Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mobil Ford pada PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh konsumen mobil Ford selama tiga bulan terakhir (Nopember 2017 – Januari Tahun 2018) yaitu sebanyak 50 responden, sehingga sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Kemudian, analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diperoleh temuan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mobil Ford pada PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Kemudian, Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mobil Ford pada PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Selanjutnya, Kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mobil Ford pada PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek, Kepuasan Konsumen. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction of Ford cars at PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. The population in this study is the total number of Ford car consumers for the last three months (November 2017 - January 2018) as many as 50 respondents, so the sample of this study uses saturated samples. Then, multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. Based on the test results, it was found that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Ford cars at PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Then, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Ford cars at PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Furthermore, service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Ford cars at PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menginvestigasi dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh faktor makro ekonomi terhadap indek harga saham LQ45. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang digunakakan dalam penelitian ini adalah indeks harga saham (Y), inflasi (X1), jumlah uang yang beredar atau M2 (X2), dan Suku bunga BI_rate (X3). Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dengan arah positif tetapi tidak berpengaruh dengan indeks harga saham, Jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh negative dengan indeks harga saham tetapi tidak sesuai hipotesis. Suku bunga BI_rate berpengaruh negative dengan indeks harga saham dan sesuai hipotesis. Kata kunci : indeks harga saham, Inflasi, jumlah uang beredar, BI_rate ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors on the index of LQ45 stock prices. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The variables used in this study are stock price index (Y), inflation (X1), money on circulation or M2 (X2), and BI_rate (X3) interest rates. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results showed inflation in a positive direction but did not affect the stock price index, the money on circulation has a negative effect on the stock price index but does not match the hypothesis. BI interest rate has a negative effect on the stock price index and matching to the hypothesis. Paper type was research paper. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian kredit terhadap terhadap kinerja usaha, pengaruh pemahaman akuntansi terhadap kinerja usaha, dan interaksi antara pemberian kredit dan pemahaman akuntansi terhadap kinerja usaha pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Makassar. Variabel penelitian yang diuji yaitu pemberian kredit, pemahaman akuntansi dan kinerja usaha. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, melakukan Uji Kualitas data, Uji Koefiseien determinasi, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan uji Hipotesis. Menggunakan Purpossive Sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampel. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 95 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kredit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha dan tidak terdapat interaksi antara pemberian kredit dan pemahaman akuntansi terhadap kinerja usaha pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Makassar. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat berimplikasi pada pemerintah, pelaku dan calon pelaku UMKM bahwa pemberian kredit yang diterima dari lembaga keuangan sebagai tambahan modal usaha sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja usaha sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Kata-kata kunci : Pemberian Kredit, Pemahaman Akuntansi, Kinerja Usaha, UMKM.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Manado dengan pendekatan balanced scorecard. Lamanya waktu penelitian (khususnya pengumpulan data dan wawancara) selama dua minggu, yaitu pada tanggal 11 Juni sampai dengan 22 Juni 2019. Informan/responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Kantor Pos Manado. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Deskriptif. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Balanced Scorecard yang diterapkan dengan menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Manado secara keseluruhan adalah cukup atau berada pada kisaran rata-rata (4,67). Perspektif keuangan (4,00) memiliki skor yang terendah. Salah satu faktor pemicu rendahnya skor tersebut adalah sistem pengelolaan keuangan, khususnya penyusunan laporan keuangan, yang masih disentralisasikan pada Kantor Pusat PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Dalam upaya meningkatkan nilai kepada pemegang saham, manajemen melaksanakan program restructuring. Perspektif pelanggan (5,17) memiliki skor yang tertinggi sehingga menandakan bahwa pelayanan kebutuhan pelanggan merupakan prioritas pertama dan utama bagi manajemen Kantor Pos Manado. Beberapa langkah yang ditempuh oleh manajemen dalam memberikan nilai kepada pelanggan mencakup: program menemukan kembali bisnis (reinventing business) dan restrukturisasi organisasi (reorganisation). Perspektif proses bisnis internal (4,70) menduduki urutan ke-3. Dalam mencapai peningkatan kinerja pada perspektif ini, manajemen melaksanakan program reposisi (repositioning) dan program rancang-bangun kembali (reengineering). Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan (4,88) menduduki urutan kedua. Untuk memenuhi upayanya dalam memberikan nilai kepada karyawan dan organisasi, manajemen menerapkan program pengukuran dengan benar (rightsizing) dan pengalokasian sumberdaya (resource allocation). Kata kunci: “kinerja, balanced scorecard” ABSTRACT This research was aimed to know and to analyze the performance of Pos Indonesia, Co.Ltd by using the balanced scorecard approach. This research been performed at the Manado Post Office during two weeks, started from June, 11 until June, 22, 2019. The source of information or respondents are managers of Manado Post Office. This type of research is descriptive research. Method of analyzis used in this research is the Balanced Scorecard, which was applied by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The result of this research showed that the overall performance of Pos Indonesia, Co.Ltd is sufficient or in the average level (4,67). The financial perspective (4,00) was the lowest score. One of the management causing this low score is the financial system, especially the creation of financial statements that are still centralized at the head office of the company. In order to improve the value for stockholders, management implemented the restructuring program. The customer perspective (5,17) has the highest score, this implies that customers are the first and main priority for the management. Severall steps taken by management to give value to customers include: the reinventing business and the organizational restructuring program. The internal business process perspective (4,70) obtains the third position. In order to increase performance at this perspective, management implemented the repositioning and reengineering program. The learn and growth perspective achieves the second priority. In order to optimize employees and organization’s value, the management of Manado Post Office applied the rightsizing program and resource allocation program. Abstract

ABSTRACT Business competition at the international level is an important issue for companies, this is due to various different motives. This study aimed to identify and analyze the level of influence of dynamic capabilities on competitiveness and export performance. This research was conducted on export companies in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The population in this study were the managers of each company, the sampling technique with sampling census so that the entire population was also a research sample. The main data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Secondary data in the form of export performance reports and other reports from BPS, the Department of Industry and Trade of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government, and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero). The analysis technique in this study deployed the Structural Equation Model. The results of the study shown that increasing dynamic capability had a positive and significant effect on increasing competitiveness in export companies, thus all dimensions in dynamic capability had a strategic contribution to the variable competitiveness. Competitiveness variables had a positive and significant effect on export performance in South Sulawesi. Increasing the competitiveness of export companies had an impact on increasing export performance. Dynamic capability variables had no significant effect on export performance. The originality in this study is the application of export performance models that establish dynamic capabilities as external factors, and then explain the role of dynamic capabilities on export performance through competitiveness. For practitioners, dynamic capability is an external factor which is very important in influencing competitiveness. Therefore export companies should be focus and maximize the role of dynamic capability as a macro factor that encourages increased export performance. Abstract

Tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa perkembangan label syariah pada dunia bisnis di Indonesia saat ini telah menjadi trend tersendiri. Hotel syariah adalah hotel yang penyediaan, pengadaan, produk dan fasilitas operasionalnya berdasarkan prinsip syariah islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan Hotel Syariah “Al Badar” selama tahun 2014-2018 berdasarkan Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Asset (ROA). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Hotel Syariah “Al Badar” di Kota Makassar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisa deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kinerja keuangan Hotel Syariah “ Al Badar” selama kurun waktu 5 (lima) tahun (2014-2018) berdasarkan Net Profit Margin (NPM) dinilai kurang. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata Net Profit Margin (NPM) sebesar 10,4% yang masih dianggap kurang dari 20% berdasarkan standar industri. Return On Asset (ROA) menunjukkan hasil yang sangat kurang. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai perhitungan rata-rata sebesar 0,50%. Hal ini berarti profitabilitas Hotel Syariah “Al Badar” masih sangat jauh dibawah standar Industri Return On Asset (ROA) yaitu sebesar 30%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia adalah salah satu negara di kawasan Asia Tenggara di mana pertumbuhan ekonomi semakin membaik. Industri digital di Indonesia terus menunjukkan perkembangannya. Dampak dari kemajuan ini menghadirkan inovasi di bidang pembayaran digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan sampel berasal dari individu yang menggunakan salah satu e-wallet dan mengetahui semua e-wallet selain yang digunakan, sebanyak 137 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korespondensi dengan SPSS23. Hasil analisis korespondensi adalah bahwa setiap dompet elektronik memiliki kelebihannya sendiri yang tidak dimiliki dompet elektronik lain. Selain itu Dimensi 1 (d1) aman, dan Dimensi 2 (d2) mudah digunakan. Dalam atribut manfaat OVO lebih unggul dari e-wallet lainnya, atribut keamanan dapat dilihat DOKU lebih unggul dari e-wallet lainnya dan atribut GOPAY kemudahan penggunaan dan e-wallet kedua DANA dianggap oleh konsumen sama dalam hal kelebihan yang dibawanya. GOPAY diketahui bahwa e-wallet memiliki kemudahan menggunakan yang terbaik di antara atribut lainnya dengan pesaing terdekatnya DANA, OVO diketahui bahwa e-wallet memiliki kelebihan di antara atribut lainnya, OVO harus membuat strategi untuk merespons persaingan dengan GOPAY dan LINK AJA. LINK AJA cenderung dianggap oleh konsumen dalam kondisi netral antara keamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan dan DANA diketahui bahwa e-wallet memiliki kemudahan penggunaan. Abstract

This research investigates the effects of managerial ownership, intitutional ownership and independent board of commissioners on earnings management either simultanleously or partially. Population of this research are companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange that registered in LQ45 index from 2014-2018. The type of this research is descriptive study and using secondary data from the financial reports. This reseach uses multiple linier regression technique, using firm size as a control variable. where the results of this research show that simultaneously managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, and firm size have significant effect to earnings management. Partially, intitutional ownership have no significant effect to earnings management, managerial ownership have no significant effect to earnings management and independent board of commissioners have no significant effect to earnings management. Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis, and interpret the Competencies of Civil Servants in carrying out governmental duties as a public service at the Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency Secretariat. This type of research is Qualitative with a case study approach. The results showed that: The implementation of competency standards for Civil Servants in carrying out government duties as a public service at the Regional Secretariat of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency has not run as expected. This can be seen from the results data (1) the processes and procedures carried out have not fully met the process in accordance with the guidelines for rolling position in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency which is in accordance with the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy Reform (PERMENPANRB) Number 38 of 2017 concerning Position Competency Standards State Civil Apparatus. (2). The procedure for rolling has already been stated in the Regent's decree, but the process is not yet understood and follows the stages and indicators that must be met that have not gone well as expected. (3). in the placement process there are officials who are not in accordance with their competencies to occupy the position because if viewed from the rules not in accordance with the guidelines the Managerial Competency indicator is measured from the level of education, structural training or management, and leadership experience this is contained in PP 11/2017 Article 55. ( 4) employee qualifications although it is recognized that the fulfillment of qualifications and competencies is still around 60% -70% according to the requirements. (5) meryt system is also not fully implemented, the quality factor of HR (Human Resources) seen from the level of education still needs to be improved especially at the S2 level , and the level of skills of employees who must follow Diklatpim according to the level of position they occupy must be appropriate and get attention.
