Abstract

The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of customer relationship management on eco-friendly marketing, customer relationship management on corporate sustainability, eco-friendly marketing on corporate sustainability, and customer relationship management on corporate sustainability through eco-friendly marketing. This research uses purposive sampling method in sample selection. The sample used is retail companies in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Total Sample is 84 respondents. The data collection method used is survey with questionnaire. The analysis techniques used is path analysis. The results show that customer relationship management has a positive and significant impact on eco-friendly marketing, customer relationship management has a positive and significant impact on corporate sustainability, eco-friendly marketing has a positive and significant impact on corporate sustainability, and eco-friendly marketing mediates the effect of customer relationship management on the corporate sustainability.

Abstract

In carrying out its activity, company requires capital since capital is a crucial element in a company. To gain such capital, company can apply several approaches such as issuing shares or by way of indebtedness to a third party. Those two strategies would bring consequences in form of dividend that is given to the stakeholder on the return of investment that has been invested. The purpose of this study is to test whether the company’s debt policy has an impact on the value of the company with the dividend policy as the intervening variable. This research method uses a quantitative approach while the data analysis used is path analysis to measure the effect of debt policy on dividend policy and its effect on company value. The results showed that the company's debt policy negatively affects the company's dividend policy, the debt policy has a positive impact on increasing the company's value and the dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on the company's value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on employee performance where job satisfaction and employee engagement are mediated variables. Research investigating social responsibility improves employee performance through job satisfaction and employee engagement. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The model is tested by using the outer model and inner model. A sample of 124 employees at PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Sungai Dua PKS in Pekanbaru, Riau. The results of research on social responsibility have a positive effect on employee performance, t count > Z score 1.96 worth 2.142 and p value <0.05 worth 0.033; In addition, job satisfaction mediates the relationship of social responsibility to employee performance, t statistics > Z score 1.96 worth 2.511 and p value <0.05 worth 0.012, while the indirect effect is t value > Z score 1.96 worth 2.419 and p value < 0.05 worth 0.016. Employee engagement mediates the relationship of social responsibility to employee performance, t value > Z score 1.96 worth 2.208 and p value < 0.05 worth 0.028, while the indirect effect is t value > Z score 1.96 worth 2.199 and p value < 0.05 is worth 0.028. The limitations of this study are the limited sample; Future research is expected to be carried out with a larger sample.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Penta helix collaboration strategy for SMEs in Ponorogo. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection through interviews, surveys, and observations. This study indicates that to develop sustainable SMEs, necessary to involve elements that play and contribute equally in developing the competitiveness of sustainable SMEs. Ponorogo needs to apply the Penta helix strategy in planning, implementing, and developing SMEs.  The strategies that need to be carried out by the Penta helix elements involved are 1) The Government of Ponorogo needs to provide training and business assistance on an ongoing basis and provide convenience for MSMEs in terms of business legality. 2) Academics play a role as companions for MSME development and resource persons in business managerial training, 3) The media plays an active and sustainable role in publicizing and promoting MSME products so that they can be known by the wider community. 4) The Ponorogo community can play a role in assisting the right marketing strategy according to the problems faced by each MSMEs, and are also active in consuming MSMEs products. 5) Industry and business people play a role as partners who foster MSME product opportunities in facing competition by collaborating in the fields of training, marketing and assisting in building partnership networks.

Abstract

This study will examine the link between intellectual capital and maqashid sharia performance as well as the moderating effects of cross-membership and gender diversity of the sharia supervisory board to improve the influence of intellectual capital on maqashid sharia performance. The secondary source of data for this study was the yearly financial statements listed in the Indonesian Financial Services Authority between 2008 and 2020. The data analysis method used in this inquiry was a panel data regression model. The analytical techniques employed in this work include descriptive statistical tests, preliminary tests, and hypothesis testing. According to the results of the three preliminary tests that were used to develop the panel data regression model, this study uses the random effect model in models 1 and 2 to evaluate the relationship between intellectual capital elements and maqashid sharia performance. Cross-membership and the gender of SSB women are moderating factors. The results of this study show that intellectual capital influences Indonesian Islamic Banks' performance following maqashid sharia positively. This suggests that making better use of intellectual capital can improve a company's maqashid sharia performance. Cross-membership has a negative impact on maqashid sharia's performance, demonstrating that it will hinder the board's ability to focus and function effectively, which will lead to a decrease maqashid sharia performance. The results of this study demonstrate that the average female representation on the sharia supervisory board is only 4% of the total samples, meaning that it cannot affect maqashid sharia performance. Therefore, the female gender of the sharia supervisory board has no impact on maqashid sharia performance. In this study, there was no empirical support for the claim that gender diversity and cross-membership on sharia supervisory boards may increase intellectual capital for maqashid sharia performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to gain understanding from a series of published scientific evidence studies that have been released with the problem of best practice management marketing studies to increase sales of green tourism in several developing countries. This study was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner by reviewing much scientific evidence that has been made public in national and international publications for data published in the last ten years. After getting the data, we review it under the phenomenological approach, where we look at the data, and the volume to answer problems that we believe can answer the problem with the principles of validity and high quality. After reviewing and discussing the findings, we can conclude that the findings include an understanding of green tourism, then the best steps in promoting green tourism by saving the environment but still from a business perspective for sustainability and profits. It is hoped that these findings will color similar studies in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of profitability and debt on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The companies that became the research sample were companies engaged in the manufacturing industry sector for five periods, from 2016 to 2020. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample selection technique used in this study was the purposive sampling technique. Test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) using eviews 12. The results showed that profitability significantly positively affects the firm's value. Meanwhile, the capital structure cannot affect the value of the firm. Dividends are not able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value. Dividends are also incapable of moderating the influence of the capital structure on firm value. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that profitability is a variable that needs to be considered for investors, companies and stakeholders interested in firm value.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 on the economy has a broad impact throughout Indonesia, the economy of each region is threatened coupled with worse regional conditions than before. This research examines the impact of Covid-19 on the income of Jepara furniture entrepreneurs with variable X capital, labor and raw materials and variable Y is income. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study were 88 respondents representing furniture entrepreneurs in Jepara. The results showed that the variables of capital and raw materials had a positive and significant effect on the income of Jepara furniture entrepreneurs. Whereas the Labor variable has no significant positive effect on the income of Jepara furniture entrepreneurs.
