Abstract

Abstrak: Research titled Influence Situational leadership style, Compensation, Environmental Working towards Motivation and Job Satisfaction on the Market Office of Jember Regency aims to analyze and determine the effect of Situational Leadership styles, Compensation, Environmental Working towards Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Market Agency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Revenue Lumajang. The research sample of 50 respondents, the method of accidental sampling. To know and analyze the influence of leadership style Situational, Compensation, Environmental Working towards motivation and job satisfaction of employees at the Market Office Jember while the method of analysis in this study were Path Analysis (Path Analysis) and the results of this study are variable leadership style Situational (X1) , Compensation (X2) and the Working Environment (X3) was significantly to variable Motivation (Z) and variable leadership style Situational (X1), compensation (X2) and the Working Environment (X3) was significantly to variable job satisfaction (Y), and Motivation ( Z) significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). With the research is expected to provide additional insight into the benefits of the development of science and consideration, contribute ideas or useful information for the Department of Revenue Lumajang for decision making. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of training and discipline and work environment on performance through employee morale at PT. Adira Finance in Jember. The variables in this study include X1 = effectiveness of the training, X2 = labor discipline, X3 = work environment as independent variables, Z = morale as an intervening variable and Y = performance as the dependent variable. The method of data analysis is the analysis of the path (path analysis) with a significance level (α) = 5%. Testing was conducted by using the classical assumption test and test hypotheses. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people. This study used a technique stratitifed proportionate random sampling (random sampling proportionally according to the stratification). The results show the effectiveness of training (X1), labor discipline (X2), and the work environment (X3), has a significant effect on morale (Z), the effectiveness of training (X1), labor discipline (X2), and the work environment (X3), has a significant effect on performance (Y), and morale (Z) has a significant effect on performance (Y). Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to find out the goverment expendicture against the absorption of labor in Jember Regency. The methodology used is based secondary data from various official sources whereas the sample used was for the period 2004-2013. Data analysis tools applied in this study is a method of \the trend analysis and bivariate Correlation. The results of the analysis of the obtained answers that the absorption of labor in Jember Regency will increase while the correlation between Jember Regency Government spending with the absorption of labor in Jember Regency is very strong and direct. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to examine the effect of service, price, process on trust and behavior of community reuse at Advocate in Jember Regency. Type of research with quantitative approach, sample 114 clients who need assistance 5 services advocate registered in PERADI Jember District. The analysis tool is data analysis model with Assumption Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Test. Result of research, that is: (1) service, price, and process have significant influence to public trust in Advokat in Jember Regency; (2) services, prices, and processes have a significant effect on the behavior of community reuse at Advocate in Jember District. workers, should be started from the standardization of competence and understanding of language and culture, objective and transparent certifications, strong commitment to the welfare of workers and adequate health insurance. In addition there should be strict rules related to discipline and commitment as well as the workers agreed rules related to piracy of labor and industrial relations in this case, the government became supervisor and perform kontrol. Some industries that should be prioritized to be developed in order to absorb the lokal workforce large enough and creating differentiation, the first is Agro Industries for processing agricultural products are abundant in East Java, such as tobacco, coffee, chocolate, seafood and horticulture. Secondly, processing industries, both made of metal, bamboo, stone, wood and other lokal minerals. The growth of processing industries will create new business units that will encourage a lot of new entrepreneurs. Therefore, a priority skill that should be given to the lokal force or labor force is the skill in the field of aquaculture, and processing, as well as plant management. The technology required to support the accelerated development of the industry, according to respondents apart Appropriate Technology (TTG) for people who will be the supplier (second layer) of the company, also advanced technologies that will get support from the government, because according to respondents, the lokal government must have some sort enterprises (incorporated district), which acts as the marketer of the products produced by the community, especially for the export market. Abstract

Abstract : This study aimed to analyze the significant influence of price, quality of service and quality of product to repeat purchases interest and customer satisfaction online shopping at University students Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo. This study uses a sample of consumers online shopping are students at the University Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo, sampling method used purposive sampling with the number of respondents is 184 people. Mechanical analysis using SEM. The results showed the quality of price and service quality significantly influence the buying interest, quality of service and product quality significantly influence customer satisfaction and product quality did not significantly affect the interest in the purchase, and the price does not significantly influence customer satisfaction online shopping. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of communication led to employee performance through motivation to work in the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM JemberDistrict. The research approach used in this study are quantitatively using explanatory research. This study population all civil servants Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Jember District with sampling technique using saturation sampling (census) with 38 respondents. Data analysis method used is the analysis of the path (Path Analysis). The test results and data analysis were performed with SPSS show that (1) leadership style influence directly and significantly on work motivation of employees, (2) communication leadership influence directly and significantly on work motivation of employees, (3) leadership style has no effect directly and significantly to the performance of employees, (4) communication led direct and significant impact on the performance of employees, (5) work motivation direct and significant impact on the performance of employees, (6) leadership style on employee performance positive and significant impact through work motivation employees, (7) communication led to employee performance through a positive and significant impact employee motivation at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Jember District. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence and personality on the performance of employees. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Jember Branch. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 41 respondents. The data were processed by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of t test, it is known that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had no effect on performance Employees, while the personality effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence did not affect the performance of employees Because the dominant respondents is male. While spiritual intelligence had no effect because the age of dominant respondents diverged between 20-40 years. Results showed that emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and personality variables simultaneously affect the employees’ performance.
