Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of communication led to employee performance through motivation to work in the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM JemberDistrict. The research approach used in this study are quantitatively using explanatory research. This study population all civil servants Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Jember District with sampling technique using saturation sampling (census) with 38 respondents. Data analysis method used is the analysis of the path (Path Analysis). The test results and data analysis were performed with SPSS show that (1) leadership style influence directly and significantly on work motivation of employees, (2) communication leadership influence directly and significantly on work motivation of employees, (3) leadership style has no effect directly and significantly to the performance of employees, (4) communication led direct and significant impact on the performance of employees, (5) work motivation direct and significant impact on the performance of employees, (6) leadership style on employee performance positive and significant impact through work motivation employees, (7) communication led to employee performance through a positive and significant impact employee motivation at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Jember District. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sosial dengan mediasi kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Jember. Fenomena penelitian ini adalah semakin meningkatnya minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dengan adanya program kewirausahaan dari Universitas Jember seperti program mahasiswa wirausaha, pelatihan kewirausahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling sebanyak 105 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung dari masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh melalui mediasi kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of burnout, workload, and work-life balance on the performance of employees at Bank Jatim Jember. The variables used in this study are burnout, workload, work-life balance, and performance. The population in this study is all employees who worked at Bank Jatim Jember 58 respondents. The sampling technique used is census sample technique because the population is less than 100 people, then all populations are used as samples, the sample is 58 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that burnout and workload have a negative and significant influence on employee performance, while the work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the Effect of Budgeting Participation and Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance with Organizational Culture Intervening Variables in Bondowoso Regency Government. This research was conducted to examine the factors that can support managerial performance in budgeting. The focus of this research is on the Bondowoso district government by using a sampling technique that is carried out using a questionnaire. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a theoretical study of the factors that affect managerial performance. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Budgeting Participation has an effect on Managerial Performance in Bondowoso Regency Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), 2) Budgetary Participation has an effect on Organizational Culture of personnel in Bondowoso Regency Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), 3) Organizational Committees have an effect on on Managerial Performance in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) Bondowoso Regency, 4) Organizational Committees affect the Organizational Culture of personnel in Bondowoso Regency Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), 5) Organizational Culture affects Managerial Performance in Bondowoso Regency Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeskplorasi pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan karena tenaga kependidikan merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia pada perguruan tinggi yang memiliki peran dalam menjalankan dan membantu pelaksanaan Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pra penelitian pada tahun 2020 ditemukan beberapa permasalahan dalam kinerja tenaga kependidikan diantaranya 45% datang terlambat, 23,5% belum disiplin melakukan presensi di fingerprint dan SIMPEG. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert melalui google form, populasi dan sampel penelitian ini merupakan sampel jenuh yakni 120 tenaga kependidikan dan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima yakni persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember.

Abstract

This research includes explanatory research because it is intended to measure and analyze the presence or absence of influence of job satisfaction factors and organizational support for work motivation and teacher performance at SMK Private Sumbersari District Jember. Analyzer used in this research is path analysis. This is so that researchers can analyze the direct influence of each variable studied. The variables used are job satisfaction variable and organizational support as independent variable affecting work motivation variable as intervening and teacher performance as dependent variable. In this research the population is a teacher at SMK Swasta Sumbersari District Jember a number of 49 people consisting of 13 people as a teacher SMK Trunojoyo, 26 people as a teacher SMK Kartini and 10 people as teachers SMK Muh.Sroedji. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated or census sampling, where all members of the population are sampled.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment toward employee’s performance through job satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk and also to understand about direct and indirect effect all variables. This study used path analysis. The population of this research is all employees of officer-L5 Bank Mandiri Area Jember totaling 70 people. The sample in this research is 70 employees. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Transformational leadership has a direct impact on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees in Area Jember. Organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational culture directly affects the performance of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees in Area Jember. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on the performance. Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in the business world has an impact on the business sector that continues to develop and innovate. In this case, it is necessary to have good human resource management because the activities carried out in a company are measured by the productivity of the employees involved in completing the work. This study aims to analyze the effect of skills, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee productivity. The population of this study were all employees of Rumah Batik TatsakaBanyuwangi, totaling 32 employees. The research data used primary data and secondary data. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a t-test which basically showed the partially significant effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results obtained indicate that the variables of skills, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi global saat ini menuntut organisasi untuk menerapkan praktek-praktek manajemen yang berorientasi pada terciptanya good corporate governance maka diperlukan sistem pengelolaan perusahaan yang melibatkan seluruh komponen perusahaan khususnya komponen sumber daya manusia. Peran sumber daya manusia merupakan peran strategis dan merupakan sumber daya strategis organisasi, sedangkan knowledge management digunakan untuk mengubah sumber daya manusia sehingga memiliki keunggulan dalam pengelolaan good corporate governance. Keberhasilan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berhubungan dengan knowledge management karena keduanya mencakup aktivitas intelektual dari penciptaan pengetahuan hingga menggerakan pengetahuan dalam mewujudkan tanggung jawab, kesetaraan, keterbukaan, .kemandirian dan akuntabilitas dalam prinsip good corporate governance.
