Abstract

The highest proportion of electronic medical records (EMR) implementation in Indonesia is level 3. It is just used for administration. EMR can improve patient care management. EMR is used to record patient services at RSJD Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. An evaluation was never carried out to assess the EMR system. Technology readiness and user acceptance are important for developing an effective and efficient EMR. This study aimed to analyze the interaction of technology readiness and user acceptance of EMR based on the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM). This was an analitic-quantitative research with a cross-sectional design study. Data from EMR users was collected with a structured questionnaire. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS. The finding showed that technology readiness has significant positive effects on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and use intention; perceived ease of use has significant positive effects on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness do not have significant effects on use intention. To improve EMR acceptance, it is necessary to develop easier and more practical features.

Abstract

AbstractTelemedicine is a remote healthcare service over health information technology infrastructure. Telemedicine can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. The challenge to using telemedicine is the low adoption rate. Preliminary studies on health workers in Central Java showed that only 21% of health workers provided telemedicine. The reasons were health care facilities where they worked did not have telemedicine services (58%), they did not know how to use telemedicine (21%), limited telemedicine services (21%), and inadequate facilitating conditions (19%). This study aimed to identify health workers’ perceptions related to the adoption of telemedicine. A cross-sectional survey was conducted through an online questionnaire to collect research data. The sample was 87 health workers using telemedicine who were selected with consecutive sampling techniques. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistical analysis. Findings showed that most health workers responded positively to the adoption of telemedicine to usefulness, satisfaction, ease of use, and reliability. The majority of negative responses were in the effectiveness of telemedicine, i.e., they can’t see patients like in a face-to-face consultation, they can not talk to the patient easily, and telemedicine can not provide specific health services. The majority of negative responses were also in the reliability of telemedicine, i.e., telemedicine did not give clear error messages to fix problems, and telemedicine was not the same as an in-person visit.Keywords: telehealth, telemedicine, health workersAbstrakTelemedicine merupakan pelayanan kesehatan jarak jauh melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan konsultasi dan perawatan pasien. Layanan telemedicine dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tantangan terbesar pemanfaatan telemedicine adalah tingkat adopsi yang rendah. Studi pendahuluan di Jawa Tengah menunjukkan hanya 21% tenaga kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan melalui telemedicine. Alasan responden tidak memberikan pelayanan telemedicine karena fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tempat bekerja tidak ada layanan telemedicine (58%), tidak mengetahui cara menggunakan (21%), pelayanan telemedicine terbatas (21%), dan fasilitas pendukung tidak memadai (19%).Studi inibertujuan mengidentifikasi persepsi tenaga kesehatan terkait adopsi telemedicine. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional survey. Sampel penelitian adalah 87 tenaga kesehatan yang menggunakan telemedicine yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling.   Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey secara daring. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas tenaga kesehatan menunjukkan respon positif terhadap adopsi teknologi telemedicine yang dilihat dari aspek kegunaan (usefulness), kepuasan (satisfaction), kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use), dan kehandalan (reliability). Mayoritas respon negatif pada aspek efektivitas (effectiveness) yaitu tidak dapat melihat pasien seperti bertemu langsung, tidak dapat berbicara kepada pasien dengan mudah, dan telemedicine tidak dapat melakukan pelayanan kesehatan yang diinginkan. Mayoritas respon negatif juga berada pada aspek kehandalan (reliability) yaitu telemedicine tidak memberi pesan kesalahan secara jelas dan memberi tahu cara memperbaiki masalah serta kunjungan yang diberikan melalui telemedicine tidak sama dengan kunjungan langsung. Kata kunci : telehealth, telemedicine, tenaga kesehatan

Abstract

Although Johor Bahru offers a variety of healthcare services, including both public and private hospitals, there are still differences in patients' perceptions of the quality of care received. Several factors, such as waiting time, accessibility, medical facilities, healthcare professionals' skills, and communication between patients and medical staff, can influence patient satisfaction. This is particularly relevant to MJ Health, where no previous surveys have been conducted to assess patient satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze patient satisfaction levels regarding healthcare quality at MJ Health Johor Bahru and identify the key factors contributing to their satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used, employing a questionnaire distributed to 250 respondents between February and July 2023. The findings indicate that staff professionalism (X3) has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction, with β = 0.35, p < 0.01. Given this result, hospitals are advised to conduct regular evaluations through patient satisfaction surveys to identify areas for service improvement and enhance overall healthcare quality.

Abstract

Menstruation is a natural process that all adolescent girls experience. However, many young women feel uncomfortable or experience dysmenorrhea during this time. The main issues surrounding this topic are the lack of information about dysmenorrhea, the underutilization of android applications, and the lack of training on how to use these applications for health purposes, specifically for dysmenorrhea. To address these problems, the proposed solutions include increasing awareness and understanding about dysmenorrhea and providing training on how to use android applications for health, specifically for dysmenorrhea. The goal of this activity is to utilize android-based health applications, such as menstrual cycle reminder apps, to help adolescent girls manage dysmenorrhea and continue with their daily activities. This activity was conducted with 410 students from MTS Negeri 1 Boyolali in grades VII and VIII. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, including socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, evaluation, and planning for program sustainability. The partners' knowledge and understanding were evaluated by comparing pretest and posttest results, which showed an average score increase of 26.2 from 58.18 to 84.34. The students' enthusiasm for participating in the activity was also high, as evidenced by their active participation and application of the knowledge gained. The follow-up plan that will be carried out based on the results of community service includes optimizing the role of the School Health Unit in improving the reproductive health of students through collaboration with local health centers. Abstract

This Community Service Program responds to the increasing volume of household medical waste, such as disposable masks, diapers, syringes, and expired medicines, which are often disposed of carelessly and pollute the environment. The partners are located in the Home Mojolaban Sentul housing complex RT 02 RW 7 Mojolaban Sukoharjo, which is a new housing complex, with 30 young couples and many toddlers who often have problems with medical waste. The objectives of this program include educating the community about medical waste, the dangers of medical waste, and how to sort medical waste. The activities designed and implemented include socialization and training on sorting and managing medical waste. From the results of counseling and training on managing household medical waste for residents of the Home Bekonang Sentul housing complex, it can be concluded; There was an increase in understanding about managing household medical waste from an average score of 68.5 to 89.58, meaning there was an increase in understanding of 21.08 (35.47%). For waste sorting skills, all participants are skilled because the average score is 97. Household Medical Waste Management Training Activities and the like still need to be implemented and improved, because they have many benefits for improving public welfare and health.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di Indonesia diberlakukan wajib bagi fasyankes sejak 2022 sebagai wujud adaptasi dari society era 5.0. Sebagai aplikasi yang baru diimplementasikan perlu dilakukan analisis penerimaan untuk memastikan kualitas dan keandalan RME. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan RME di RSUP Surakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada Maret–April 2025 dengan sampel berjumlah 106 orang meliputi dokter, perekam medis, perawat, apoteker, radiographer dan petugas IT yang diambil dengan metode total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup berjumlah 45 pertanyaan yang diadopsi dari penelitian terdahulu dan diisi oleh responden. Teori model penerimaan teknologi yang digunakan adalah UTAUT. Model ini berfokus pada empat faktor utama: harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui outer model (model pengukuran) dan inner model (model struktural). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan intensi pengguna terhadap perilaku pengguna (p=<0,001 dan T=4,294); harapan usaha terhadap intensi pengguna (p=0,562 dan T=0,580); kondisi fasilitas terhadap perilaku pengguna (p=0,003 dan T=2,987); harapan kinerja terhadap intensi pengguna (p=0,113 dan T=1,583); pengaruh sosial terhadap intensi pengguna (p=0,006 dan T=2,732). Untuk meningkatkan intensi pengguna RME perlu dilakukan pengawasan secara rutin pada komponen sistem dan pengguna.

Abstract

Kegiatan Posyandu selama ini berjalan lancar dengan adanya peran serta masyarakat. Pada keseharian Posyandu X dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya didukung oleh sebuah sistem yaitu Sistem Informasi Posyandu Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (SIMKIA). Namun, dimasa pandemi covid-19 pelayanan pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita ditunda. Hal ini berdasarkan Panduan Pelayanan Kesehatan Balita Pada Masa Tanggap Darurat COVID-19 bagi Tenaga Kesehatan (2020), bahwa Pelayanan rutin Balita sehat mengikuti kebijakan Pemerintah yang berlaku di wilayah kerja dan mempertimbangkan transmisi lokal virus Corona yaitu dengan menunda pelayanan kesehatan balita di Posyandu, salah satunya adalah Pemantauan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dilakukan mandiri di rumah dengan Buku KIA. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah kader dan bidan dalam melakukan pencatatan data tumbuh kembang balita di Posyandu selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Metode Penelitian: penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Hasil dan simpulan: Perancangan sistem ini dibuat hanya untuk pengguna kader dan bidan, ada baiknya untuk pengembangan ke depan dibuat sistem yang dapat diakses oleh orang tua balita atau ibu hamil. Penelitian ini hanya sebatas perancangan sistem. Belum dilakukan Implementasi dan Pengujian system. Sistem ini dapat membantu kader dan bidan dalam memantau dan mengelola data kesehatan ibu dan anak agar lebih praktis dan fleksibel.

Abstract

Rekam Medis Elektronik adalah rekam medis yang dibuat dengan menggunakan sistem elektronik yang diperuntukkan bagi penyelenggaraan rekam medis. Analisis penerimaan pengguna perlu dilakukan untuk menganalisa kesiapan penerapan RME. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan pengguna RME menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) di RSJD Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 375 dan sampel responden berjumlah 91 diambil menggunakan Teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelasi rank spearman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel perceived ease of use memiliki korelasi positif sangat kuat dengan perceived usefulness (p=0,001<0,05, r=0,722). perceived usefulness memiliki korelasi positif kuat dengan behavioral intention to use (p=0,001<0,05, r=0,649). perceived ease of use memiliki korelasi posoitif kuat dengan behavioral intention to use (p=0,001<0,05, r=0,629). behavioral intention to use memiliki korelasi positif kuat dengan actual system usage(p=0,001<0,05, r=0,699).

Abstract

Permenkes nomor 24 tahun 2022 menyatakan bahwa seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan harus menyelenggarakan RME sesuai dengan ketentuan paling lambat pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023. Puskesmas Ngadirojo merupakan salah satu puskesmas di Kabupaten wonogiri yang masih menggunakan rekam medis manual hal ini disebabkan simpus yang sering eror. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan implementasi rekam medis elektronik (RME) dengan Metode Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology (DOQ -IT) di Puskesmas Ngadirojo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 40 respondenyang terdiri dari 6 dokter, 13 bidang, 9 perawat, 4 rekam medis, 2 laboratorium, 3 apoteker, 1 kasir, 1 fisioterapi dan 1 petugas IT dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan skor 84,53 berada pada range II yang menunjukan Puskesmas Ngadirojo cukup siap dalam implementasi RME. Variabel kesiapan sumber daya manusia memperoleh skor 11,99, budaya kerja organisasi memperoleh skor 35,44 tata Kelola kepemimpinan memperoleh skor 25,16 dan infrastuktur IT memperoleh skor 11,94. Kesimpulan dari tingkat kesiapan implementasi RME untuk Puskesmas Ngadirojo adalah Cukup Siap.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has accelerated the transformation of healthcare services through the Smart Health Platform (SHP), designed to improve quality, efficiency, and system integration. In Wuhan, Hubei, SHP implementation faces challenges that must be addressed to achieve digital health objectives. Key issues involve infrastructure, data standardization, and technical factors. Infrastructure limitations such as network capacity, server capability, and inter-facility integration remain barriers. Data standardization is hindered by variations in formats and inconsistencies across hospitals, complicating information exchange. Technical challenges include data security, system interoperability, and human resource readiness. This study analyzes the influence of these factors on SHP effectiveness using a quantitative descriptive method. A Likert-scale questionnaire was distributed to 424 active users, and data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. Results show that all three variables significantly affect SHP effectiveness (R² = 0.507; p < 0.05). Infrastructure and data standardization contribute positively, while technical challenges exert a negative effect. The study concludes that strengthening infrastructure, harmonizing data, and enhancing human resource capacity are critical to ensuring the success of integrated digital healthcare systems.
