Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the role of Sales Force Effectiveness and the process of uploading customer master list data into the system at PT Takeda Indonesia, how to find obstacles and alternative solutions in problem solving. Data collection techniques through literature study and observation, namely by directly observing the object under study. Based on the results of the discussion, it shows that the role of Sales Force Effectiveness in a company aims to assist the sales team in making effective sales through customer data management. The process of uploading customer master list data into the system is in accordance with the existing data upload process standards in the company.The obstacles faced by the sales force effectiveness in carrying out its role include the lack of adequate facilities, lack of thoroughness, and inadequate communication. Obstacles during the process of uploading customer master list data into the system include the occurrence of double codes, inappropriate names, delays in providing data, inappropriate data formats, errors in the system and slow internet network. Solutions that can be done in dealing with obstacles in the role of Sales Force Effectiveness include replacing computer devices and internet networks with better specifications, conducting training, and making systems that are connected between divisions. Solutions taken in facing obstacles during the process of uploading customer master list data into the system include validating data, reminding the sales team to send data before maturity, providing examples of data formats, the IT team should ensure that the system on each computer does not occur errors. and the internet network used is good. Keywords: Sales Force Effectiveness, Master List, Customer

Abstract

Pharmaceutical companies are becoming Asian emerging markets in the fulfillment of BPJS / JKN service medicines which have an impact on the company's sales level. However, in the pharmaceutical sector there is a gap between companies that have a large and small scale, so that the achievement of profits is not evenly distributed, and this has an impact on the company's stock price. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and growth on stock prices with capital structure as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 40 pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2019. By using purposive sampling method, it was obtained a sample of 32 company data. The analysis technique uses the classical assumption test and path analysis. The research result states that profitability, growth and capital structure have no effect on share prices partially. However, changing the capital structure as an intervening variable results in profitability and growth being able to have an influence on stock prices. Keywords: Stock Price, Profitability, Growth, Capital Structure

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of work motivation towards the employee performance PT. Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia, Effect of work load towards the employee performance of PT. Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia, effect of work motivation and work load towards the employee performance of PT. Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Sampling technique using simple incidental technique. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and regression analysis. Partial test result show that work motivation positively affects to the employee performance, work load positively affects to the employee performance. And the result of the research concluded that work motivation and work load have simultaneous positive influence on the employee performance.  Keyword: work motivation, workload, employee performance

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Independent Commissioner Board Proportion, Institutional Ownership, Company Size on Tax Avoidance through Profitability. The research object of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018, the sampling system uses a purposive sampling method. The number of samples of 45 companies that meet the criteria.Research variable; The proportion of the Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, and Company Size as independent variables, Profitability being the mediating variable, while Tax Avoidance as the dependent variable. Data analysis using hypothesis test (t-test), path analysis.The results of the research by the board of commissioners, institutional ownership and firm size have an effect on profitability. The board of commissioners, company size and profitability have an effect on tax avoidance, while institutional ownership has no effect.Direct effect of the board of commissioners on tax avoidance is 0.188 while the indirect effect is -1,90 through profitability, so the total effect is -1,71. Institutional ownership has a direct effect of 1.797 while the indirect effect is -2.255 so that the total influence is -0.258. Company size has a direct effect of -0.407 while the indirect effect is 0.341, so the total effect is - 0.065. Keywords: Independent Commissioner Board Proportion, Institutional Ownership, Company Size, Profitability and Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

The Influence of Community Mindset Development as an Effort to Optimize the Utilization of Local Potential to Improve the Economy of Small Businesses in Gambiran Village, Pamotan District, while the expected objectives in this study are to analyze and dissect the allocation of economic resources through local potential with local potential in the rural area of Gambiran Village, Rembang Regency. Development that involves local resources and can be enjoyed by local communities is a measure of the success of a locally based economy. The increasing local-based economy does not make local residents merely spectators and observers outside the system, but involves them in the development of the economy itself. This local potential will open up local people's access to technology, markets, knowledge, capital, better management, as well as wider business relationships. Abstract

This study aims to: Lifestyle, Halal Labels and Prices on Purchasing Decisions of Sophie Paris Cosmetics for Sophie Paris members of the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Business Center network in the Cilacap area. The population in this study was all Sophie Paris Leader rank members in the Cilacap area who consumed Sophie Paris cosmetics. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 50 people. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire, data processing using SPSS for windows version 24.0. The results showed that: there was no influence of Lifestyle on the Purchase Decision of Sophie Paris cosmetics on the members of the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Business Center network in the Cilacap area, there was a positive effect of the Halal Label on the Purchase Decision of Sophie Paris cosmetics in the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Business Center network in the Cilacap area, there was no The influence of Price on the Purchase Decision of Sophie Paris cosmetics in the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Business Center network in the Cilacap area, there is a simultaneous influence of Lifestyle, Halal Label and Price, on the Purchase Decision of Sophie Paris cosmetics on members of the Sugeng Budhi Handoyo Cilacap Business Center network. Keyword: Lifestyle, Halal Label, Price, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) measuring the performance of PD. BPR Bank Bapas 69 Magelang by using a performance measurement method that not only measures financial performance but also non-financial namely the Balanced Scorecard which includes financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and growth perspective and learning, (2) motivate employees to improve their performance, and (3) provide an overview of the extent of the performance of PD. BPR Bank Bapas 69 and what aspects can be improved related to the four perspectives analyzed. The population in this study are customers and employees or the public who use services or products from PD. BPR Bank Bapas 69 while for the sample in this study were 42 employees and customers or consumers of PD. BPR Bank Bapas 69 with the sampling method is the simple random sampling method. This study uses a case study method in which data taken comes from financial reports and other reports relating to the measurement of the balance scorecard in the 2016-2018 period. The results of this study indicate that in general the performance of PD. BPR Bank Bapas 69 position is quite good from the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard.  Keywords: Balance scorecard, Performance
