Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the participants to effectiveness rate of street children empowerment and to analyze the correlation between the effectiveness of behavior change program with street children. This research was conducted in Cibinong, Bogor using a quantitative approach through survey method of 30 respondents from participants in Tabayun Shelter program. This research also supported by qualitative data with in-depth interviews, field observation, and document tracking. Quantitative data analysis was performed using Rank Spearman and Chi-Square correlation test. The results of this study indicate that the program participant characteristics such as age, type of job, working hours have relation with the level of program effectiveness. Test results showed that there are correlations between the levels of program effectiveness with program participants' behavior changes in the level of knowledge. This research also shows that program effectiveness in Shelter Tabayun still low.Keywords: effectiveness, characteristics, behavior changes---------------------ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik peserta dengan tingkat efektivitas program pemberdayaan anak jalanan dan menganalisis hubungan tingkat efektivitas program dengan perubahan perilaku anak jalanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei terhadap 30 responden peserta program di Rumah Singgah Tabayun. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan data kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi lapang, dan penelusuran dokumen. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman dan Chi-Square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik peserta program seperti usia, jenis pekerjaan, dan jam kerja memiliki hubungan dengan tingkat efektivitas program. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat efektivitas program dengan perubahan perilaku peserta program di tingkat perubahan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas program di Rumah Singgah Tabayun masih rendah.Kata Kunci: efektivitas, karakteristik, perubahan perilaku

Abstract

Perkembangan era-globalisasi saat ini adalah sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas sistem didalam perusahaan. Banyaknya bagian yang harus ditingkatan kualitas nya salah satu nya sumber daya manusia (SDM). Sumber daya manusia merupakan prioritas utama dalam pembangunan nasional, kedudukan guru sebagai seorang pendidik memegang peran penting dalam proses belajar mengajar dan meningkatkan prestasi siswa – siswi di bidang akademik maupun non akademik, salah satu hal yang bisa memotivasi guru agar selalu mengembangkan dirinya adalah memberikan penghargaan sebagai sumber daya manusia (SDM) berprestasi dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah . selama ini yang dilakukan pada SD Global Surya dalam menentukan guru berprestasi sebagai SDM bermutu yang dinilai melalui sistem mengajarnya yang masih dilakukan dengan cara pengisian formulir rekomendasi hasil kerja. Cara tersebut dinilai masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah model penentuan guru berprestasi di SD global surya berbasis Web dengaan menggunakan metode waterfal dan pengumpulan data kualitatif dilapangan. Perancangan Sistem ini dapat menampilkan hasil prestasi SDM di SD Global Surya sesuai dengan harapan semua pihak SDM.Kata kunci: Perancangan, Sistem SDM, Waterfall, Kualitatif

Abstract

According to the Law No. 32 in 2004 on Regional Government and Law No. 4 of The Coal and mineral mining, the governments have rights to take policy relating to areas of tin ore mining PT Timah Tbk, as a state-owned company (BUMN) engaged in tin mining in the Bangka Belitung Province, must implement the post mining reclamation program in the former tin mining operations. Merawang subdistrict is one of the operational area of tin mining in Bangka Belitung Province, which effort by PT Timah Tbk. This research used techniques of  descriptive and quantitative analyze. the level of effectiveness was ineffective and most ineffective. External and internal factors influence effectiveness program still so far is called  effective.

Abstract

The freshman is an individual who is adapting to a new environment in college. This adaptation process differs from one another because each individual is unique and is influenced by many factors. The slow or fast process of adaptation will result in student achievement. Self-acceptance is an individual's ability to be able to accept the existence of oneself. While habits of minds is the ability of students to control positive behaviour in order to have confidence and have a steady personality. The study will use a qualitative and quantitative approach that seeks to uncover self-acceptance and habits of mind. Respondents in this study were first semester students at one university in Purwakarta who were selected by random sampling techniques. Data processing techniques will be carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. based on the results of the study there is a no positive relationship between self-acceptance and habits of mind of students, their self-acceptance is at a average size with good mathematical thinking habits

Abstract

Keperluan tugas karyawan perusahaan dengan tujuan tempat pelaksanaan yang beragam tentunya membutuhkan perizinan khusus dari atasan. Pada salah satu industri di Kabupaten Bekasi menerapkan sistem manual di atas lembaran kertas perizinan. Karyawan yang akan melaksanakan tugas keluar diperkenankan untuk mengisi form tugas luar yang sudah disediakan oleh General Affair kemudian meminta persetujuan dari atasan. Jika atasan sudah mengizinkan maka General Affair akan menyediakan driver dan transportasi yang akan dipergunakan untuk pengantaran karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas keluar. Banyaknya pengajuan tugas keluar dapat memicu peningkatan penggunaan kertas. Selain itu seringkali atasan yang bertugas sebagai approval sedang tidak berada ditempat dan dapat menghambat pelaksanaan tugas keluar yang diajukan oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan aplikasi Android bernama CarOut menggunakan flutter framework untuk memfasilitasi karyawan yang ingin mengajukan perizinan tugas keluar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian terapan di lapangan dengan menyesuaikan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) prototype dan dilakukan di salah satu Industri di Kabupaten Bekasi. Pengujian aplikasi menerapkan metode black box testing yang dilakukan oleh beberapa karyawan dengan meninjau mulai dari input hingga output sudah sesuai yang direncanakan kemudian analisa data menggunakan persentase. Dengan demikian aplikasi CarOut ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu karyawan dalam mengajukan perizinan tugas keluar sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada karyawan perusahaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The presentation of Rahman's character in Iswadi Pratama's drama Orang Setia uses Stanislavsy's acting method which he calls the system. Stanislavsky's system is an acting method created to understand characters scientifically so that they can be presented by actors on stage. In Stanislavsky's acting method, there are three parts that he calls the "triad" of musicians, namely the first creative work of the actor centered on the mind (brain), the second creative work of the actor with his emotions (heart), and the third work of the actor with his body (action). The triad becomes the center of the presenter's creative work to realize the character of Rahman in the drama Orang Setia by Iswadi Pratama so that the acting presented can give a natural impression, not contrived. More than that, the behavior presented can be measured as in everyday life, especially by ordinary audiences.

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 through aerosols and droplets occurs during dental treatment. Dentists use high-volume suction (HVS) and saliva ejectors to suction saliva, blood, and water from the oral cavity. Since the pandemic, prototyping, production, and use of extraoral suction (EOS) have increased. EOS comprises HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air), plasma ions, and ultraviolet (UV) filters. This study was used to see the effectiveness of the use of EOS through a comparison of physical and acceptability tests on the use of EOS at UGM Prof. Sodeomo Dental Hospital using three EOS brands, Coxo™, Eighteeth™ Vacstation, and Eostra™. Physical Test is used to assess the ability of a tool when used—Acceptability Test to assess user acceptance of EOS based on usage experience. The study was conducted at the UGM Prof. Soedomo Hospital (Professional Education Clinic, Resident Education Clinic, General Service Unit, and Specialistic Service Unit) in 2021 with 90 respondents who were EOS users. The EOS with the most incredible suction power, noise figure, and electrical power was Eostra™, while based on user experience, the EOS that was more accepted and more comfortable for users to use was Coxo™. EOS reduces aerosol exposure during dental treatment, and based on this study, EOS that had good capacity was not necessarily comfortable to use by users; this was because each brand had advantages and disadvantages, so the selection of EOS was adjusted to the capacity of the operator and the practice site.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know determine the user's convenience in using Bisa Design services and to determine the level of user comfort in Redesigning the Bisa Design website. This method in this research uses design thinking, which includes: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, by collecting data by questionnaire questions given to Bisa Design users, the data is analyzed for obtained the level of the effectiveness and efficiency. The results of this research is different of user’s comfort to uses website Bisa Design. The fact is by evaluation data or user tests, there is a tendency to apply positively for the types of questionnaire questions given.

Abstract

Classification is a way to group certain things, for example primate animals, based on the similarities and differences that exist in animals. This classification intends to identify similarities or characteristics in these animals. Image classification is the process of grouping an object in the form of an image into certain categories using the CNN algorithm, but the resulting accuracy level is not satisfactory. Therefore, this research aims to produce the right optimizer to be used in the CNN model. In this study, the data was collected using the web scrapping method, and the data source is Google Images, so the total amount of data obtained is 1631 images. The framework for completing this research is the AI Project Cycle, which includes problem scoping, data acquisition, data exploration, modelling, and evaluation. Based on the research results, the optimizer with the highest accuracy value is Adadelta, which has an accuracy value of 75%. Therefore, Adadelta is the right optimizer for primate classification in the CNN algorithm model.
