Abstract

This paper describes some of Muslim’s social problems in Indonesia,as like, social conflicts have been caused by different backgrounds, proverty, and life dis-orientation. It also concerns about the real conditionthat Islamic education which has not been given the contribution more toward the improvement of the condition. Finally, this paper suggests the importance of Islamic education to imply the human nature potential development to create well-conduct of human beings, exactly the human of individual both the spritual piety and social concern.

Abstract

The Islamiceducation character of elementary school children is very important, as an effort to cultivate the students’ intelligence in thinking, acting and behaving in accordance with the noble values ​​that its’ become the identity, and can be realized in interaction with God, themselves, others and the environment as a manifestation. Schools are a strategic place for appear education character because the children of some circles will be educated at school. In addition, children spend most of their time at school, something they have been gotten in school will be affected the formation of their character. To realize a generation that has a strong character and strong faith and Islam, it is necessary to instill the values ​​of personality to the child. In this case, the role of educator is very important, especially when they were applying the teaching learning process to the students.To instill Islamic character education of elementary school, children need some methods that must be mastered by educators, such as exemplary, habituation, advice, attention (supervision), rewards and punishment. The educators can be given knowledge improvement, and can be internalized the spiritual values ​​to their students by using some methods.

Abstract

Islam is a religion revealed by Allah swt as guidance for mankind in performing duties as creatures and kholifah of Allah SWT, is tasked to preserve and maintain the regulation of life, it means the regulation and life cycle are balance in social and vertical relation. While on the other side, there isa political term which is regulates the issue of social relations between humans and others, in order to maintain and achieve interests. Islam is as a religion that has a teaching and rules of a life, namely the Qur'an, is as a guide of life of Muslims, then the political issue (syiasah) has been arranged too. Thus, the questionis,the relationship between politics and religion is closely intertwined and intersect. But in practice in the field, there are some problems that have some interpretations differently,it separates the affairs of the world with the matter of the afterlife, which is to separate the affairs of politics and Religion. This happens because the political aspect is considered government power that it is not suitable with the Religion aim, such as, the loss of value of honesty, the thinness of the sense of brotherhood, and that there is the interests that it is became the main goal in politics.

Abstract

The development and changes of social society is increasingly complex, ranging from social problems, humanities and even legal issues often appear and sometimes make it difficult for the community in determining its status. Therefore, the issue needs intelligence and sharpness of sensitivity or high and sensitive to the situationand conditions, then it be able to reduce the problem of conflict. It takesthinkers and scholars contemporary who are able to provide insight to solve a problem. The maqasid al-syari'ah described abstract although there are already Islamic thinkers who try to explain maqasud al-syari'ah in terms of theory and methodology, but still "grope". This is natural,maqasid al-syariah seeks to change the way of thinking of the classical scholars and still includedthe norms of the basic philosophical values. it is need for further Muslim thinkers to contribute their thoughts of a more systematic maqasid al-syri'ah creation, is a shift paradigm from the old maqasid to the new maqasid. The old maqasid emphasizes on protection (protection) more and perservation.New maqasid emphasizes more on devolopment (development) and righ (right). Welfareof the child's soul protection (hifdzu al-nafs).

Abstract

The idea of BASRA piousman about religion freedom in Madura is becomes very urgent to be raised to the surface, the idea of the issue of religious freedom which is became the ideals of BASRA in Madura is factual to be transformed amid the discourse to make Madura as the Serambi Medinah. Madura piousman Council BASRA tries to transform Islamic teachings primarily in relation to freedom from normative to praxis. For this purpose, the varied model of understanding, ranging from the cultural understanding with the general public, the selective structural and criticize and examine government policies that can erode Indonesia culture generally and Madura in particularly. In the globalization era is a lot of attacking each other by using SARA, whereas NKRI is final which means to be forward-thinking who have agreed we live in diversity that also once practiced the prophet in the Medina charter that is able to serve the minorities such as Jews and Christians.

Abstract

Story is a learning method turned out to have its own charm, can touch the feelings, psychological and thinking power of a person. The story has an invaluable educational function in a process of planting Islamic values and teachings. Al- Qur'an is not only discusses monotheism matters related to ubudiyah mankind, but also related to historical problems that occur in the preceding peoples, so that the human can take 'ibrah for the sake of improving the life to come on the ext future. In terminology, the word”story” is derived from the Arabic word, qassas. The word qassa s itself is the plural of the word qisas which is means the trail or tracing the former or the story (the story). As for the various stories in Al-Qur'an can be seen from several sides, point od view from the time of the event side, then also seen in material term or content of the story is described in Al-Qur'an. While the actor techniques in the Qur'an are art, religious forms and advice form. The purpose is to provide way of life and references to take lessons from some of the stories described in Al- Qur'an.

Abstract

Islam is a religion serves as the rahmatal lil alamin,regulates the relation between khaliq and creatures. Islam comes as a regulator of relationships among human beings, such as buy and sells law, marriage, inheritance, etc., the goal is to get peace of people live, justice and love between eachother. The fundamental pinciple statement can be used as a guide of thought and action, arise principles from the results of research and action, the principle is permanent, general and every science has a principle that reflects the "essence" of the truth of the field of science. Principle is basic but it is not an absolute, the application means principles must take into specificaccount and changing circumstances. While muamalah means practice each other. In terms of muamalah divided in the narrow sense, is the rules of Allah swt that regulates human relationships with humans in an attempt to get the tools of his physical needs in a good way, in the broad sense muamalah is God Almighty that must be followed and obeyed in life of society to safeguard human interest in its affairs matters in wordsocial intercourse.

Abstract

History notes that a country has a high interest in the world of education, and then the country will have a higherexperience progress compared with other countries that subordinate the education problem. Innovation is defined as an idea, practice or object, is considered as something new by an individual, so that innovation can be viewed as an attempt to achieve a certain goal. Education inovation can be spread of some categories; 1) Invention, 2) Development, 3) Diffusion. While the characteristics of educational innovation are 1) Relative advantage, 2) Compatibility, 3) Testability, 4) Observability, 5) Complexity. The five characteristics are the concept maps as follows: 1) Reference advantages, benefits, beneficial user, economical, satisfaction user, 2) Complexity, compicated, and difficulty level, 3) Compatibility, the value of conformity, experience conformity, suitability, 4) Trialability, can be tested, move and fact. 5) Observability, can be observed, seen,and can be felt.

Abstract

Education is a process of the changeperson attitude or behaviorto mature human being through the effort of teaching implementation by sticking to the norm that has long been happened from young generation to next generation. Traditional education is synonymous with pesantren which the implementation is carried out in an informal way through takhassus approach, and regeneration. Islamic perspective of science comes from God. If there are differences between sense and revelation,Islamic thinkers will be more trustworthy and mandatory of the truthrevelationauthority than the result of sensing, because the truth of revelation is regarded as true and absolute truth. InIslamicClassical, education is devided into two categories: formal and informal institutions (kuttab, shuffauh, halaqoh, qushur, majlis and mosque and clerical house) and they have their own characteristics. The orientation of traditional education is to carry the sacred duty of spreading religion. Preserving the teachings of Islam, the Reaching of the Eucharist, Focused on Islamic Educational Science, teacher-centered Education, Traditional education system of learning, they still use halaqoh system, gather, group up afterwards forward one by one. This model of education is then used as capital to transform education; it means that the education quality is better than before.
