Tulisan ini menguraikan sejumlah realitas sosial yang masih menjadi problema sebagian umat Islam dan bangsa Indonesia, misalnya konflik sosial dengan beragam latar belakang, kemiskinan, dan disorientasi kehidupan. Juga diuraikan tentang kondisi riil pendidikan Islam yang belum mampu memberikan kontribusi ke arah perbaikan kondisi tersebut. Terakhir, tulisan ini menyarankan pentingnya pendidikan Islam mengambil bagian untuk mengembangkan potensi fitrah manusia menuju terbentuknya manusia paripurna, yakni manusia yang memiliki kesalehan spiritual dan kesalehan sosial.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dampak penggunaan permainan monopoli fisika berpoin pada model Learning Cycle 5E. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen menggunakan desain kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan pemberian tes awal dan tes akhir. Sampel diambil sebanyak dua kelas melalui metode purposive sampling sebanyak 35 peserta didik pada kelas kontrol dan 35 peserta didik pada kelas kontrol. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan intrumen tes penguasaan konsep dan dampaknya dianalisis menggunakan effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penguasaan konsep peserta didik pada kelas eksperiman berada pada kategori sedang, yaitu sebesar 0,4 yang artinya 18% penguasaan konsep peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh model Learning Cycle 5E berbantuan permainan monopoli fisika berpoin, sedangkan penguasaan konsep peserta didik pada kelas kontrol berada pada kategori rendah, yaitu sebesar 0,1 yang berarti model Learning Cycle 5E tanpa berbantuan permainan monopoli fisika berpoin hanya berpengaruh sebesar 1%. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan monopoli fisika berpoin pada model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E berpengaruh positif terhadapa penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik.

EQ dewasa ini menjadi faktor yang menentukan dalam menunjang keberhasilan seseorang. Intelegence Quotion (IQ) tidak lagi dianggap sebagai satu- satunya parameter kecerdasan dan kesuksesan. Konsep-konsep EQ banyak bermunculan di tengah khazanah keilmuan, tetapi konsep-konsep tersebut lebih banyak di dominasi oleh para pemikir barat, seperti Daniel Goleman, Peter dan Jack Mayer dan lain-lain.Tetapi konsep yang muncul dari pemikir-pemikir Islam masih jarang,terutama yang bersumber dari hasil kajian Al-Qur’an. Tulisan ini berusaha menemukan konsep EQ dengan meneliti ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an Menggunakan pendekatan kebahasan (sematic) dengan cara menelusuri munasabat (keterkaitan) ayat satu dengan yang lain. Penulis memulai dengan kata An-Nafs, sebagaimana ayat, kemudian dikorelasikan dengan kata lain yang serumpun yang mempunyai munasabat, yaitu kata: al-Lubb, al-hilm, al-hijr, an-nuhyah, ash-shu’ur, ar-ruh, al-‘aql, danal-qalb.

Penemuan-penemuan baru yang terdapat pada abad modern ini hasil buah dari pendidikan yang terus berkembang. Pada kenyataannya, pengetahuan yang dihasilkan dari proses pendidikan itu berdampak positif maupun negatif. Dalam konteks ini perlu dikedepankan pendidikan yang berwawasan metafisika, yaitu pendidikan yang mentrsansfer pengetahuan, sikap dan moral yang berwawasan masa depan. Wawasan masa depan ini dalam Islam lebih dekat dengan konsep “al-akhirah”. Yaitu pendidikan yang bertanggung jawab. Tulisan ini berupaya menguraikan pendidikan yang terkait metafisikan ditinjau dalam perspektif Islam. Ini disebabkan karena selama ini peranan metafisika dari sisi keilmuan diragukan. Orang meragukan adanya ilmu metafisika. Tetapi keraguan itu dijawab dengan dua hal. Pertama, bila metafisika ditolak, semua cabang filsafat mesti ditolak. Kedua, metafisika merupakan jawaban paling sistematis, paling luas dan paling dalam dari kehausan intelektual manusia.

Globalization is inevitable. Therefore, in order for Islamic education to be a role in the global community, Peru is observed and reconsidered the philosophy, theory, and curriculum of Islamic education today. The construct of future-minded Islamic education thinking needs to be directed at improving efforts to answer the problems of ontemporer life, and stick to the nlai-niai ajara al-Qur'an and Sunnah. The values and moral content of the Qur'an and sunnah must be transformed to students in the face of modern life in society. The strategic thing lies not only in the ability to respond to global change, but more importantly the ability to frame any change in the moral frame of the Qur'an and sunnah. Thus, the task of Islamic educational institutions is to integrate between religious subjects and secular subjects in the learning package. With the integration of science with islamic teaching values, it is no longer known the term religious science and general science but will be distinguished into sciences that concern tanziliyah verses and knowledge about kauniyah verses.

This study aims to explain the perspective of Carl R. Rogers, an initiator of the humanistic flow in learning Islamic Religious Education. In this study using the library research method or literature study. Research data obtained from the recording of books and journals. The object of study in this research is Carl R. Rogers' humanistic learning theory. The results of this study are in the form of a biography of a humanistic figure, Carl R. Rogers, understanding of Carl R. Rogers' perspective of humanism learning theory, the principles, weaknesses and strengths of humanism learning theory and its implications in learning Islamic Religious Education. The outline of this humanism learning theory is an educator, only as a facilitator whose job is to guide, ensure and supervise the learning process runs smoothly so that the transfer of knowledge runs optimally.

This paper describes some of Muslim’s social problems in Indonesia,as like, social conflicts have been caused by different backgrounds, proverty, and life dis-orientation. It also concerns about the real conditionthat Islamic education which has not been given the contribution more toward the improvement of the condition. Finally, this paper suggests the importance of Islamic education to imply the human nature potential development to create well-conduct of human beings, exactly the human of individual both the spritual piety and social concern.

Infrastructure can support a learning process, therefore management definitely requires maintenance of facilities in order to improve the quality of infrastructure at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Islamic boarding school. Infrastructure facilities explain maintenance which is currently in Islamic boarding schools as a learning tool and tool. media that must really be managed as well as possible, the aim of this research is to be able to find out the infrastructure used at the Ziayadatut Taqwa Islamic boarding school, the prohibition of Pamekasan shops in order to maintain existing infrastructure, this method uses qualitative because it is through an interview or Direct observation of the location using this qualitative method means that we can maintain the infrastructure at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Ban Tokol Pamekasan Islamic boarding school effectively and efficiently.

Student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Pamekasan 7 State Junior High School. To determine the effectiveness of using the Action Learning method and also to determine the increase in learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects. There are two main problems in this research, 1) What is the effectiveness of using the Action Learning method in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Pamekasan 7 State Junior High School? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for using the Action Learning method in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Pamekasan 7 State Junior High School? The research method used in this research is a qualitative method where the research results obtained are in the form of descriptive data, the data sources for this research are the school principal, PAI subject teachers, and also students. The data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method by reducing the data, presenting the data, and verifying the data obtained. The results of the research that the researchers have carried out are that in the learning process an experienced (professional) teacher is needed, in this case an experienced teacher is a teacher who is good at choosing a learning method and the effectiveness of using the Action Learning learning method in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Pamekasan 7 State Junior High School which is used by teachers in teaching, is effective because it makes students feel enthusiastic, not bored, and also not bored. This is proven by the students' sense of activity and high levels of enjoyment and enthusiasm in participating in learning and little by little there is improvement, this is proven from the results of observations and interviews with teachers and students. Meanwhile, the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in increasing learning motivation using the Action Learning method, seen from the supporting factors, can also be seen from adequate learning media (facilities and infrastructure), teacher motivation, and high interest in learning from students, while the inhibiting factors are lack of student awareness, students' tiredness, and lack of enthusiasm for learning from students.
