his study analyzes the effect of integrated marketing communication variables on brand equity to improve marketing performance. This research was conducted at Sekolah TinggiIlmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bina Bangsa Banten. Based on the results of the literature review there is a positive influence on brand equity and marketing performance and this is supported by integrated marketing communication variables such as the use of appropriate advertising media, the application of good personal sales, the promotion of appropriate sales and effective direct marketing. Thus there are seven hypotheses proposed: This research uses 108 questionnaires collected from STIE Bina Bangsa Banten as the sample. The questionnaire data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool in AMOS 22.0program to test the causality relationship of the proposed hypotheses. The results of data analysis show that the research model has a good fit/fit and all research hypotheses can be proven. The test of the proposed hypothesis shows the result that all hypotheses have met the specified condition of CR> 2.00 with probability (p)) <0.05. The conclusion is that advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and direct marketing have a positive effect on brand equity and the brand equity has a positive effect on marketing performance, and advertising and direct marketing have a positive effect on marketing performance. This study provides some limitations of the research and future research agenda that can be done as further research.

In the middle of a fluctuating and competitive economic climate, the industrial sector plays a very important role in supporting the economic life of a country. As an effort to provide initial information on the condition of a company, the bankruptcy prediction model is calculated. This information will be very useful for investors (shareholders) and company management. This study took a sample of the chemical sub-sector manufacturing industry which is highly dependent on fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar as seen from the origin of imported raw materials and has the aim of implementing the bankruptcy score calculation, testing the consistency of previous research results, conducting different tests from the model and determining the best prediction model. Through the comparative analysis research method using the paired sample t-test, it is concluded that there are significant differences from each of the prediction models used and through two approaches, namely the comparison of calculated scores between the research period before 2019 and in 2019 with an approach based on the auditor's opinion. independent of the financial statements obtained the best model results is the prediction model Zmijewski and Grover. For further research, it can be developed by increasing the number of research samples and a more modern prediction model

Aims of this studi is to measure the relationship of Extrinsic Motivation, Physical Work Environment, Employee Job Satisfaction (as intervening variable) and Employee Performance. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used with tools or software SmartPLS. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used with tools or software using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the mediation effect that the VAF value of 0.854 is categorized as full mediation and the effect is positive, its means that Extrinsic Motivation had influence on Employee Performance throught Job Satisfaction. The results showed that Extrinsic Motivation has not been able to improve Employee Performance directly, but if Extrinsic Motivation of employees increased and able to influence Employee Satisfaction then indirectly improve Employee Performance. On the other hand, the results of the mediation calculation showed that the Physical Work Environment has not been able to improve Employee Performance directly, but if the Physical Work Environment increases and is able to influence Job Satisfaction Employee then indirectly improve Employee Performance. Its means that the improvement of Employee Performance must be through Job Satisfaction first. Theoretically, this model is a full mediation, where the relationship between Physical Work Environment directly to Employee Performance has no effect, but the relationship between Physical Work Environment to Job Satisfaction and from Job Satisfaction to Employee Performance is significant.

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on company value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013 to 2017. By using the Pulic’s-Value Added Intellectual Coefficients (VAIC) Model, this study examines the relationship between intellectual capital (VAIC) to firm value (PBV) and managerial ownership (MO) as a moderating variable. This study’s population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the purposive sampling method, the sample used was 9 companies. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hypothesis testing uses t statistics to test the effect of variables partially with a level of significance of 5%. In addition, a classic assumption test was carried out which included normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a significant effect on the positive direction of firm value. This study also proves that there is no significant effect of managerial ownership in the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value

The purpose of this research to know influence compensation, non physical working area, transformational leadership to employee performance with achievement motivation as intervening variable. Independent variable in this research are compensation (X3), non physical working area (X2), transformational leadership (X1), intervening and dependent variable is achievement motivation, dependent variabel is employee performance. This research is held in Operation & Maintenance Division PT Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon Banten. Sample are 129 respondents. The primary data were collected using a quesionnaire that consist of statement list and analyzed with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with help of SmartPLS statistics software. Seven hypotheses contructed in this research there were five hyphotheses are accepted, Compensation is influential positive and significant on employees performance(1). Compensation is influential positive and significant on achievement motivation(2). Non physical working area is influential positive and significant on employees performance(3). Non physical working area s influential positive and significant on achievement motivation(4). Achievement motivation is influential positive and significant on employees performance(5). While two others hypotheses is rejected, Transformational Leadership is influential positive but not significant on employees performance(1). Transformational Leadership is influential positive but not significant on achievement motivation(2).The largest constribution to Employee Performace comes from Non physical working area.

This research was conducted at Bappeda Banten Provincial Government. The phenomenon that occurs is the performance generated employees have not met the overall performance standards set. This may be influenced by unsuitable discipline and workload, which may impact employee job satisfaction in carrying out its duties and responsibilities as an employee. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of discipline, workload and job satisfaction on employee performance and job satisfaction as intervening variable. Sample used eighty people, data collected by questionnaire instrument, measurement using likert scale. The developed instrument tests the level of validity with convergent validity and discriminant validity. Estimates of instrument reliability using composite reliability. Data analysis to answer the problem of research and hypothesis test using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square program (PLS). The research findings means that the overall employee performance is influenced by work discipline variables, workload, job satisfaction and the rest by other variables outside the research model. The result of the research indicates that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work load has a significant negative effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, workload negatively significant to job satisfaction, job satisfaction successfully mediate the influence of work discipline on employee performance and job satisfaction successfully mediate the effect of workload on employee performance

Work family conflict is one of the problem that must be faced by employees. This conflict occurs because the working hours and workload which is owned by an employee is too dense, so that all the attention and mind too on one role only.which in turn leads to the employee turnover intention.This study aims to explore the effect of work-family conflict and Organizational commitment , job satisfaction and turnover intention PT. Tomo & Son. The sample in this study were 91 employees of the PT.Tomo & Son. The data collection technique used was questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares).The results showed that: (1) work-family conflict have negative effects significantly to job satisfaction; (2) Organizational commitment have positive effects significantly to job satisfaction; 3) work-family conflict have positive effects significantly to turnover intention; 4) Organizational commitment no have negative effects significantly to turnover intention (5) job satisfaction have negative effects significantly to turnover intention

Human capital is very important and crucial. Its existence can encourage a faster acceleration in a country's economic growth. This research was conducted to study the determinants of human capital in the context of provinces in Indonesia, which consists of per capita GRDP, availability of per capita deposits, per capita health sector budget realization, and per capita education budget realization during the period 2015 to 2019. Human capital is calculated using the average years of schooling and the expected years of schooling which are formulated in an education index as the UNDP's education index formula in estimating human capital. The findings of this research are that human capital in the current year is positively and significantly affected by per capita GRDP, per capita health sector budget realization, and per capita education budget realization. Also affected positively but not significantly by the availability of savings per capita. This research is useful for policymakers in Indonesia, especially provincial and district / city governments to continuously increase per capita GRDP, realization of per capita health sector budget, and realization of per capita education sector budget to increase human capital in their respective regions

Today's steel industry is very competitive competition. Therefore, each company is required to improve the quality and make the right business strategy to improve company performance. This study aims to clarify the effect of occupational safety and the working environment of the job performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Krakatau Posco. Cilegon Banten. The study was conducted by taking samples using non-probability sampling technique, which is a technique that does not provide opportunities or equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected into the sample. While the technique of taking informants using purposive sampling technique is a technique for determining sample with some specific considerations that aim that the data obtained will be more representative. Collecting respondent data obtained from 90 employees of PT. Krakatau Posco Cilegon, with a questionnaire consisting of questions and statements. Respondents' answers to questions and statements were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the answers were analyzed with methods of data analysis techniques Partial Least Square using version SmartPLS 2.0.m3. The analysis showed that the effect of occupational safety on job satisfaction is positive and significant. Furthermore, that the effect on job satisfaction working environment that is positive and significant. Occupational safety and influence on the performance of the work that is positive and significant. And the influence of the working environment on the performance of the work as well as a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on job performance positively and significantly.

This paper discusses analyzing the significance of managerial ownership and profitability on firm value, analyzing the significance of the effect of profitability on firm value on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-208. The sample used in this study were 72 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018, consisting of several industrial sectors. The results of the research that tested the first hypothesis obtained that there was no influence of managerial ownership on firm value (rejected), the second hypothesis was obtained that there was a positive and significant effect of profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies (accepted), the third hypothesis obtained that there was no effect of debt policy on firm value ( rejected), the fourth hypothesis is obtained. There is no effect of managerial ownership on debt policy (rejected), the fifth hypothesis is obtained. There is a positive and significant effect. on profitability towards debt policy (rejected), the sixth hypothesis is obtained that there is no influence of managerial ownership on firm value with debt policy mediated (rejected) and the seventh hypothesis is obtained that there is an effect of profitability on firm value. by mediating debt policies in Manufacturing Companies in 2015-2015 (accepted).
