The objective of these researches are to know how implementation of Leadership and Workers Involvement Influence on Service Performance at UPTD office sub-district Puskesmas DTP Ciruas Serang District. This research used quantitative method by using descriptive research and causal research. Data from the 3 variables were analyzed by using SPSS 16.00 program. The number of samples used in this study were 52 respondents.  Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that there is no leadership program and employee involvement, the value of service performance of 2.162 units. The leadership regression coefficient (0.441) means that if the leadership program is increased by 1 unit, then the service performance will increase by 0.441 units. Leadership regression coefficient of (0.538) means that if the leadership condition is increased by 1 unit then the service performance will increase by 0.538 units. Result of hypothesis test where Fcount> Ftable (68,762> 3,194). With a real level of 5% which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This indicates that the leadership and the involvement of workers significantly influence the service performance at UPTD office sub-district Puskesmas DTP Ciruas Serang District.

This research examines and discovers the influence of profitability on firm value and capital structure as mediating effect at automotive and component companies which are listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2015 with 12 companies as total samples. This study using path analysis to solve the problem with the help of SPSS 24. Generally unsatisfied customers will convey bad experiences to others and it will cause big losses for the company. This study aims to improve customer loyalty through service quality and corporate image mediated by customer satisfaction. The research used SEM-PLS method which was done on 100 BSM customers in KCP Pandeglang using accidental sampling technique. The result of the research shows that service quality has positive and significant influence to customer loyalty, corporate image has no effect to customer loyalty, service quality has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, corporate image has positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction, and satisfaction has positive and significant impact to customer loyalty. The purpose of this research to know influence intrinsic motivation,  transformational leadership on discipline to improve employee performance. Independent variable in this research is intrinsic motivation and transformational leadership, the dependent variable is employee performance, and the intervening variable is discipline. This research is held in Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Serang. The sample is 75 (seventy-five) respondents. The primary data were collected using a questioner that consist of a statement list and analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) using SmartPLS statistic software. Five hypotheses constructed in this research there were forth hypotheses are accepted, intrinsic motivation is influential positive and significant on discipline, transformational leadership is influential positive and significant on discipline, transformational leadership is influential positive and significant on employee performance, and discipline is influential positive and significant one employee performance. There is a change in Perpres 54/2010 to Perpres 16/2018 which adds to the burden of the Commitment Making Officers (PPK), to support the addition of the PPK workload and the principles of procurement are fulfilled, the Lebak Regency Government innovates the procurement namely the process of increasing the performance of PPK in an effort to fulfill the principles of procurement with the support of internal services and electronic services through the e-Procurement information system. This study aims to determine the effect of in procurement innovation on PPK Performance by mediation of Employee Empowerment and User Satisfaction. This research was conducted in the Lebak Regency Government. The sample used was 86 respondents. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a statement and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS software. Of the five hypotheses in this study, there are four hypotheses that are accepted and one hypothesis that is rejected. Employee Performance PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera in 2016 does not match the company target as stated in Work Plan and Corporate Budget (RKAP) year 2016. It can be caused by Employee Competency factor which still not yet reached the competency gap and Working Environment of company located in working area of port. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Employee Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance through work motivation as intervening variable. With the implementation of this research is expected to provide theoretical benefits for academics and practical for PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera. This research method uses quantitative method by using deductive way of thinking, that is seeing pattern which is common to special. To achieve the expected research target, the researcher collected primary data with questionnaire technique of semantic differential to 83 respondents and data analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. Employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bojongdatar in 2019 decreased compared to previous years, this indicates that the employee's performance has not been maximized. This can be caused by the ineffective factor of realization of financial compensation. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the realization of financial compensation on employee performance through the level of discipline and job satisfaction as intervening variables. This research method uses quantitative methods using causality, which is looking for explanations in the form of a cause-and-effect relationship between several concepts or variables, the researcher collects primary data using a proportional random sampling technique in which the minimum sample size is multiplied by the number of indicators in this study the minimum sample size is measured. taken are 6 x 17 = 102 respondents and data analysis techniques with software Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi green marketing dan pengetahuan lingkungan secara langsung terhadap minat beli, serta pengaruh tidak langsung dari strategi green marketing dan pengetahuan lingkungan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli sebagai variabel intervening. Data dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini melalui metode kuesioner terhadap 88 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria member Tupperware yang tinggal di kota Rangkasbitung. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20 dan Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa green marketing dan pengetahuan lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian, namun minat beli tidak terbukti menjadi variabel intervening terhadap hubungan green marketing dengan keputusan pembelian maupun hubungan pengetahuan lingkungan dengan keputusan pembelian

The research is meant to analyze the effect of transformational and work motivation on the intervening variable (research at PT Dafatan Anugrah Abadi, Serang – Banten). The respondents of this study touched 98 employees. Sampling method used is saturated sample, where the number of samples is equal to the number of population is 98 people. In this research the sampling technique is stratified sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis performed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that transformational leadership has an improper relationship to the employee's performance, which is indicated by using the Inderect Effect of the coefficient value of -0.035 with a t value of 0.284. The value is smaller than t table 1.960. Extrinsic motivation has positive and significant correlation to employee performance, credit result on Influence Inderect show no direct variable of Extrinsic Motivation (ME) with Employee Performance (KP) through Job Satisfaction (KK) shows coefficient value of 0,368 with value of t amounted to 2.931. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees and the influence transformational leadership and working environment throught job satisfaction. This research was conducted at BPS-Statistics of Banten Province, where the research method used is cause-effect method, the number of respondents amounted to 95 people who coordinator statistic of the sub-district (KSK) at BPS-Statistics of Banten Province. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables. In the operationalization used SmartPLS 3.2.7. The results showed that the value of R-Square shows the value of 0.560% or 56.0%. it means that 56.0% performance is explained by transformational leadership variable an work enivornment, while the rest equal to 44.% explained by other factor 47.0% of job satistifaction variables are influenced by transformational leadership and employment performance while 53.0% others are influenced by other factor. The result of mediation test of job satisfaction can mediate on transformational leaderhip on performance, it is obtained whit T-statistics value 0.02 lower 0.05 at alpha 5%. While job satisfaction can’t mediate on work enivorment variables on performance as evidenced by the value of T-statistics of 0.98 which means lower than T-table 1.96 and the value of P values 0.33 greater than 0.05 at alpha 5%.The conclusion of this study is proven there is positively relationship between transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction on performance KSK, job satisfaction mediate trnasfomational leadership on performance while  job satisfaction doesn’t mediate the enivornment to performance.
