Abstract

ABSTRACT Teachers have a very important role in building the nation, therefore it is necessary to develop an analysis and design in the determination of outstanding teachers. Analysis and design of teacher achievement determination using Decision Tree assist in determining teacher performance assessment that is expected to provide the best alternative in determining the weight of each criterion. The criteria considered in the determination of Teachers include loyalty, obedience, responsibility, cooperation, work performance, and assessment of learning. Analysis and design of Master's determination to produce a decision alternatives that can be used as a tool in making a decision. Decision Tree method selected for this method can determine the weight values for each attribute, followed by the method of ranking the process to select an alternative from a number of alternatives are determined so will get accurate results. Keywords: teacher, decision tree, accurate, criteria ABSTRAK Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membangun bangsa, oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan suatu analisis dan perancangan dalam penentuan guru yang berprestasi. Analisis dan perancangan penentuan prestasi kerja guru dengan menggunakan Decision Tree membantu dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja guru yang diharapkan dapat memberikan alternatif terbaik dalam menentukan bobot setiap kriteria. Kriteria yang dipertimbangkan dalam penentuan Guru meliputi loyalitas, ketaatan, tanggung jawab, kerjasama, prestasi kerja, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Analisis dan perancangan tekad Guru untuk menghasilkan alternatif keputusan yang bisa dijadikan alat dalam membuat keputusan. Metode Decision Tree yang dipilih untuk metode ini dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, diikuti dengan metode rangking proses untuk memilih alternatif dari sejumlah alternatif yang ditentukan sehingga akan mendapatkan hasil yang akurat. Abstract

ABSTRACT The banking crises over the fast two decades around the world has renewed the interest in market discipline in banking systems This Interest is not merely academic, but it also apparent in recent poffcy initiatives such as the latest capital proposal by The Basel Commitee on Banking Supervision. The new Basel Capital Accord has 3 pillars. Pillar 3 is disclosure requirement to enhance market discipline. Market discipline has the potential to reinforce pillar 1 ( minimum capital standar) and pillar 2 (supervisory review process) and promote safety and soundness in banks and financial systems. Abstract

The stock is one of the business areas of securities trading in the capital market. Capital markets or stock exchang is actually the activities of private companies in the form of investment. The main purpose is situated in the problem of financial capital for company that need to promote the business by selling the stock to the owners either of money or investors and business foundation. One model of prediction analyses in analysing a stock is neural network model. Thus, the statement of the problems are as followed: the need of olgaritma to predict stock price. Neural Network is a logaritma that has an ability to predict accurately the stock price. The purpose of the study is is to predict stock price by using neural network model as a process of training, learning, and testing. After the sequence of research process which starts from training, learning, to continue the testing process, the result is that by using one set of data 132, the trend of prediction accuracy 0.456 +/- 0,044 and using set data 256 the accuracy of prediction increase becomes 0481 +/- 0169, it can be concluded that by using one set of data and more then it can increase the accuracy of prediction of tend value and it can be evidenced by the first experiment to use the data 132 and secondly is trying to use the data 256 tren that increase 2,5%, it is 0,025 +/- 0,125. Keywords: stock, prediction, neural network Saham adalah salah satu bidang usaha perdagangan efek di pasar modal. Pasar modal atau bursa sebenarnya kegiatan perusahaan swasta dalam bentuk investasi. Tujuan utamanya terletak pada masalah kebutuhan modal bagi perusahaan yang ingin lebih mempromosikan bisnis dengan menjual sahamnya kepada pemilik baik uang atau kelompok investor dan lembaga-lembaga bisnis. Salah satu analisis model prediksi dalam menganalisis saham adalah model neural network. Berdasarkan masalah ini dapat dirumuskan sebagai isu-isu berikut: perlu algoritma yang dapat memprediksi harga saham. Neural Network sebagai suatu algoritma yang dapat secara akurat memprediksi diharapkan untuk memprediksi harga saham dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi harga saham dengan menggunakan model jaringan saraf sebagai proses pelatihan, pembelajaran, dan testingnya. Setelah serangkaian proses penelitian mulai dari pelatihan, belajar, untuk melanjutkan proses pengujian hasilnya adalah bahwa dengan menggunakan satu set data 132 hasil tren akurasi prediksi 0.456 +/- 0,044 dan menggunakan data set 256 akurasi prediksi meningkat menjadi 0481 +/- 0169, kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan satu set data yang lebih maka dapat meningkatkan akurasi prediksi nilai trend yang dibuktikan dengan waktu percobaan pertama untuk menggunakan data sebanyak 132 dan pada kedua mencoba untuk menggunakan data sebanyak akurasi prediksi 256 tren meningkat 2,5% yaitu 0,025 +/- 0,125. Abstract

ABSTRACT Acanthophora muscoides is one of the red seaweed that is potentially used as a natural antioxidant. This study aims to determine the antioxidant activity of methanol and n-hexane extract, and determine the total phenolic content and levels of pigments (chlorophyll and carotenoid) of fresh samples A. muscoides. Antioxidant activity measured using electron transfer method with DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhidrazyl) as free radicals, while the determination of total phenolic content using the Folin-Ciocalteu reagent with gallic acid as standard and determination of pigment content measured by spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 663 nm, 646 nm and 470 nm. The result showed IC50 value of methanol extract was 325.47 ppm and n-hexane extract was 351.27 ppm which means that A. muscoides have very weak antioxidant activity. Total phenolic content in each extract were 22.68 and 46.19 (mg GAE/g extract), chlorophyll a 7.72 and 24.93 (mg/g sample) and carotenoid 28.52 and 68.55 (μ mol/g sample). Keywords: Acanthophora muscoides, antioxidant, free, radical ABSTRAK Acanthophora muscoides merupakan salah satu jenis rumput laut merah dan mempunyai senyawa bioaktif yang dapat digunakan sebagai antioksidan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak metanol dan n-heksan, kadar total fenolat serta kadar pigmen (klorofil a & karotenoid) dari sampel segar A. muscoides. Penentuan aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan menggunakan metode transfer elektron dengan DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhidrazyl) sebagai radikal bebas. Penentuan kadar total fenolat menggunakan pelarut Folin-Ciocalteu dengan asam galat sebagai standar dan penentuan kandungan pigmen menggunakan prinsip spektofotometri pada λ 663 nm, 646 nm dan 470 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan A. muscoides memiliki aktivitas antioksidan sangat lemah dengan nilai IC50 ekstrak metanol 325,47 ppm dan ekstrak n-heksan 351,27 ppm sedangkan kadar total fenolat pada masing-masing ekstrak 22,68 dan 46,19 (mg GAE/g ekstrak), kadar klorofil a 7,72 dan 24,93 (mg/g sampel), dan kadar karotenoid 28,52 dan 68,55 (µ mol/g sampel). Abstract

The information technology development is growing fast. The books are the main learning for people who extremely need information. The library in Kudus is meant as an infrastructure . Registration flow that has been happening is manual registration and directly submit the terms and fill out the registration form. Given the rapid development of information the researcher will analyze the conceptual registration process into the account management system of the book keeping and will produce a member registration processing system and borrowing as well as the return of books in the library and archives of the regency of Kudus city. The software will be developed with the Microsoft Visual Studio tools (VB.Net). For the design of this system management application using the V model so easy to design this software. With the application of this software is expected to improve the quality of service, improve efficiency and effectiveness of data source management and improve services

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bad loans at credit unions has become very worrying for the health cooperative itself, where the credit banyakanya jammed from time to time and is difficult to charged, while the simplicity of the cooperative administration has been unable to protect the cooperative from the failure to collect debts to customers or sell existing collateral.Prevention and limitation of bad loans in the cooperative have not found a way most suitable for the cooperative does not have such a reliable credit analyst in banking and high cost, as long as this credit analysis is done with a personal approach with filling fiber blank credit application field survey.Classification of mining data with C4.5 algorithm model was conducted by measurable tests using AUC test, ROC and T-Test by rapid miner. The result is after testing by using parameters of customer personal data together with the number of customers is 1312, in fact, gives an accuracy of all the validation value is 91.06%, precision in is 100.00% and recall is 78.00%. It means the testing accuracy by algorithm of C4.5 is still good and It was able to use as one of the guidelines for the detection of bad debts before any decision of the member or not prospective new customers.Test results using C4.5 algorithm is not solely can be used for detection of bad credit, there are many other algorithms that can be compared with C4.5 algorithm, thus the results might be different. Keywords: curve AUC, ROC, T-Test ABSTRAK Kredit macet di komperasi simpan pinjam sudah menjadi hal yang sangat mengkhawatirkan bagi kesehatan koperasi itu sendiri, dimana semakin banyakanya kredit yang yang macet dari waktu ke waktu dan sulit untuk ditagihkan, sementara kesederhanaan administrasi koperasi belum mampu melindungi koperasi dari kegagalan menagih hutang kenasabah atau menjual jaminan yang ada. Penanggulangan dan pembatasan kredit macet di koperasi belum menemukan cara yang paling sesuai karena koperasi belum memmpunyai analis kredit yang handal seperti di perbankan dan mahlnya biaya, selama ini analisa kredit dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan personal dengan mengisi blangko pengajuan kredit serat survey lapangan. Algoritma klasifikasi data mining dengan model algoritma C4.5 dilakukan dengan pengujian-pengujian yang terukur melalui uji AUC, ROC dan T-Test dengan bantuan rapid miner. Hasilnya, setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan parameter biodata nasabah dengan jumlah nasabah sebanyak 1312 ternyata menghasilkan akurasi sebesar secara keseluruhan nilai hasil validasi adalah accuracy = 91,06%, precision = 100,00% dan recall = 78,00%, artinya akurasi pengujian dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5 masih baik dan dapat dijadikan salah satu pedoman untuk deteksi kredit macet sebelum ada keputusan member atau tidak calon nasabah baru. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5 bukan satu-satu algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk deteksi kredit macet, masih banyak algoritma lain yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan algoritma C4.5 dimana kemungkinan hasilnya akan berbeda. Abstract

Government programs absolutely have direct impact to society especially the National Program for Community Empowerment. The Government of Indonesia supported poverty alleviation in particular coastal communities has launched the National Program for Community Empowerment Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (PNPM MKP). This program is a poverty reduction program that has been implemented since 2007 and is expected to be conducted continuously until 2015. The benefits of PNPM MKP is Social Protection, Community Empowerment and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises. PNPM MKP consists of: Mina Rural Enterprise Development (PUMP) Capture Fisheries, Aquaculture and Fisheries Product Processing and Marketing, Business Empowerment of People's Salt (PUGAR), and Resilient Coastal Rural Development (PDPT). Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mendukung pengentasan kemisikinan khusunya masyarakat pesisir telah mencanangkan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Kelautan dan Perikanan (PNPM MKP). Program ini merupakan program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang telah dilaksanakan sejak Tahun 2007 dan diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan, hingga tahun 2015. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mushroom House including an UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil danMenengah) concerns in entrepreneurial oyster mushrooms. In developing oyster mushroom marketing by following the current technological developments, it is important to apply an online sales system through website media. Information regarding the type of oyster mushrooms, the efficacies and the process of oyster mushrooms and the registration of the purchase is found in online sales system as well. The system construction is divided into three steps, they are, firstly, the system of design; secondly, the development of system application; and thirdly, the system implementation which uses Dreamweaver CS5 and programming languages of PHP (Hypertext Preprocessing). This system construction produces web-based online which is selling at retail and also a wholesale compatible by the need of customers?? order. Besides, the processof oyster mushrooms with varieties of oyster mushroom recipes in order to motivate system user to vary oyster mushroom dishes. Hopefully,Mushroom House marketing develops fast by using the online sales system established. Dalam mengembangkan pemasaran jamur tiram dengan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini, perlu adanya sebuah system penjualan online melalui media website. Informasi mengenai jenis jamur tiram, khasiat, olahan jamur tiram serta registrasi pembeliannya terdapat pada sistem penjualan online ini. Pembangunan sistem dimulai dari tahap pertama perancangan sistem, tahap kedua pembangunan aplikasi system, tahap terakhir implementasi sistem menggunakan Dreamweaver CS5 dan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessing). Pembangunan sistem ini menghasilkan sistem penjualan online berbasis web yang melayani pembelian dengan harga eceran dan juga harga bakul disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pesan antar. Selain itu juga ada menu olahan jamur tiram yang berisi berbagai resep olahan jamur tiram agar para pengguna sistem ini dapat termotivasi untuk memvariasi berbagai masakan jamur tiram. Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the solutions needed to reduce the use of fossil-based electric energy is the utilization of alternative energy (Solar Cell) around the load location. Electricity demand for Faculty of Science and Technology building (SAINTEK) during peak load from 08:00 to 15:00, 3 x 65 Ampere or 34,244 kW, with electric energy consumption 34,224 kW x 8 hours = 273,794 kWh. The use of electric power on the outside conditions of peak load time (LWBP) 16:00 s / d 08:00 about 3 x 13 Ampere or 6.844 kW, energy consumption for 16 hours x 6.844 kW = 109.5 kWh. Total electrical energy consumption for 24 hours = 109.5 kWh + 273,794 kWh = 383,294 kWh. Capacity of PV Array 89,864 kWp, PV Array generates daily average electric energy of 418,59 kWh exceeds kWh load consumption. Number of PV panel 325 units Panel, 280 Wp perunit, PV string 13 module, PV Array 25 module. Battery Capacity 2331 Ah, Bi-directional 45 kW inverter. PLTS is capable of replacing conventional fossil fuel-based electrical energy, either from PLN or Genset, while reducing CO2 content in air of 0.719 kg / kWh x 273,794 kWh = 196,85 Kg / day. Keywords: photocell, daily, solar, radiation, SAINTEK ABSTRAK Salah satu solusi yang diperlukan untuk mengurangi penggunaan energi listrik berbasis bahan bakar fosil adalah pemanfaatan energi alternatif (Solar Cell) di sekitar lokasi beban. Kebutuhan daya listrik untuk gedung Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi (SAINTEK) selama beban puncak (peak load) mulai jam 08:00 s/d 15:00, sebesar 3 x 65 Ampere atau 34,244 kW, dengan konsumsi energi listrik 34,224 kW x 8 jam = 273,794 kWh. Pemakaian daya listrik pada kondisi luar waktu beban puncak (LWBP) 16:00 s/d 08:00 sekitar 3 x 13 Ampere atau 6,844 kW, konsumsi energi selama 16 jam x 6,844 kW= 109,5 kWh. Total konsumsi energi listrik selama 24 jam = 109,5 kWh + 273,794 kWh = 383,294 kWh. Kapasitas PV Array 89,864 kWp, PV Array membangkitkan energi listrik rata-rata harian 418,59 kWh melebihi konsumsi kWh beban. jumlah PV panel 325 unit Panel, perunit 280 Wp, PV string 13 modul, PV Array 25 modul. Kapasitas Battery 2331 Ah, Bi-directional inverter 45 kW.
