Abstract

Latar Belakang: Analisis Beban Kerja merupakanupayamenghitung beban kerja pada satuan kerja dengan cara menjumlah semua beban kerja dan selanjutnya membagi dengan kapasitas kerja per orangan per satuan waktu. Klinik Laras Hati Sewon Bantul selama ini belum memiliki lulusan DIII Rekam Medis, sehingga klinik perlu menghitung dan mengadakan petugas rekam medis di Klinik Laras Hati dengan menggunakan Metode WISNTujuan Penelitian: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kebutuhan Tenaga Rekam Medis di Klinik Laras Hati Sewon BantulSubjek dan Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah dekriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Penelitian di lakukan di Klinik Laras Hati. Subyek Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada petugas rekam medis Klinik Laras HatiHasil Penelitian : Jumlah waktu yang tersedia adalah 1855 jam/tahun. Unit kerja yang tersedia adalah pendaftaran dan penyimpanan, standar beban kerja  pendaftaran pasien adalah 19946,2366 menit, beban kerja pengambilan berkas rekam medis adalah 327352,941menit, dan beban kerja penegmbalian berkas rekam medis adalah 18500 menit, standar kelonggaran adalah 0,01, dan kebutuhan  tenaga rekam medis di bagia pendaftaran 2 orang dan bagian filing 2 orang.Kesimpulan : kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis di klinik laras hati adalah sebayak 4 tenaga rekam medis Kata Kunci :  Analisis, Beban Kerja, Rekam Medis, WISN

Abstract

Hoaks bidang kesehatan lebih berbahaya dibanding hoaks lain karena dapat mengancam jiwa seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi masyarakat di RW 10 Kelurahan Tanjung Mas terhadap berita Hoax Bidang Kesehatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. Facebook dan Whatsapp Group menjadi media yang paling sering dijumpai mengandung hoax.  Hoax yang paling sering dijumpai terkait dengan pengobatan alternatif, larangan terhadap sesuatu dan larangan untuk mengonsumsi sesuatu secara bersamaan. Edukasi/Sosialisasi dan penegakan hukum menjadi cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan hoax bidang kesehatan.

Abstract

The medical resume form is included in the immortalized medical record form and is an important document because it contains a summary of the patient's admission until after the patient goes home. Complete information can make it easier for officers to provide health services to patients and can be used as a basis for consideration in further care for patients. Incomplete filling out inpatient forms can lead to loss of informative function of medical record documents. One of the causes of incomplete form filling is ineffective and efficient form design. The purpose of this study was to analyze the design of the medical resume form at the UPTD Puskesmas Kartasura in terms of anatomy, physical and content aspects. The benefit of this research is that the results of this study can be used as a measure of the extent to which medical record science is applied, especially regarding the analysis of the medical resume form design for inpatients in terms of anatomy, physical, and content aspects. This study used a qualitative research design with a case study approach. This research was conducted in March-April 2020 at the UPTD Puskesmas Kartasura. The research subjects were emergency room doctors, nurses and medical record officers. The object of this research is inpatient medical resume form. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews. The validation technique of data validity in this qualitative study used triangulation of sources. The results of the study concluded that the medical resume form design was not yet effective and efficient because 100% of the forms were not completely filled. The conclusion in this research is that a new form design is needed by completing the missing form items such as the form edition number and page number, introduction, notes and instructions.

Abstract

Information system evaluation is the process of knowing the extent of the information system.From a preliminary study of researchers in the health center gatak about the number of humanresources has been found that the lack of human resources is competent in the it field, not all officersunderstand the use of the Health Center Management Information System (HCMIS), sometimes anerror server causes a breakdown in service processes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate theapplication of Health Center Management Information System in the health center gatak and knowthe use of quality services indicator Health Center Management Information System by explainingthe compatible systems component that is human, technology and organization. This type of researchis a descriptive analytic study with a qualitative approach. Research subject exist six is the head ofmedical records, one operator polyclinic, Hcmis coordinator, one Hcmis operator, head of themedical center, and one pharmacist. The sample retrieval technique used is purposive sampling. Theresults of this study, is known to what extent the Health Center Management Information Systemprogram is running, to provide input for an evaluation at health center gatak for the front becausehuman, technology, and organization compatibility really does affect information systems. It ishoped that there will be periodic training so that the implementation of Health Center ManagementInformation System use becomes easier.

Abstract

The Workload Indicator Staff Need (WISN)is an indicator that shows the amount of staffneeded at health facilities based on workload, so that location or relocation will be easier andmore rational. There is medical record officer at the UPTD health center Weru in the outpatientregistration section who continues his education so that in his work duties must be replaced byofficers in the filing division. Filing officers concurrently have duties as registration officers.Cause the workload of officers is high and officers in carrying out their duties are not inaccordance with the established SOP. The purpose of this study was to calculate availableworking time, workload standards, allowance standards and the need for medical record personelat the UPTD health center Weru. This type of research is a descriptive study with a cross sectionalapproach.. The subjects in this study were 3 medical record staff and the object was the medicalrecord staff. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews with medical recordofficers at the UPTD health center Weru. The research instrument was an observation cheklist andinterview guidelines.The calculation is done using the WISN method. It is known that the availableworking time is 1,925 hours / year or 115,500 minutes / year, the need for the workload foroutpatient registration is 452,375 minutes, the filing section is 2.749.542 minutes, the inpatientregistration section or the emergency room is 420,063 minutes. The standard calculation ofallowance is 0.15 hours / year, the calculation of the need for personnel is 5 personnel, so it isnecessary to add 1 officer in the outpatient registration section of the UPTD healt center Werut.

Abstract

The incompleteness in filling out medical records will greatly affect the SNARS 1stedition accreditation assessment.The results of the assessment from the Hospital AccreditationCommittee survey of the MIRM 15 standard at Muhammadiyah Selogiri Hospital, namely thesummary of going home with the completion level of filling in 2019 has not reached the 100%standard. The purpose of this study was to review the completeness of the return summary form infulfilling the elements of the MIRM 15 SNARS 1st edition assessment at the MuhammadiyahHospital Selogiri. This research used a descriptive research method, with a qualitative approach,the data collection method used observation, interviews, documentation study with the subject of 4officers, the object was all documents of inpatients in February 2020 totaling 571 documents. Thesurvey results revealed the completeness of the summary forms return in February at the reviewsof identification of 100%, review authentication 81%, Review of recording by 64%, reviewsreporting in accordance SNARS element 1 are met incomplete, element 2 is fulfilled complete, theelement 3 is met, the elements 4 are met complete, element 5 is fulfilled completely, element 6 ispartially fulfilled. The conclusion of this study is that the level of completeness of the summaryform home at Muhammadiyah Selogiri Hospital in February 2020 is not according to the standard,namely 11%.

Abstract

Petugas bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan merupakan bagian pertama yang di temui pasien saat ke pelayananan kesehan. Dimana pelayanan rekam medis tersebut mengisi informasi – informasi mengenai data pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelayanan di unit  rekam medis di masa pademi covid-19, melihat beban kerja petugas rekam medis  di pelayanan kesehatan Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Selogiri di masa pademi covid-19. Menggunakan metode kualitatif  dengan informan berjumlah 3 orang informan yaitu kepala ruang rekam medis, bagian pendaftaran, bagian filling, bagian assembling, Hasilnya di ketahui bawah rumah sakit selogiri di masa pademi sudah menuju digitalisasi menggunakan  telemedicine dan pendaftaran melalui website dan whasapp, selain itu rumah sakit  Muhammadiyah Selogiri sudah memliki kebijakan memakai memakai SIM RS utillity review dalam menjalankan informasi yang diperoleh agar memudahkan dalam klaim ke BPJS. Kesimpulan Rumah Sakit Muhammdiayah Selogiri sudah menuju digitalisasi mulai menggunakan aplikasi telemedicine dan website serta whasapp dalam pendaftaranya.
