Abstract

This research is due to the decreasing of cargo dry service in Cigading port which caused high queue and potency to make customers move to other port. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and customer relationship management on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable. The study was conducted on 30 companies of Cargo Dry service users in Port Cigading with the number of sample units taken as many as 60 respondents. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The result of hypothesis test shows that there is positive and significant influence of service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, there is positive and significant influence of CRM to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and no influence of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not prove to be an intervening between service quality and CRM to customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of employees training and achievement motivation on employees performance. Also to determine whether the employees competence mediates employees training and achievement motivation on employees performance in PDAM Lebak. This study uses a quantitative and descriptive approach, using research methods causality. This study was conducted in PDAM Lebak. Samples are 71 respondents and the data were analyzed using WarpPLS. The results of this study show that: 1). employees training is influential positive and significant on employee’s performance, 2). achievement motivation is influential positive and significant on employee’s performance, 3). employees training is influential positive and significant on the competence, 4). achievement motivation is influential positive and significant on the competence, 5). employee’s competence is influential positive and significant on employee performance. Competence partially mediate between employees training and achievement motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and ownership structure on firm value with capital structure as intervening variable. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in 2012-2016 with the number of samples taken 13 companies. Data were analyzed using intervening regression and sobel test. Pursuant to result of research known profitability have positive and significant effect to firm value, managerial ownership structure have negative and significant effect to firm value, profitability have negative significant effect to capital structure, ownership structure have negative and significant effect to capital structure and capital structure have positive and significant influence to firm value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, Job insecurity, terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Cogindo Daya Bersama - PLTU Banten 2 Labuan. Untuk menguji masalah, kuisioner disebarkan kepada responden sebanyak 90 sampel. Data yang terkumpul di analisis dengan program smartPLS adalah pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung (intervening). Hasil penelitian ini kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Job insecurity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, Job insecurity tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Untuk kepuasan kerja memediasi sebagian vaiabel kompensasi untuk turnover intention dan bukan mediasi ketidakamanan kerja terhadap turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk as seen from the financial ratios. In this study, the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk and its industry is measured using financial ratios in the form of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used are secondary data from the financial statements of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk for the period 2014 to 2019.

Abstract

This paper is to answer the relationship between work attachment and job security to turnover intentions that are intervened by job satisfaction at the Operations Center Division of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Headquarters. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship between work engagement and job security on turnover intentions intervened by job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research with data analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data processing using SmartPLS 3.0. The population in this study were 175 employees with a sample of 75 respondents using random sampling techniques. The result of this study is that there is no insignificant negative influence between job involvement and job satisfaction on turnover intention. However, there is a negative and significant influence between job security on turnover intention. In addition, job involvement and job security have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari penurunan realisasi omzet penjualan dan penurunan penjualan pada UMKM Gerabah Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) perajin gerabah di Desa Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui inovasi produk sebagai variabel intervening, dimana belum tersentuh dari perajin Gerabah di Desa Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini  adalah menggunakan simple random sampling. Dengan teknik pengambilan data primer melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sample pada penelitian ini adalah 100 perajin dari populasi sebanyak 130 perajin UMKM gerabah pemilik, pengelola, pemilik dan pengelola di Desa Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Analsis Struktural Model Of Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan mengunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil Penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan secara parsial terhadap inovasi produk dan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif ke kinerja pemasaran. Hasil Analisa Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan SmartPLS 3.0, diketahui bahwa orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi produk dengan koefisien parameter sebesar 0,224 dan 0,247. Inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan koefisien parameter sebesar 0,519, dimana selanjutnya inovasi produk berperan sebagai variabel mediasi parsial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of organizational culture and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction to improve employee performance. This research consist of four variables, there are two independent variables (exogen), one dependent variable (endogen), and one intervening variable. The two independent variables are organizational culture and extrinsic motivation. Whereas, the dependent variable is employee performance and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The sample used in this research are 100 employees at DLH Kab. Serang. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed with SEM (Structural Equation Model) technique by using SmartPLS software. In this research, there are five hypotheses and all of them are accepted. Organizational culture have positive and significant effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance, organizational culture have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, extrinsic motivation have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Competitive quality of products and services requires marketers to be able to provide some quality products and satisfactory service. This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction by taking samples of 93 customers Muamalah savings sampling technique. Research data in the analysis using SEM-PLS method. Based on the result of research shows that service quality has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, product quality has positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, service quality has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, product quality has positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has positive effect significant to customer loyalty.
