Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim and hope of revealing the advantages of using mobile based assessment media with google form by PPG Phase I students at Khairun University. So that there are more efforts made by education actors so that learning starts from the process until the results can be as expected, even with the limitations of the current pandemic conditions. The results of the research, data analysis shows that there are advantages of the google form that can be used in the assessment, namely 1) easy to access and operate, 2) facilitate teachers in making questions, 3). facilitate teachers in assessing student work, and 4) efficient in the process and results. However, there are still a few weaknesses where the assessment of student work in the form of essay questions cannot be done automatically, and there is still a lack of features on the google form. Anticipating the invalidity of the assessment results because there is a tendency to cheat, various steps are taken by the teacher including using the random question feature, limiting the time for processing questions, avoiding copypasting questions from the internet, setting the feature to only answer once, and no less important is instilling the importance of honesty in students. Conclusion, Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the mobile based assessment with google form is very well done for students at school, although there are some weaknesses according to the results of the study. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in guiding or fostering students, to find out what factors support and hinder the role of parents in improving student achievement, and to determine the role of parents in improving student achievement. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach, the data obtained through the methods of observation, documentation, and interviews. The results showed that the role of parents in improving student achievement in the family has been going quite well. The role of parents of students, among others; 1) Parents have created a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere in the home environment, creating good communication between parents and children; 2) Parents of students can condition learning activities and understand students' circumstances. Problems faced by parents at home in improving learning achievement, including; Limited facilities, low interest in children's learning. Relationships and the surrounding environment. Parents try to improve student achievement by providing direction, supervision, and coaching to improve children's achievement; 2) Provide facilities to improve children's achievement; 3) Parents involve their children in activities related to their children's learning, such as tutoring or tutoring; 4) Controlling children studying at home and familiarizing children with discipline with time in doing all activities. In conclusion, the role of parents in improving the learning achievement of grade 3 SD Muhammadiyah Tangerang is very good, covering several aspects, both the role and educational and social background of parents. The role and attention of parents is one of the important factors that can affect children's learning achievement. Keywords: Student Achievement, Role of Parents.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul elektronik melalui pendekatan kognitivisme dalam mata kuliah desain busana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di jurusan tata busana, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pengembangan penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode R&D yang meliputi empat tahap: pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan, tahap evaluasi, dan tahap pelaksanaan. Tahapan evaluasi melalui: (1) ahli pakar, (2) evaluasi satu-satu, kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan pustaka dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul elektronik melalui pendekatan kognitivisme dalam mata kuliah desain busana efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Kata kunci: model pembelajaran, modul elektronik, pendekatan kognitivisme, desain busana

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the use of technology for online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMP N Muara Kulam, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research is a qualitative research, the subject consists of the principal, PAI teacher, vice principal of students, parents/guardians of students. The data were obtained by observation and interview techniques, the data were analyzed using the data reduction method, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study, found several problems in the application of online learning at SMP Negeri Muara Kulam while the most basic problems were the unavailability of adequate wifi and internet networks, lack of support from parents / guardians of students for online learning, so that the learning process became hampered. In conclusion, the application and use of technology for learning by PAI teachers at SMP Negeri Muara Kulam is considered ineffective and not feasible to apply, due to several obstacles found as a result of the research. This condition is our collective duty, both principals, PAI teachers and all stakeholders to jointly find solutions to these problems, for the sake of the interests and progress and development of Islamic Religious Education technology.
