Abstract

Manajer proyek memiliki tugas menjalankan aktivitas proyek mulai dari tender sampai dengan hasil proyek diserahterimakan kepada pelanggan. Dan ketika kontrak tercipta, seorang manajer proyek bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola proyek yang sedang berlangsung, kegiatan tersebut diantaranya membuat planning, scheduling, kemudian reporting dan lain-lain. Seorang manajer proyek memiliki keterbatasan waktu untuk mengawasi pelaksanaan aktivitas proyek yang berjalan bersamaan antara proyek yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola dan manajemen kegiatan proyek yang ada dalam perusahaan, khususnya perusahaan kontraktor yang sedang berkembang, maka penulis membuat sistem informasi untuk manajemen kegiatan proyek, terutama kegiatan dibawah naungan manajer proyek, sehingga pekerjaan akan lebih mudah terselesaikan dan bisa termanajemen dengan baik. Sistem ini terdiri dari fungsi-fungsi: pengelolan keuangan proyek, penjadwalan proyek, laporan kemajuan proyek, manajemen tugas proyek, pengelolan penagihan dan sebagainya. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur sistem ini berjalan dengan baik sehingga memudahkan manajer proyek dalam mengelola proyek infrastruktur jaringan komputer.

Abstract

Current technological developments are increasing, one of which is the development of the internet that is very fast, many companies are starting to offer their products through the internet to maximize their profits, so that competition between companies is getting tighter. PT Pulau Cahaya Terang  is one company that manufactures and sells various types of spring beds and equipment in the city of Batam. The sales system is by the way consumers come directly to the company, contact by telephone, or the company offers products directly through salesmen, the system Used is less effective now, becaUse consumers find it difficult to get the latest information and making an order quickly. For this reason, it is necessary to create a web-based sales information system at PT Pulau Cahaya Terang  so that consumers can easily access product information and can also directly order and pay for products through the website. The method Used is the SDLC Waterfall model which consists of needs analysis, design, programming code, testing, implementation and maintenance. The results of this research are a website-based sales information system that makes it easier for consumers to obtain information and order products, and save employee costs and time

Abstract

Technology has become a major part in all areas of life, covering the lives of individuals and communities. Especially in the city of Batam, as an industrial city ranging from the electronics industry to shipyards. In Batam city, there are 129 electronics component industry companies. Technological developments continue to change, therefore electronics component industry companies always adopt the latest technology to support business processes. The choice of technology has become part of a competitive strategy that can keep the company sustain. In the selection of this technology, there are four important variables can be utilized by the company in a manner, they are: innovation, research and development, technology resources, technology exploitation and investment. As the results of the study, these four variables significantly influence 66.9% of competitive strategy in a number of electronics companies in the city of Batam.

Abstract

The beginning of the rainy season can be predicted by various methods such as the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Occurrence of the onset of the rainy season (AMH), the erratic impact on various sectors, especially in the agricultural sector often results in crop failure. Therefore, the aim of this study is to improve the accuracy of predictions for the start of the rainy season. In this study daily rainfall data, the beginning of the rainy season data is obtained by calculating daily rainfall data using the Liebmann method. The best ARIMA model (3,1,0) with the equation y = 0,3162−1 + 0,1284−2−0,188−3 + 0,7434−4−0,934 is used for July, August and DMI data in August are considered as input and prediction error value ARIMA as a target. The beginning of the rainy season prediction results based on ARIMA, the results of testing and evaluation obtained values ​​of r = 0.14 and RMSE = 32.53.

Abstract

Umano Vero Store is one of the stores that sells sales of bags, shoes, sandals, belts and wallets located in Batam, Indonesia. In the year 2019, known  in the store Umano vero in determining the annual bonus to employees still not even evenly,  employees at the store Umano Vero not satisfied with the annual bonus they received so that this problem raises less employee performance, employee discipline, and employee loyalty to the store Umano Vero.So the author performs analysis in the utilization of algorithm C4.5 to determine the annual bonus on the store Umano Vero. In the implementation of research, the authors perform methods or techniques of data mining using decision tree Classification or decree tree as well as algorithm type C4.5 done by manually calculation and also use Weka application version 3.9.2. Results of calculations and tests, the author also argues that from the process of utilization of  algorithm C4.5 in determining the annual bonus  that is done turns out to be sufficiently large influenced by some attributes of the annual bonus variable, namely the target attribute, the presence attribute  and  the work period attributes.

Abstract

Transformasi digital memaksa banyak organisasi untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat supaya dapat bertahan dari persaingan yang terjadi. Implementasi transformasi digital akan membantu organisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja, pendapatan dan mengubah budaya organisasi menjadi lebih baik. Namun, proses transformasi digital adalah sesuatu yang rumit dan tidak mudah serta memiliki risiko kegagalan yang sangat tinggi. Kegagalan tersebut akan merugikan organisasi karena membutuhkan investasi yang besar baik dalam materi maupun sumber daya manusia (SDM). Oleh karena itu, organisasi harus mengidentifikasi strategi apa yang tepat digunakan dalam melakukan proses transformasi digital untuk menghidari kegagalan yang dapat merugikan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah strategi transformasi digital yang membantu organisasi untuk dapat survive di era disruptif sekarang ini. Penelitian ini berfokus pada domain pendukung strategi transformasi digital pada organisasi internasional dengan meninjau 17 penelitian yang telah ditemukan. Berdasarkan hasil peninjauan pada penelitian tersebut, ditemukan beberapa domain strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk proses transformasi digital pada organisasi. Domain strategi yang dapat digunakan pada organisasi yaitu domain customers, technological dan business. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi kepada organisasi yang ingin melakukan transformasi digital dan memiliki tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi.

Abstract

The growth of internet users in Indonesia is increasing, this is in line with online shopping habits or often referred to as e-commerce which continues to increase. Various things are done by e-commerce companies to maintain customer loyalty, one of which is through product evaluation using consumer opinion reviews. The number of reviews that are too many will be biased, so it is necessary to do a classification method that will help e-commerce companies to find out the extent of their customer loyalty. Consumer review becomes something important because all assessments of the products they buy are all in the review column. In this research, a consumer review is carried out using the Naive Bayes classification method and to improve the accuracy of attributes using the Information Gain feature selection and using the Select by Weight operator which will display the best attributes of the pre processing process. The review data set is taken from consumers' comments on Google Play. The results of this study are classifying consumer reviews into positive reviews and negative reviews with Cross Validation using 10 fold, the accuracy of the Naive Bayes method is 78.4% using the Information Gain feature selection method, the accuracy increases to 81.2%

Abstract

Perancangan desain sebuah perangkat lunak (software) masih banyak terpaku pada user interface (UI) yang menarik bukan pada user experience (UX) meskipun sekarang sudah banyak yang memperkenalkan desain UX. Perancangan desain yang hanya terpaku pada UI akan berdampak buruk pada pengalaman pengguna saat menggunakan fitur-fitur yang disediakan aplikasi. Bahkan terdapat fitur yang sebenarnya tidak banyak digunakan pengguna dan dapat dihilangkan. UI terbaikpun tidak akan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat yang awam terhadap teknologi karena tidak mengerti bagaimana mengoperasikan aplikasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu metode persona perlu diadopsi untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pada travel agent di mana sistem yang dibangun akan didasarkan pada kebutuhan calon pengguna yang akan dijadikan target atas dibuatnya aplikasi ini. Dalam penerapan metode persona ini dibutuhkan beberapa tahapan yaitu pembuatan hipotesis dari data yang telah didapatkan penulis saat melakukan wawancara, melakukan verifikasi hipotesis tersebut kepada calon pengguna, menemukan pola, membangun persona, mendefinisikan situasi, melakukan validasi hingga menyebarkan pengetahuan. Hasil yang dicapai penelitian ini adalah desain aplikasi travel agent dengan fasilitas fitur yang sesuai kebutuhan calon pengguna dan UX yang baik.ont Times New Roman size 8 itali spasi single, maks 200 kata.

Abstract

The Office of Religious Affairs or abbreviated as KUA has the functions of implementing marriage registration, referring, managing and fostering mosques, zakat, endowments, other social services and developing sakinah families, but what is very common in the KUA community is only a place to register and hold marriages. In KUA, the Koto subdistrict for the process of registering the bride and groom (catin) is still done by recording the ledger so that there is no guarantee the data will be stored and neatly organized. Then this research purpose of registering and submitting catin files which will be conducted online. So that the process of registering and submitting catin files will be stored in the database and safeguarding the data will be safer. Data collection techniques from this study were directly involved in the field with direct observation of the catin registration process, direct interviews and literature studies by using the System Development Life Cycle method. With this application, it is expected to be able to assist KUA officers and catin in the registration process so that the best service in the KUA office of Koto Tangah sub-district is created.
