Abstract

Rencana Anggaran Biaya merupakan (RAB) merupakan proses utama dalam perencanaan kegiatan pembangunan dan dasar untuk membuat perencanaan sistem pembiayaan serta kerangka jumlah perhitungan yang akan dikeluarkan. RAB diperlukan untuk mempertimbangkan suatu pembangunan atau proyek dengan banyaknya biaya untuk bahan, gaji pekerja, serta biaya yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan. Maka dibuatlah sistem informasi RAB berbasis android yang berguna untuk masyarakat luas sebagai referensi dalam menentukan buget dalam membuat rumah minimalis dengan type 21, 36 dan 45, dimana dengan sistem ini masyarakat dapat melihat perhitungan dimana saja dan kapan saja serta bisa merubah harga satuan yang diinginkan dan melihat total biaya yang diinginkan. Dalam penegembangan sistem aplikasi ini menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Aplication development) karena dinilai cukup efisien, dan membangun aplikasi menggunakan software Android Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin. Hasil dari sistem ini dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam menentukan biaya membangun rumah minimalis, memberikan informasi perhitungan yang selektif dan akurat. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan oleh Ahli Materi dengan Hasil persentase 100%, Ahli Media dengan persentase 86,6% dan Angket Responden dengan persentase 90,6%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi informasi perhitungan RAB rumah minimalis ini sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai informasi pembangunan rumah minimalis.

Abstract

Salah satu organisme perairan bernilai ekonomis tinggi adalah kepiting bakau (Scylla serrata) karena rasa dagingnya lezat dan bernilai gizi tinggi. Kepiting bakau sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan dalam usaha budidaya. Faktor internal dalam pertumbuhan kepiting bakau yang dibudidayakan adalah jenis kelamin, sedangkan faktor eksternal utama adalah salinitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data perbedaan laju pertumbuhan kepiting bakau jantan dan betina serta salinitas optimal untuk pertumbuhan kepiting jantan dan betina. Hewan uji berupa kepiting bakau (Scylla serrata) dengan bobot awal sekitar 45gr/ekor dipelihara selama 4 minggu dengan ransum ikan rucah 10% bobot biomass. Karena kepiting merupakan hewan nocturnal yang aktif pada malam hari, maka pakan diberikan dua kali perhari dengan perbandingan pagi 30% dan sore 70%. Pemeliharaan pada bak yang berisi air media dengan salinitas 5ppt, 10ppt, 15ppt dan 20ppt diisi 4 ekor per bak untuk masing-masing jantan dan betina. Pengukuran terhadap bobot dan lebar karapas dilakukan seminggu sekali dan pada akhir penelitian dianalisa pertumbuhan mutlak, lebar karapas mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan harian. Pengujian data menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan 2 kelompok jenis kelamin, 4 perlakuan salinitas yang berbeda dan 3 ulangan masing-masing perlakuan. Hasil pengukuran bobot kepiting bakau diperoleh nilai H dan SGR tertinggi pada perlakuan 15ppt baik jantan maupun betina. Namun pertumbuhan mutlak maupun pertumbuhan harian kepiting jantan lebih besar daripada betina yaitu 10,52 gr dan 8,41 gr serta 0,50% dan 0,46%. Pertumbuhan lebar karapas mutlak terbaik pada perlakuan salinitas 15ppt baik jantan maupun betina, yaitu 10,50mm dan 8,45mm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Cv. Mega Jaya Logam yang bergerak di bidang pengecoran produk logam. Permasalahan dialami dikarenakan terdapat kecacatan dalam proses produksi produk Manhole Cover. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab cacat dan memberikan usulan maupun pencegahan menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC dan Poka Yoke. Pendekatan DMAIC merupakan pendekatan penyelesaian masalah berbasis data yang membantu membuat perbaikan-perbaikan bertahap dengan mendapat hasil optimal dan Poka Yoke adalah pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan sederhana akibat adanya human error. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan terdapat tiga jenis cacat diantaranya cetakan tidak rapi, cor cetakan logam kurang, dan tidak presisi. ketiga aspek tersebut jenis cacat paling dominan dan diluar control yaitu cetakan tidak rapi, dilihat pada proses produksi bulan january memiliki nilai error sebesar 0,15152 yang melewati batas UCL sebesar 0,1401 dan bulan agustus sebesar 0,14286 yang melewati batasa UCL sebesar 0,1401. Akar penyebab masalahnya di karenakan kinerja karyawan kurang disiplin, kurangnya penerapan SOP, dan, kualitas logam kurang bagus. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan beberapa usulan perbakian yaitu tindakan tegas pengurangan gaji dan pemecatan, perlu adanya penerapan SOP pada tenaga kerja, dan, teliti memisahkan bahan baku bagus dan tidak bagus.

Abstract

The main problem with the availability of ground water is generally due to the relatively deep wells of residents (information from residents of more than 50 m), so that it requires very expensive production well excavation costs, especially for villagers. Many people in Tegalweru Village, Dau District, Malang Regency still have not utilized the potential of groundwater in the area. The use of clean water is still sourced from other than ground water. This is because there is no information related to the presence of groundwater. The purpose of the study was to determine the soil layer that has groundwater potential (aquifer) based on the distribution of resistivity values and can be used as a basis for consideration in making boreholes. Based on geoelectrical data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that the groundwater potential in the garden area has good groundwater potential by identifying several aquifer layers up to a depth of 145 meters. The geoelectric point rock lithology no. 01, 02 and 03 consists of top soil, tuff and breccia layers.

Abstract

Graduates as the end product of educational institutions are the quality objective and benchmark for the success of educational institutions. One strategy for obtaining feedback from graduates is using Tracer Study. This study aims to find and then analyze associative patterns can be found in the IBI-Kosgoro 1957 tracer study data. The search for association rules is carried out using the apriori algorithm. These patterns will be used to evaluate the characteristics of IBI-Kosgoro 1957 graduate students. Implementation of data mining is done using the Python programming language and executed using Google Colabs. The dominant characteristics of the IBI Kosgoro 1957 graduates are there are more non-entrepreneurial office workers, less active in organizations, moderate GPA scores, but can speak at least one foreign language and the most language is English. There are more who work not according to their educational background than work according to their scientific field, the proportion is almost the same. The GPA value itself does not affect success in getting a job that earns above UMP. Even so, 30% of them earn above UMP. With a minimum support of 10% and confidence above 50%, graduates will work according to their field of knowledge and earn an income above the UMP if they are bilingual, not actively organized and quickly looking for work.

Abstract

Overhaul activities, especially plate disassembly and installation (replacement expansion joint No.6) involve a lot of labor, have a high working intensity, and use diverse work equipment. In this work process, it is carried out manually handled by a total of 9-13 daily workers and there is a process of lifting expansion joint plates with a length and width of at least 5 meters with a plate weight of 1500 kg so that with a heavy and diverse workload it is necessary to ensure occupational safety and health (K3) of the workers. This work has the possibility of a risk of work accidents from mild to severe scale if a good K3 Management System (SMK3) is not carried out. SMK3 has a role in reducing the level of risk using appropriate risk control as well as being implemented so that workers can work safely and comfortably. Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) is one of the methods in the risk management system regulated in OHSAS 18001:2007 in clause 4.3.1 and hazard control based on a hierarchy of risk control measures is based on ISO 45001:2018. The results of this study were from 11 activities with 32 job descriptions after identification of hazards in terms of the work environment, labor, and tools used as well as risk assessment there was an initial risk level to an extreme scale. Thus, it is necessary to handle and recommend in the form of qualitatively descriptive hazard/risk control from K3 management in the workplace to create a safe and comfortable work environment and can reduce the level of risk that exists.

Abstract

UD Mebel Teak is one of the many shops that provide furniture or household items such as chairs, sideboards, cupboards and so on. The amount of sales transaction data at UD Mebel Jati Stores is currently only used to make sales reports and stock items. In fact, from this sales data mining, it can be searched for an estimate of the amount of sales of an item for a certain month using a calculation method. From here, it can be seen the forecasting of the number of sales for a certain month so that the UD Teak Furniture Store can estimate the supply of furniture. The author will design a data mining implementation system to predict furniture sales using the least squares method to make better use of existing sales transaction data. The design will be implemented using the PHP programming language and MySql database. PHP is a programming language that integrates with HTML to create attractive web pages. This research is expected to produce a datamining implementation system to predict furniture sales using the website-based least squares method. This system is expected to be able to provide information about which furniture is in great demand by consumers in order to provide stock for that furniture. the results of the validation carried out by material experts on sales forecasting decision support systems contained 7 instruments, an ideal score of 63 with an expert score of 63 and a presentation of 100% was declared feasible. And from the verification of media experts from 9 instruments, it was declared feasible with an ideal score of 77 from an expert score of 79 and a presentation of 96.2%.

Abstract

The media used by educators in the teaching and learning process is an important factor that influences the level of understanding of students. Innovations in learning media in the current era of technological development, can provide opportunities for educators to always strive to provide learning media that are easily accessible, understood in depth, and can function effectively. The use of appropriate learning strategies becomes a method that can be used by educators in the process of strengthening cognitive, affective, and also motoric aspects. An initial study conducted by researchers on 50 Industrial Engineering students at the Yogyakarta Technological University, showed that 32% of students had difficulty understanding the material in the Ergonomics course related to Anthropometry (measurement of human dimensions) due to the limitations of the media in the learning process of the material. This study aims to produce a design of learning media that can provide convenience for students in understanding Anthropometry material. This research and development method uses the Lee & Owens model by carrying out 4 stages, namely Assessment/analysis, Design, Development and implementation, and Evaluation stage. The result of this research is an Augmented Reality-based application called AR Anthropometry. This application provides 3-dimensional visualization using augmented reality technology equipped with materials and quizzes as a benchmark for achieving student convenience in understanding anthropometric material.

Abstract

The development of tools that are increasingly modern from time to time where one of them is a poultry egg incubator, temperature is a major factor in hatching poultry eggs, the market demand is greater than production. By taking advantage of technological developments, breeders can use egg incubators. The purpose of this tool is to create temperature control in the box that is evenly distributed in the poultry egg incubator so that hatching success is higher. The method used is development by searching for material, designing tools and then making egg incubators with size (50x40x50) cm, and installing four Dht-11 sensors at each corner of the incubator, data collection to analysis. Testing the DHT-11 sensor at a setting point of 38oC from the four sensors, during the daytime test it takes 10 minutes to reach a temperature of 38oC from the four sensors, and the temperature is stable in the range of 37oC-39oC. The results of this study are in the form of testing the DHT-11 sensor at night, it takes 12 minutes for the four sensors to reach the setting point of 38oC, from testing for one hour with data collection every two minutes the temperature is stable in the range of 37oC-39oC from the four sensors installed on the four corners of the rack on the egg incubator. Tests of ultrasonic sensors one and two get readings if the distance is less than 40 cm then the buzzer will light up. Telegram testing results where the temperature status in the egg incubator box can be accessed at any time.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is a promising sector in the future, but in Indonesia the agricultural sector has not developed properly due to many factors such as individual land ownership which tends to be narrow, young people who do not want to continue their parents' business in farming, then 60% of farmers in Indonesia still relies on traditional farming systems, regardless of water needs, seasons, climate, sales prices, types of plants and others. Traditional farming systems also require high costs, so the income is less than optimal. According to BPS, in the second quarter of 2022 the highest economic sector was found in the business fields of agriculture, forestry and fisheries at 13.15%. This potential should be developed in the industrial era 4.0, as an example of technology that can be applied in the agricultural sector, namely the Internet of Think, a system is needed to control water demand, temperature and light intensity needed to help plant photosynthesis. The proposed system will use four sensors including a light sensor (LDR), a temperature sensor (dht-11), an ultrasonic sensor, and a soil moisture sensor. In this proposed system monitoring can also be carried out using the Blynk application which can be monitored via a smartphone. The system development process uses the Rnd method, because the Rnd method is suitable for making products that can be applied to support agriculture.
