Conventional knowledge test on the learning outcomes that have been given by previous teachers, often making bored students with autism. The results obtained are less accurate and require teachers to perform even the repetition of material grading explanations often not objective. Provision of additional material not often right on target, and even students who need to get a repetition of material often do not get the repetition of material. Expert Systems Competency Test Program for Students with Special Needs Autism is designed with the needs of the school that is the subject of research and data collection. Cluster analysis works by grouping students by similarity score minimum euclidian distance of each data. This program tests every student and provide an explanation for the repetition of questions whose answers are not in accordance with the specified result.Program based on the use of Expert Systems Competency Test for Students with Special Needs Autism, the results obtained grouping students based on their level of intelligence that has been stored in the process of testing the competency test conducted by the students with autism. So that teachers can provide in the future teaching methods to suit the needs of students in order to enhance the level of intelligence of autistic students.

Shallots is commonly used as essential cooking spices or complement seasoning. The high market demand for this commodity has triggered some people to counterfeit it. They mix the shallots with defective products of onions to get more benefits. It urges to provide a system that can help people to distinguish whether the shallot is original or fake. This research aims to provides an object recognition system for fake shallots utilizing the Haar-Like Feature algorithm. It used the cascade training data set of 59 positive images and 150 negative images with 50 comparison images. The identification process of the shallots was through the haar-cascade process, integrated image, adaptive boosting, cascade classifier, and local binary pattern histogram. This system was made based on the Django website using the python programming language. The test was conducted 30 times on Brebes shallots mixed with Mumbai's mini onions in a single and mixture test method. The test obtained an average percentage of 69.2% for the object recognition of Mumbai's mini onions.

Rookieinside is a store that moves in the field convection. Rookieinside had a bad in the determination of goods production which must be manufactured for sale and sometimes experience of excess supply in stock goods in the warehouse. Rookieinside requires a tool aids that can help and to maximize their performance in forecasts of work that must be manufactured so that work was not pile up in the warehouse. This application is made by using this method Weight Moving Average and Smoothing Exponential. Result of this application information about the number of record amounts that might have happened in the same will come. Cloud computing, one form of information technologies are widely used in the field of computer networks or the Internet. Cloud computing consists of computer hardware, computer networking devices, and computer software, the cloud computing there are three services provided include (SaaS) Software as a Service (PaaS) Platform as a Service, and (IaaS) Infrastructure as a Service. Application cloud computing services in the wake of this system is a service-based data storage infrastructure as a service by using android smartphone as a storage medium, which utilizes FTP Server which is already available on the smartphone. This certainly supports the easy storage of data that utilize various types of internal and external storage on smartphones that serves as a storage server. In addition to the functions of storage available, this service can accommodate streaming function .mp3 file type. Implementation result of the system can be implemented on a local network using a wireless LAN. In addition, the results of user testing using Likert method shows the application can run and function properly

Solar radiation measurements in climatology station barongan done by using campbell stokes and record card. Solar radiation is the accumulation of the whole length of the object radiation recorded on the record card. Solar radiation data reading performed by observers by estimating the long of object irradiation compared with the scale of hours listed on the record card. The difficulties encountered by observers in conducting solar radiation data readout is the shape of the object radiation recorded on the record card are not always in the form of elongated areas, some areas disjointed, even can only form small holes along the track on the card record. The purpose of this study was to design and build a system that can be used to calculate solar radiation recorded on the card record, thus increasing the accuracy of measurement data readout. Cropping process is carried out in order to obtain the right area for analysis. The approach method in object segmentation is done by implementing a solar radiation threshold otsu method. The test results showed that the determination o f the radius o f the opening and removing noise value appropriately irradiation can obtain the number o f objects on test images with RMSEof1.4429 compared with the amount o f exposure o f the image o f the original object. Results o f calculation solar radiation by the system showed system RMSE o f 0,51 to observer calculation.

Video Call is a set of interactive telecommunication technologies which allow two parties of people in different locations can interact via two-way delivery of audio and video in real time. Tools to sketch pictures and writings on the application ViCall aims to facilitate educators do the learning process using media with video call implementation sketch pictures and writings as explanatory. Educators start doing sketches image and writings and then saved. After that upload sketches image and writings made by educators can then be shown to the students. The results of the testing of the application can be run on at least speksifikasi android kitkat v4.4.4. On testing provider obtained the average connection time 8.33 seconds. Based on a questionnaire, test this application generates 84.4% by criteria of "very good".

The more commercial flights now, will be result more the number of aircraft operated and the competition to become the airline can keep operating even more difficult. Some airline companies can not compete with other companies, has gone out of business. This is one of them caused by the inaccuracy of an airline's decision in the selection of aircraft types. Type of aircraft used for flight routes should be tailored to the needs so that it can provide benefits to the company. The selection of planes is determined based on market analysis with indicators of the number of passengers, aircraft, engineering aspects of the commercial aspects or the operational costs of aircraft and competitor analysis. Aircraft direct operating costs are costs directly related to the operator of the aircraft in flight routes. Direct operating cost is very influential in the selection of aircraft types that will be used. On certain conditions the determination of the decision must be taken quickly, in which one of the conditions is the availability of relevant information. Information is the output system that can be utilized by the parties in need. Decision support system to determine the type of aircraft is a computer application that provides output in the form of aircraft operating cost information that can support managers in making decisions determining the effective fleet at the new flight routes.

File synchronization is the process of homogenization or adjustment between one file at a location with other files in the event that a change to be used up and running in a system. File synchronization is generally a process of data exchange in order to have the same amount of data. To maintain the confidentiality of the data necessary to maintain services for data security. The use of cryptographic AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) to encrypt the file and combined with the administrator as an authentication key in making additions or changes to the file is a security system that can be applied to synchronize the files so that data confidentiality will be maintained. The results of the implementation of file synchronization application by applying the AES cryptography and key administrators who carried on the local network and the Internet as a service application data synchronization between the user and the service back-up data as manual handling if storage was damaged and can avoid the theft of data from a file synchronized.

PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta s a company that produces sugar. Many factors must be considered in determining the mount o f production generated annually. For that, in determining the mount of production per year required and analysis of decision support systems analysis will be done applying Method of Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto end Method Inference System Mamdani using the min as function o f its implications, the from each rule give nextplicitly (scrip) by the smallest degree of membership (Defuzzifikasi), the final result by applying a weighted average for Fuzzy Inference System defuzzyfikasi begins the composition rules between Max and the Method apllied taking the center point (z*) fuzzy area. With the comparison method of Fuzzy Inference System and Method of Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani, obtained the most appropriate methods and approaches in determining the estimated amount o f sugar production, in order to obtain an output that is the amount o f sugar per year.With statistical tests, it can be concluded that the method is relatively close to the calculation method of the factory is Tsukamoto, because the method o f Tsukamoto had a lower mean than the mean on the 7,960.42 Mamdani methods is 21710.14.

Distributed system is a computer networking technology which can be hardware or software. In hardware distributed system by a collection of computers that are heterogeneous, being in the software system is distributed in the form of software that connects two applications in the form of client and server side. TSC method is a method that already existed before, which can be used increase the ranking o f a blog. Implementation distributed system for TSC using landing page as the intermediary.
