islam and their influence is quite strong in the Islamic tradition in the archipelago. The Shia movement in Indonesia is monitored by the ICC Jakarta (Islamic Cultural Center), which is led by a director named Mohsen Hakimullah from Iran. ICC operates in two aspects, namely education and da'wah. Shia in Indonesia are Shia Imamiyah based in Iran. Later his followers in Indonesia called themselves Ahlul Bayt, which is essentially Shia Imamiyah.

Abstract

This research was conducted in online mode of distance learning. The use of the crosswordlabs.com application directs students to be active, collaborative, communicative and critical in determining alternative solutions to a problem. The type of research used is a combination research by combining quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were 26 students of class XI IPS 1 SMA N 1 Batanghari. The results of this study are the student response questionnaires using the Crosswordlabs.com application in the closing activity of online learning Sociology of difference, equality and social harmony material has been running effectively with a total of 26 students who enter the high category average of 85.31% and students who are in the medium category. and low 0. The use of applications assisted by Crosswordlabs.com in pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II was able to increase the learning achievement of sociology, the increase was 39 points with the percentage of students who completed it was 98%. The application of the Crosswordlabs.com-assisted method in the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II was able to increase the learning achievement of sociology, the increase was 39 points with the percentage of students who completed the KKM was 100%.

Abstract

This study discusses the utilization of the BI Corner collection in the Bait al-Hikmah IAIN Metro library. Researching library users who use the BI Corner collection at the Bait al-Hikmah IAIN Metro library. The research method used in this study is a type of qualitative research method by using a qualitative descriptive approach. The method used to obtain data and describe in depth about the utilization of the BI Corner collection at the Bait Al-Hikmah Library IAIN Metro is to conduct observations, documentation and interviews. This technique for analyzing data includes data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that there are collections available in the library; BI Corner is far from sufficient to meet the needs of users in the library. Meanwhile, the use of collections is not optimally used, in other words there are few library users who make use of library collections.

Abstract

This study focuses on of the online public access catalog (OPAC) to improve the quality of library services at the IAIN Metro Library. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research through observation and interviews. With data analysis: First, the use of the OPAC library has not been fully utilized by users effectively and efficiently. Second, the obstacles faced by OPAC are the lack of supporting facilities such as computer software, which are used by OPAC users are not friendly, making it difficult for users to search for information, and the information presented in OPAC is still incomplete. The way to solve problems in using OPAC is to add facilities such as computers, providing guidance or directions to users on how to use OPAC; Libraries must make improvements in the field of information services to provide complete information.

Abstract

Implementasi laporan keuangan usaha kecil menengah pengrajin kayu, merupakan cara untuk mewujudkan UKM yang sehat, yang nantinya berdampak positif kepada perekonomian secara makro maupun mikro atau mungkin negatif apabila tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik. Terutama, minimnya penerapan yang dilakukan oleh persatuan pengrajin kayu se-Lampung. Persatuan pengrajin kayu ini beranggotakan 40 orang yang tersebar di berbagai kawasan Lampung di antaranya Bandar Lampung, Menggala, Lampung Barat, Pekalongan, dan sebagainya. Yang hampir keseluruhan tidak menerapkan laporan keuangan dalam kegiatan usahanya, serta terkadang mengalami kerugian dalam kurun waktu 1 bulan sebanyak Rp.100.000.000,00-, namun, persatuan ini telah banyak menyerap tenaga kerja di lingkungannya yang secara otomatis dapat membantu kesehjahteraan/kemaslahatan sendiri dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksplorasi dan experience survey sebagai teknik operasionalnya. Sedangkan penelitian ini berusaha untuk memahami dan menggali lebih dalam sejauhmana implementasi laporan keuangan dan penyehatan serta kemaslahatan usaha kecil menengah di Lampung. Sedangkan alasan pemilihan metode experience survey adalah untuk mendapat data, informasi maupun ide dari pihak yang menerapkan dan tidak menerapkan laporan tersebut sehingga analisis permasalahan menjadi lebih valid. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak pemilik UKM (dari 12 UKM ada 5 UKM) yang tidak menyimpan bukti transaksi, padahal menyimpan bukti transaksi secara tidak sadar mereka telah melakukan pengendalian akan keuangan mereka. Bukti transaksi tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bukti menyusun catatan yang mereka miliki dan dari catatan tersebut mereka dapat menyusun laporan keuangan mereka.
