Abstract

  Administrative services mail at ISI Padangpanjang still use the procedures manual by recording the letter into an agenda book, followed by the processing stages of each leader to leader next, this process is done manually by the staff of managers by delivering direct mail to any room leaders and stakeholders, so that the effectiveness of the service is not optimal. Under these conditions made a management information system based mail web using the programming language PHP with MySQL database, the system is built with a user interface design that allows users, processing a letter centered on a database, so that the flow of execution and processing letter will be more quickly and precisely, with The processing system built at ISI Padangpanjang letters of administration will be more effective and can save paper usage. Keywords: Information Systems, PHP, database, MySQL, mail processing

Abstract

Adhesives ( adesive ) is a very important material in the plywood industry, the amount of adhesives commonly used in the industry is an adhesive containing chemicals Urea formaldehyde . Urea Formaldehyde is a chemical compound which, when exposed to heat slightly will cause emissions which produce toxic gases that can pollute the air and cause health problems , can cause respiratory irritation and may even cause cancer .As a substitute for urea formaldehyde can be used natural materials containing tannin , tannin is widely available in a variety of plants , tannin present in the stems , bark , leaves and roots of plants. Manufacture of plywood adhesive of the leaf lamtoro besides environmentally friendly , can also increase the economic value of the leaves lamtoro .The process of making plywood adhesive of the leaf lamtoro by means of extraction with water at a temperature of 70 ° C for 2-5 hours , the adhesive quality test results are as follows : pH 6.8 ; Viscosity (thickness ) 1973.72 cps , density 1.0761 g / ml ; Test appearance ( color adhesive greenish brown , the smell is not overpowering ; does not appear any other materials that affect the adhesive ; content of 21.77 % solids ; gelatinasi time 39 minutes ; strong bonding strength ; the shelf life of one month. The cost of production of plywood adhesives of leaves lamtoro Rp.20.788.322 - with a production capacity of 1100 kg , in order to obtain the production cost of Rp.18 898,- /kg sticking plywood of leaves lamtoro . Keywords: Adhesives, Leaf lamtoro, manufacturing process, quality, cost of production.

Abstract

Andaliman is a typical seasoning plant of Sumatra which can be used as a flavouring traditional Batak (arsik) and other derivative products such as crackers, bandrek which have a taste of andaliman. One process that is passed so that Andaliman can be used as a seasoning and other product is drying process. Generally, andaliman drying is done by solar power or dryer. The current condition at the UMKM of Taman Eden 100 is the length of time of drying and limited capacity so that it is unable to meet the demand of arsik instant flavor. This research was conducted by applying the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method through a questionnaire distributed to owners and workers at the UMKM to determine the desirable desiccant needs. The results of the QFD are mapped into the House of Quality which is expected to be a picture of the new dryer. From this HOQ, it is produced that the user wants a dryer with a larger capacity than before which has a heat control device so that the heat is evenly distributed in the drying chamber. The aroma of andaliman also remains even though the water content in dry andaliman has decreased.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, internet sudah menjadi kebutuhan seharihari. Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang menuntut suatu sistem pengujian yang efisien, efektif, dan mampu melaksanakan pengujian secara cepat dan tepat, diharapkan semua kendala yang biasanya ditemui oleh guru dan siswa pada pada saat pelaksanaan prose pembelajaran, seperti guru atau sisa yang berhalangan hadir dan penyampaian matei secara keseluruhan, dapat dikurangi dengan dibuatnya sistem pembelajaran online atau dikenal dengan E-Learning.Dalam penelitian ini dibuat salah satu sistem pembelaaran online, dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai basis data.Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan mempermudah pengguna untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar jarak jauh.

Abstract

The study desk and chair is a very important supporting tool in the implementation of teaching and learning. To anticipate the existence of unsuitable between table and chair with student body size, it will be designed to build desk and chairs study ergonomically in accordance with the size of the human body. So the purpose of the research of this task ahir is to make ergonomic desk design and chair and know the costs incurred to make ergonomic desk and chair learning.The result of this research is the new study table and chair made of iron pipe and has 37cm holder width,39cm holder length,overall seat height 90cm,43cm seat height,74cm overall seat lengt, 55x42cm table width, 39x37cm bookcase,16cm tall bookcase, 13x37cm footstool, 23cm high footing, foam backrest and 7cm holder. As for the total cost of making desks and chairs studied this final result is Rp.815.500.

Abstract

Daerah penelitian (PT NAL) terletak di Desa Salak, Kecamatan Talawi, Kota Sawahlunto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kuat tekan batuan dan waktu stand-up yang diperlukan dalam perencanaan penggalian dan pemasangan dukungan penambangan bawah tanah di PT. NAL. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi lapangan dan pengujian laboratorium. Metode pemecahan masalah dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada klasifikasi massa batuan dari Bienalwski (1973) Sistem Nilai Massal Batu atau RMR yang terdiri dari kekuatan tekan UCS, jarak diskontinuitas, Rock Quality Designation (RQD), kondisi solid, kondisi air tanah dan orientasi pemegatan. Hasil analisis kekuatan uji kuat tekan batuan utuh, terlihat bahwa batuan terowongan memiliki nilai UCS 8,835 Mpa (lemah) untuk batu pasir, 13.367 Mpa (lemah) untuk batu lanau dan 4,620 Mpa (sangat lemah) untuk batubara. Berdasarkan sifat fisik, diketahui bahwa setiap batuan memiliki nilai porositas yang rendah. Analisis geomekanik memberikan nilai tertimbang Rock Mass Rating (RMR) dengan kualitas massa batuan kelas II (rock baik) untuk tiga jenis massa batuan. Analisis menggunakan grafik waktu stand-up, lamanya batu dapat menahan self-stress tanpa stand-up time untuk batupasir ± 2500 jam (3 bulan 12 hari) dengan bentang 8 m, batu lanau ± 2000 jam (2 bulan 21 hari ) dengan bentang 8 m dan batu bara ± 5000 jam (6 bulan 27 hari) dengan rentang 6,8 m.

Abstract

Archive is defined as a place to storage important scripts or documents. In general, archive is a form of  writing in form of document in any media that has a historical value or liability so that can be stored. Manual letter archive system and not systematic report logs cause searching the document difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, it is necessary to design an application to help the head of the study program in search of reports of letters in and out.

Abstract

Perkembangan karakter dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMPN 26 Padang masih belum sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) adalah salah satu tipe pembelajaran kooperatif yang diperkirakan dapat meningkatkan karakter dan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntukmelihatbagaimana perkembangan karakterdan hasil belajar matematikasiswakelasVII SMPN 26 Padang tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Abstract

PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia (CCAI) is a company engaged in the manufacture of soft drinks agro-industry. In the process of production of PT. CCAI has decreased the amount of production in 2013. To overcome this problem, researchers interested in more depth about the function of the simplex method for optimal production quantities and the maximum income that can be obtained by PT. CCAI.Simplex method is a method of solving problems through recalculation linear program (iteration) which measures the same calculation is repeated many times before the optimum solution is achieved. Simplex method is used to solve the case with many decision variables. In this study, the calculation of the simplex method using software lingo10, variable objective function simplex method in this study is the selling price of the product, raw material concentrates, sugar raw materials, raw materials and raw materials CO2 syrup. From the calculations have been done obtained optimal production quantities which produces Coca Cola 295ml many as 440547.8 crates / year, as many as 44604.35 crates Sprite 295ml / 220ml Frestea year and as many as 464847.8 crates / year so thatthe maximum income to be obtained by the company amounted to USD 2.235097 billion.Keywords: production, simplex method, revenue, software lingo10
