Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, capital structure, and profitability on the firm value of Construction and Buildings Sector Companies. Liquidity measured by current ratio, capital structure measured by debt to equity ratio, profitability measured by the return on equity and firm value measured by price earning ratio. The sample used in this research is 8 companies with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression model. The results show that partially current ratio has no effect on the price earning ratio, while the debt to equity ratio have a negative effect on firm value. And profitability have a positive effect on firm value. Simultaneously the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity affect to the firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Lean Hospital simulations using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method at the Outpatient Unit at Mutiara Hati Hospital, Pagaden, Kab. Subang. This research was conducted to identify waste activities in the work process in the outpatient unit and to analyze the Value Stream Map of the outpatient unit.The observation method in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods. Observation, interviews, literature studies, field studies, and documentation carry out data collection techniques. The analysis technique used in this study used the Visio software version and CorelDraw.The research results on activities during the outpatient unit process found waste, so the PEC (process cycle efficiency) value was less than 30%. Proposed improvements using Lean Hospital to minimize waste or waste in outpatient units are carried out by reducing waiting time.Keywords: Lean Hospital; Value Stream Mapping (VSM).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak harga, preferensi konsumen, dan kualitas produk terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling) oleh pemilik Aur Kuning Bukittinggi, Sanjai Sil. Data primer dikumpulkan dari responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS 16 menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis T dan F menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (X1, X2, X3) memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan konsumen/Y). Namun, nilai X3 melebihi batas yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu Sig>0,05 dengan nilai 0,87. Artinya, X3 tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Y), seperti terlihat pada nilai Sig > 0,05.

Abstract

E commerce transactions in Indonesia in 2022 reached 476 trillion and in 2018 only 105 trillion, indicating that the e commerce market share continues to increase. Competition between expedition service companies aims to retain consumers. this study examines the effect of service quality and experiential marketing on repurchase intentions through satisfaction as an intervening variable. this research was conducted at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) serang city. using quantitative methods using primary data obtained by filling out questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 2,800 people is an average of every month consumers who send packages. With the number of samples in this study as many as 170 samples. The analytical tool used in this research is the SmartPLS Version 4.0.9.2 program. These results indicate that satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between service quality and experiential marketing on repurchase intentions. With the position of the mediation variable partial mediation. This study reveals that service quality and experiential marketing have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intentions at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Serang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand personality on brand loyalty with brand trust as an intervening variable. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all Uwais Hijab customers in Cilegon. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples used as many as 125 samples. Data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that brand personality has a positive but not significant effect on brand loyalty, brand personality has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, consumer brand engagement has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, consumer brand engagement has an effect positive and significant towards brand trust, and brand trust mediate the relationship between brand personality and brand loyalty in a positive and significant way.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profit Sharing Rates, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Inflation Rates on Total Mudharabah Deposits at Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2017-2022 period. Using quantitative research methods with research locations at Islamic Commercial Banks. Sampling using purposive sampling with a total of 60 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing by means of the t test (partial) and the F test (simultaneous). Tests in this study used SPSS 26. The results showed that the Profit Sharing Rate had a positive and significant effect on Total Mudharabah Deposits with a tcount of 3.338 > ttable value of 1.673, FDR had a negative and significant effect on Total Mudharabah Deposits with tcount -2.527 > ttable value of 1.673, and the inflation rate has no significant effect on total mudharabah deposits with a tcount of 1.528 <1.673. Simultaneously, the Profit Sharing Rate, FDR, and the Inflation Rate affect the Total Mudharabah Deposits with Fcount 219.241 > Ftable 2.77. Then, based on the Adjusted R Square result of 0.769, it shows that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 76.9%, the remaining 23.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti model bisnis perusahaan tur dan travel yang fokus pada pengalaman liburan edukatif di wilayah Bromo. Dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik Gass Bromo, penelitian ini mengungkap beberapa aspek penting dari operasional bisnis tur dan travel pasca pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model bisnis baru bagi tur dan travel ke bromo pasca pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretif. Informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dari Gass Bromo (Bisnis Tur dan Travel). Temuan utama penelitian ini adalah segmentasi pelanggan untuk Gass Bromo adalah pelanggan usia 18-30 tahun dan lokasi di Malang Raya, nilai tambah dari pengalaman liburan dengan Gass Bromo adalah juga memberikan edukasi, Gass Bromo juga harus melakukan penyesuaian terus-menerus dalam saluran distribusi, serta hubungan yang akrab dengan pelanggan melalui berbagai media komunikasi yakni Instagram dan Whatsapp. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian berikutnya meliputi penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap preferensi pelanggan serta pengaruh kemitraan bisnis tur dan travel dengan platform online.
